We have spoken to the customer on 9/8/ On 8/9/we fixed the slide out seal The customer wants us to send some one to his house for the speakers This takes time He can bring it to us and the repair will be made The speakers worked fine on 8/9/
We refunded the deposit They have a trade that is damaged and that is not our responsibility The fact that the trade was damaged is why there is an issue here If I can help out please have the customer call me directly
This unit was bought back in and was inspected with no issues It is now years later and the customer is just now stating this The customer got this inspected twice after buying from us He should look at those dealers not Buffalo RV

We went out to the customers house on 7/12/to make repairs and find out what the problem was for the slides We have ordered the part needed and are working as fast as we can to make the repairs The manufacturer agreed to overnight the part to the customer directlyWhen the part arrives our service tech will be out to make the repairs immediately
Mr. [redacted] purchased a 2005 Class C motor home on April 5th 2016. At that time he was told we give a 30 day warranty on the coach. He agreed to purchase the coach and he signed bank paperwork. We also at that time offered him an extended warranty that he declined to take.

We made arrangements with customer to drop their camper off August 24th at 7pm We will be fixing all her concerns
Consumer called on inquiry line and said Buffalo RV already resolved
I spoke with the customer and explain the situation with his credit He has agreed to remove this complaint
The parts are ordered to replace the valve We waived the warranty deductible The part will be in Friday 8/7/

We sent the check out 8/4/to their bank I sent a copy to the customer Thank you, Mike W
We do not control what a bank will approve The deposit has been refunded
The refund was processed yesterday 9/6/
