Revdex.com spoke to Jason at business and the following was relayed: We agree and guarantee that once machine is received, within 48 hours a full refund will be issued to [redacted].
Hi [redacted], regarding this case we already discussed that the computers were replaced but the hours that displayed on the lift are actual hours. The fact that this customer wants to keep the lift for 1/2 the price simply proves the lifts are great and he is just trying to take advantage of our company using the Revdex.com. Thanks, Arcangelo [redacted]Buffalo Forklift [redacted]
We have read the claims made by this customer regarding their 2012 JLG G10-55A that they purchased from us, and respond accordingly to their claims. 1.) We acknowledge that the engine provided with the machine is a Cummins Diesel Engine and not a John Deere Diesel engine as specified on the...
Advertisement. This was a mistake on the listing, however, the quality and operation of the Cummins Diesel matches that of the John Deere Diesel Engine. Both of these engines are widely used in several different JLG Telescopic Forklift machines, and the operation does not differ between either engine. We feel that the claim regarding the fact that this machine came with a Cummins Diesel instead of a John Deere Diesel is based solely on preference, and not on the overall operation of the machine. 2.) The specification of new tires being installed on this forklift was never listed on any advertisement regarding this 2012 JLG G10-55A. Unless otherwise specified, our machines are never sold with Brand New tires. The claim that new tires were to be provided was also never promised to this customer. 3.) We acknowledge the customer’s claims that there are services needed for this machine. However, we felt that some of the services mentioned are not required, as they were performed on this unit before the customer took delivery. Regardless of that fact, we have stated to the customer that we would pay for these services once completed by the service company. To date, the only documentation for these services that we’ve received is an Estimate (#146) dated 3/3/2016 that lists out the services required, which total $2702.05. Once the services are completed and an invoice is provided, we maintain that we will pay for the repairs as stated. 4.) Every machine, including this G10-55A goes through a complete reconditioning service that includes re-painting and routine servicing. This process is completed before a machine leaves our warehouse. Before this machine was shipped, services were done to the unit, as well as an inspection was performed. The unit would have never been loaded onto a truck to be delivered to a customer unless all functions were checked on the machine, and our technicians verified that all service work was performed. We stand behind the fact that this machine was in 100% working and serviced condition before it left our facility. The customer states that the claims made on our advertising regarding the reconditioning of the machine, and its overall condition of the machine are false. We would like to refute this claim. As you can see, we still maintain that we are trying to work with the customer in good faith to come to some type of resolution.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I would like to know what parts was replaced?my mechanic is getting a list of problems for me.no serial number plate on machine .
Regards,
[redacted]
To whom it may concern, we have been in full contact with the customer. We cannot control the speed of parts for a repair or the speed in which a 3rd party company can deliver the lift the customer purchased. We are working hard to get this unit shipped out and in great working order....
Thanks, Buffalo Forklift LLC

This company has repeatedly lied about any repair company calling me or any of my staff. We were only given a 30 day warranty to begin with and they have made no effort to fix the forklift since February 24th and we were forced to buy another lift in order to continue our daily business operation. My only means of settling this matter is for Buffalo to pick up their lift. We could not use a lift that is pouring oil out of the motor as well as antifreeze/water. Stop with the lies of a company trying to call and repair this lift and accept the fact that you did not get to stick this customer. Another lift has been purchased and this junk needs to be picked up before we begin to charge storage for it to be on our property.

Trucker just picked up the lift and his name is [redacted] his cell phone number is: [redacted] and lift is expected to deliver on Thursday. Once again we appreciate your patience as we waited for back ordered parts from manufacturer to arrive so that we were able to send you out a lift without any issues.Best Wishes,Buffalo Forklift LLC
We have spoken to Mr. [redacted] and feel we will be able to facilitate a amicable solution a few more things have to be done with different parties from each business. Hopefully all issued will be resolved by the end of the week
We have offered everything possible to make a fair offer to customer and repairs they are requesting are not necessary as lift was completely serviced and reconditioned before it shipped. After discussing the conversations between the customer and my head mechanic it is very clear that nothing will be resolved with this customer who is being unreasonable. Final offer stands that customer is to return the lift at there expense and we will refund them in full minus the shipping costs once lift is returned to our South Carolina facility. We have received no such response from Buffalo Forklift to date. We sent a certified letter to their attention on April 25, 2017 which we did not receive a response to ( a copy is attached). Buffalo Forklift has made no attempt to communicate to us the status of the two outstanding machines. Our attorney has sent a second letter on or about May 8, 2017 and we await a response. The company's response to the Revdex.com is wholly false.

My sales guy Larry has been in contact already with [redacted] to try and rectify the situation so that it's fair for both parties. Sincerely, [redacted] Buffalo Forklift LLC
He says being shipped today he has said that for 2 weeks now there was never a mention of waiting on parts they won't return my calls or emails to update me on the status of the machine
To whom it may concern, I have spoken to the client Chris today and reassured him that his lift is being serviced and we are just waiting on a few parts that are on back order from Yale manufacturing to arrive so we can complete the service properly. In addition the trade in check as mailed...
out to the customer this morning and he should receive it this week. I told the customer that he can reach me personally anytime and I would update him once his lift has shipped out.Thank you,ArcangeloBuffalo Forklift LLC
I walked out just now and took pictures of the displays. See attached……….. As you can see the H-40 shows 11 hours and the H-50 shows 5.2 hours. On the [redacted] ……….. if you install a new Display Console it reverts to -0- unless you log in with a laptop and manually match the hours to the internal computer. It is very obvious that Buffalo took out the original Displays showing the actual hours and replaced them with new Displays which now reflect the hours since they were installed. The offer to keep the lifts is off. I want to return them for a full refund. As you can see by the hours on the displays the lifts are not being used. They are in the exact same condition as when we received them. Let’s get this resolved by returning them for a full refund. Thanks,
Buffalo Forklift has responded to this customer on numerous occasions. Never once has there been a warranty claim entered for this unit and the 48 inch forks are standard on all lifts We ship. [redacted] never ordered 60" forks upon the ordering of this unit if so it would have been noted on his...
invoice and a additional charge applied. Oddly enough in this customers complaint the desired resolution is only forks and not to fix any mechanical problems with the lift which would have been covered under the warranty. Seems odd all they would want is forks and for us to cover the cost. We will still supply the forks at the cost we would have charged them if they had ordered them originally and we will pick up any freight costs.
With response to Mr. [redacted] complaint this is a complete distortion of what this situation really was. Yes there was an issue with the Genie 5519 which was covered under warranty. Mr. [redacted] submitted his claim to us sometime in February only supplying us with the estimates. We asked that the...
company either bill us directly for the parts which were under warranty or supply a copy of the bill once the job was completed. Once all of the proper paperwork was submitted the claim was paid in full. This is where once again Mr. [redacted] lack of attention to detail created and issue. On 06/19/2015 CHK# 5580 was cut in the amount of $1,550.06 and mailed the same day. This check was returned to us on 07/01/2015 from [redacted] which was the address given to us for the delivery of the machine originally. Mr. [redacted] failed to let us know that he was unable to accept delivery of his own machinery and it needed to be delivered elsewhere. Once we received back to Buffalo Forklift we contacted Mr. [redacted] and asked him where we should deliver this check because the address given was not his. At that point Mr. [redacted] gave us his real address and the check was mailed on 07/02/2015. Also, to refute the claim no one has spoken to Mr. [redacted] this also would be completely false as at the bare minimum we needed to contact him and did on 07/02/2015 to get his real address. Also in looking at our phone logs we spoke to Mr. [redacted] on the following Dates as well, 02,17/2015,03/03/2015,04/29/15,06/11/2015. Most of these conversations happened after further documentation was supplied.I have attached copied of the check stub the original mailing of this check and the return envelope it was sent to us in.
I spoke with my salesman Justin to go over this customers complaint. After reviewing this file a claim was filed with the trucking company for the scrathces this customer complained about. We are currently awaiting their response. As far as the battery is concerned we have asked for a key hour...
meter reading from this customer to gauge the usage this truck is experiencing. For the simple reason that if it is getting extensive heavy use any battery will run lower quicker like anything the more use the more juice it will use. This meter reading will enable us to see if the use is heavy causing it to be recharged after 4 hours or it is the battery itself. This is the only information we are waiting on from the customer. Once all of the information is received we can act accordingly.
