Customer continued to yell and swear to my entire staff including freight broker We cannot reason with customer Customer is expecting a brand new lift for the price of a used one Our head mechanic that indeed owns the reconditioning shop has been working on lifts for years and has never had issues like this.Buffalo Forklift LLC

There is a
forklift mechanic authorized from Buffalo working on the lift as I write this The power steering is still out and unsure if Buffalo will authorize repairs as they haven't been quoted yet The mechanic is installing the new hydraulic cap, and battery plate cover We were told by Buffalo and their battery company of choice that the new battery would be here today or tomorrow However I have not heard from any shipping company or anyone else to confirm delivery hours, location etc...So while the truck is still not functional there has been measurable progressIf we receive the battery in working order, and get the power steering fixed we should be good to go.Thank you,

Hi, the customer was notified that we were waiting on back ordered parts from the manufacturer in order to send him a great quality lift with no issues. We completed the needed repair and the lift is now finished and posted for shipping to customer. When it comes to dealing with
reconditioend equipment we are at the mercy of the manufacturer to supply us with needed parts. We do the best we can to update the customer as NEW updates are available. We appreciate the customers understanding and patience as we know once he gets the lift he will be satisfied.Thanks,Buffalo Forklift LLC

Revdex.com spoke to Jason at business and the following was relayed: I have confirmed that the check is in this weeks check run and is expected to go out in the mail either today or MondayThe *** *** tires have been ordered, on Wednesday we did confirm they are on back order and expected next weekOnce received, will be shipped to business

In response to this complaint Buffalo Forklift agrees there was an issue with the unit, which we agreed the lift should be returned, *** *** was told we would facilitateOne of the issues involved is that this unit was funded by a finance company which we work withWe were in the middle of
handling everything with the finance company when were told that things were not being done fast enough for themAs we understand time is of the utmost importance protocol and procedures still must be followedOnce we were informed and the finance company was informed that she would have her attorney involved we halted and waited to hear from their attorneyWhich just happened for the first time last weekSince we have spoken to them we have had the finance company reach out to to attorney and advise them the only one holding up this matter is their clientWe are currently awaiting their response to finish proceeding with this returnThe unfortunate part is this all could of been completed by now if *** *** would have let had process been completed with all of the necessary parties

To whom it may concern; The customer was refunded his deposit of $and we cancelled the order on the 2nd lift he purchased because customer refused to wait for lift to be completed properly. We incurred a cost of over $putting new tires on this lift he purchased when it was not
necessary. As far as we are concerned we did our part and this case is closed

Here are the hour meter readings you asked for:
Last Thursday I charged the battery at hours (pump
hours) and we had to recharge it Tuesday with hours (pump hours)It

Have you heard from the insurance company on the paint?
What do you propose to do about the discrepancy with hours
advertised and actual hours?

In response to this complaint Buffalo Forklift
has been aware of the situation and has attempted to work with Mr***We have gone as far as opening an account with a local repair company in his area to facilitate the repairUpon numerous attempts to contact Mr*** Buffalo Forklift and *** Equipment have not received any response to schedule this repair
Buffalo Forklift remains willing to handle these repairs and will facilitate at any time

as explained because the machines are used, many parts are taken from junk yards to replace expensive parts on the lifts In this case the computer modules were replaced with used ones from other machines and that's why hours read differently than actual hours on meter only when computer is plugged in by the dealer.Arcangelo ***Buffalo Forklift LLC

Revdex.com:the machine was delivered.it has oil leaks, throttle does not worksteering issues, hydraulic cylinders have rust on them and need to be re chromed if not it will cause the seals to fail.it was represented as like new conditionit is far from it

This is an outdoor lift that was repainted and fully serviced. Their was a delay in shipping the lift to the customer as we had to wait for replacement parts from the manufacturer to arrive and be installed. We do not offer refunds on equipmentWe would be happy to send the customer parts he is requesting within reason. We have been in continuous communication with customer. We have been diligently trying to find a truck using brokers to bring the lift they purchased from us to get it to Minnesota from Amherst, NY, customer is welcomed to have the lift picked up themselves if they feel they can get it moved
quicker. In our earlier correspondence we told customer they could of had the lift by Friday February, 16th but then they insisted they wanted it sooner which was an impossibility.Buffalo Forklift LLC

Unfortunately there is no other resolution. Buffalo Forklift LLC has spent lots of money to satisfy this customer without success. Phone clarification - as far as the hours , the meters are correct, we don't know where he is getting the other hours from
