Meat does not taste like buffalo, rather tastes like elk!
I have purchased from Buffalo Gal at least 3 other times. I purchased the Western Wrangler package which includes: 2 (8-10 oz) Bison Filet Mignons, 2 (8-10 oz) Bison New York Strip Steaks, 2 (8-10 oz) Bison Ribeye Steaks, 2 (8-10 oz) Bison Top Sirloin Steaks and 1 lb. Ground Bison. When my family and I received the order. The filet mignons were replaced with tenderloins. When my family and I grilled the meat we ordered, the meat was tough and tasted like elk. I wrote in my concerns, and it surprised me that "buffalo gal" are the ones who decides which makes it into their website's comment board. I received no calls, no emails of my concerns. Buffalo gal did the wrong thing! My family and I have been eating buffalo for quite a while now. We know what the meat tastes like and the last order we had is definitely not buffalo! Shame on you buffalo gal! Thank goodness for other Bison meat providers!

Thank you for your patience in our response regarding Revdex.com Complaint # [redacted] for Mr [redacted] located at the address of [redacted] CNP spoke with Mr [redacted] on June 16, and scheduled an appointment to assess the propertyOn June 18, 2015, our CNP Survey and Right of Way Manager, and field agent determined that the address of [redacted] is a residential lot in the middle of a residential neighborhood It does not back up to a transmission right of way Please note that CNP does have underground facilities in the rear of the lot in a dedicated easement If the entire easement area is low the developer should take care of the drainage problemBut if the problem was the cause of a collapsed trench where CNP buried our facilities and failed to back fill properly, then the problem would have been with CNP However, in our investigation it was discovered that the pull hole is within compliance and was installed at final grade The developer is required to cover and sod over the pull hole Our Manager of Survey and Land of Right of Way contacted the developer yesterday (6/22/2015) and builder agreed to take care of issue If additional information is required please contact me Thank you, Shauntee S [redacted]

This is in response to the complaint # [redacted] submitted by [redacted] residing at [redacted] ***Please know that after a thorough investigation, we discovered that the errors made concerning the returned checks were self-initiated Within the last months all of the payments that cleared were researched to confirm how the payment was made and from what banking institution It was confirmed that the same banking institution was used but not the same checking account information There may have been one too many zeros in the account number enteredUnfortunately there have been two returned items on this account which the account has been flagged to not accept any checks for payments for a months period Other alternatives to make a payment would be to pay in cash at a payment location or with a credit card payment on-line or over the phone Additionally, since the last two payments where returned, the disconnection for non-payment is valid Therefore we would be unable to refund or waive the reconnection feesThe account will be eligible to accept check payments as of January RegardsCenterPoint Energy

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint This company is very shady I have asked for them to pull the phone records to prove that we were NEVER TOLD a $charge would incur and all they can say is "we're not negligent"They Will not even reply to that request which would PROVE that they falsely charged us $It's a very unethical way to get $out of good paying customers TERRIBLE company I will be taking this further Regards,

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaintI understand that this company has a guide to follow but it is not my duty to keep sending anything to this company because they did not follow rules all to well of identification of a customerHowever I can provide supporting detail to the Revdex.com of such claim(see attached) but I refuse to pay for, stamps, fax,or gas that involve such problemI did not open this account as stated before I was IN FACT on military duty and should not be held responsible for anything with this account that I did not do and have explained to the people at this company in the pass. Therefore this should be deleted as being mine!May be the people at this company should take better pride when doing work for this company. Thanks In Advance, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] While I am gratefully pleased with MrC [redacted] offer to pay half the expense to remove the tree and did not expect it I cannot consider this a resolved matter until the repairs are made and my lawn is returned to its original conditionBy no means do I intend to convey that I am dissatisfied with Centerpoint's response simply that things are pretty botched with my lawn losing soil every time it rains and the lawn repair will become more extensive the longer Centerpoint takes to make or complete repairsThis message is the first time I have learned that Centerpoint originally planned to do any further work on my property even after numerous calls for an updateI am grateful to MrC [redacted] for his actions to date in this matter and am sorry that I had to escalate to the Revdex.com and the city regulatory board to get a responseI would like this matter to remain unresolved until repairs are complete and my lawn is back to normalI promise to immediately inform the Revdex.com when that happensA promise to repair is not sufficient for me to consider this matter closed Regards, [redacted]

Thank you for the opportunity to respond CenterPoint Energy’s Credit Department reached out to Mr [redacted] to assist with his concernPlease know that before any information is sent to collections a thorough investigation is doneThere has to be several matches before a debt is connected to a customer and sent to collectionsWhen a customer states that any information is fraud/ID theft and not theirs, a fraud package is mailed to the customerWhen the Credit Department spoke with Mr [redacted] to offer the fraud package, he declined and stated that he hired someone to clear his creditRegards,Angela [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have decided to go ahead with a deceptive trade practices lawsuit against CenterPointAlso another complaint against CenterPoint about their unreasonable rate case will also be filedThanks for your helpIf CenterPoint wants to settle this issue, I am willing to work with them Regards, [redacted]

We thank Mr [redacted] for another opportunity to address his concern His original request was to have his bill corrected in which all of the details were investigated and the bill was corrected As a result, two readings were taken on 2/13/17, one by a contract technician and the other by the electronic meter reader (ERT) which resulted in two different readings The protocol is to make an assessment and determine if adjustments are warranted after a complete and thorough investigationA reading simply cannot be changed at the request of the customerJustification has to be proven to change the records CenterPoint Energy used the ERT reading to adjust Mr***’s invoice based on a review of the account’s previous readings. After a supervisor had Mr [redacted] re-read his meter and determined that the reading was in line, the supervisor decided to further accommodate him by submitting a safety check order which requires the presence of an adult It was instructed that an adult had to be present in order to complete the safety check Mr [redacted] stated that he wasted his time to give CenterPoint Energy access Please understand it was not mandatory that Mr [redacted] be present as long as an adult was there to give access In addition, a minute call before arriving request was offered, which was accepted The supervisor followed the procedures after having Mr [redacted] read his own meterThe reading and results from the safety check confirmed the initial ERT reading was accurate and in line with the previous customer’s usage history. When there is a high volume of calls holding, there is an automated recording that acknowledges the estimated hold time and provides an option to call back at a different time when the hold time is not as long Mr [redacted] chose remain on the line to speak a supervisorPlease know that CenterPoint Energy does not compensate customers for time spent waiting to speak with an agent/supervisor or investigate a potential billing errorMr***’s account dispute was ultimately resolved by completion of a thorough investigation In recognition of Mr [redacted] being an excellent customer, a gesture of goodwill has been applied towards his account in the amount of $as a onetime courtesy.Regards,Angela [redacted]

This is in response to Revdex.com complaint # [redacted] submitted by [redacted] owner of [redacted] ***.We were able to speak with Ms [redacted] to confirm that she was the owner of the property during the time period in question for gas usage Ms [redacted] confessed to using the gas but is unwilling to pay the customer charge because she did not request for service in her name It was explained that the service was already on when she took over andCenterPoint Energy set the account up in her name in order to bill for the usage Unfortunately, the customer charge covers the cost for reading the meters, issuing bills, maintaining facilities and gas lines, postage, etcThese costs occur even if you do not use gas during a billing period CenterPoint Energy has the right to set up an account in the responsible party’s name, and back bill for gas usage once it’s established who’s responsible for the gasAs a courtesy, the deposit was removed from the amount due Please know that after reviewing the account with the credit department, we will be unable to waive any other chargesWe appreciate Ms [redacted] for allowing us to review her concern.Regards,Angela B [redacted] CenterPoint Energy

Revdex.com: This letter is to inform you that CenterPoint Energy has carried out to my satisfaction the resolution it proposed for my complaint, filed on 8/23/and assigned ID [redacted] Regards,

We are in receipt of the additional informationOn 1/11/2016, Cynthia P***, CenterPoint Energy Service Area Manager, contacted Mrs [redacted] to discuss her concernsMrs [redacted] confirmed that meter is set and workingMsP [redacted] explained that inspections are done by the County and not by CenterPoint EnergyShe also explained that there would be no charges for any additional service poles because the customer’s meter pole was not relocated within dropping distance of the company’s standard installation of facilities Mrs [redacted] explained her frustration came when CenterPoint representatives explained the need to relocate the meter pole and nothing was said about needing the address on the meter can and when order was reissued to the field, the order was turned down for the no addressMsP [redacted] apologized for the inconvenience Respectfully, CenterPoint Energy

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint While I acknowledge that the representative from the Houston office was much more polite than the first representative I spoke with, she did not provide a proper solution to the problemCustomers should be able to change their billing date, and billing dates should not disproportionately affect certain neighborhoods more than othersImagine the many living on Social Security that only get paid on the first of the monthI was told that because meter readings fall on certain days, that changing the billing date is not possibleThis is simply falseReading dates and billing dates are not dependent on each otherI also offered an alternative solution of extending the delinquency date to days past the billing date, instead of the 14-day period that exists currentlyI personally will make sure to pay my bill on time in the future and accept responsibility for the sixty dollars I have paid in late charges with this companyHowever, considering the company's privilege as a public utility and natural monopoly, I would like them to cease the unfair billing practices that may disproportionately affect customers in certain neighborhoodsAll other utilities in my community allow a change in billing dateAdditionally, Entergy of Louisiana has similar infrastructure and allows natural gas customers to change billing datesI hope that CenterPoint will strongly consider this service to customers in the future Regards, [redacted]
