Customer received what they paid for at a large discount. If customer does not want the lifts they can sell them locally.

Just keep getting responses I will have Larry call you. Their head mechanic doesn't even work for them. Their head mechanic is the owner of another forklift dealer. He also never called me back about the problems I had with my forklift. Then stating I had buyers remorse and I need the money. About the biggest lied I have ever heard. I am in no need of money, my business is well established and has plenty of money in the bank. I was told by larry [redacted] I was buying a quality recondition lift. I got a piece of junk with a good paint job. I just want them to take back this junk forklift and refund my money. "nothing more we can do to when there is no problem to fix" We sent pictures of the problems to buffalo forklift. They know what they did. If they where an honest business they would make this right. I finally received a check today post marked 07-02-2015. Jason with Buffalo Forklift angrily called me the day the compliant was filed ( June 19, 2015 ) claiming the had sent a check and that we had spoken before. This was not true and he even threatened to cancel the check because I filed a compliant with Revdex.com. He could not provide any details on when the claimed check was sent. Jason claimed he had sent me an email that was right in front of him at the time but could not find this email in my inbox or spam folder and therefore do not believe he ever sent it. ( I told him I would apologize if I ever found it. )Please note this was the first time Jason / Buffalo Forklift contacted me regarding this issue and June 2, 2015 was when I received the first email regarding the same. Buffalo Forklift received my repair invoices April 7, 2015 along with my request for the $ 1,550.06 refund.I believe a check could have accidentally be sent. However, Buffalo Forklift has had my correct address since Jan 16, 2015 when I requested and received the first check. Looks like I'm not the only one who lacks attention to detail. Had Jason or anyone with Buffalo Forklift contracted me this would not have been an issue. This is indicative with the biggest issue with Jason and Buffalo Forklift which is that they made zero effort to contact me of to get this resolved. Also, we can all claim a check was sent on a past date , we just have have to lie and back date the check. Not a problem for the Jason at Buffalo Forklift. I'm not concerned with making this a personal matter as Jason is trying to do with lies and insults and as for as I'm concerned this issue was resolved once I received my check. They will lose my business and I would never recommend them and discourage their service to anyone. Attached please find emails that I've sent to Buffalo Forklift without response until June 2, 2015. Surprising because they were quick to respond to my emails when we were in the processing of buying the falsely represented forklift. Also attached please find JPEG of the check and postmark. Why would you need parts out of a junkyard for such a low hour forklift? To whom it may concern; this customer was expecting a new lift for the price of a used one. He spoke to our mechanic before making the purchase and our head mechanic personally went through the lift as we do with everyone we sell. The lift has an attachment installed and therefore it...
derates the capacity on the tag because of this. All the lifts we sell are reconditioned and in some cases require a new dash to be installed. We have gone above and beyond for this customer and he received a great lift at a great price.ArcangeloBuffalo Forklift LLC

Customer continued to yell and swear to my entire staff including freight broker. We cannot reason with customer. Customer is expecting a brand new lift for the price of a used one. Our head mechanic that indeed owns the reconditioning shop has been working on lifts for 35 years and has never had issues like this.Buffalo Forklift LLC

Customer received both lifts and had very expensive customizations done to the lift. All equipment is running perfectly. Units were serviced, painted and customized for customer and he received a package discount that included free shipping to his door.

On the phone I mentioned 14,000 hr. As you can see in the pictures the actual operating hours are 12,179. As you can see on the attached invoice the advertised hours are 2,158. According to my local [redacted] dealer (Industrial Parts and Service) at around 10,000 hours on these engines, we need to start thinking about rebuilding the engine.Thanks,[redacted]

*I may be willing to keep both lifts and rebuild the engines if we can get a refund from Buffalo to pay for it. We would need $15,000.00 per lift for a total of $30,000.00. I still prefer to return them for a full refund, then we could order brand new [redacted] Lifts.Thanks,

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]The refund was accepted, and they stated in their closing letter that they would not be able to deliver the lift. We have the documentation on the first lift - which we accepted - that they had sent tires (by mistake) that were used only to move the lift around the shop for painting purposes. Larry, the representative for Buffalo Fork Lift, agreed to pay $2700 to replace the tires on the fork lift, but never did.At this point Buffalo Fork Lift will not answer any of our calls, or respond to any emails. Our main grievance is that they will now not replace the tires that they agreed to, on the first lift (the one they delivered, and we accepted).
