The valve was ordered and expected to be in 8/7/15. We are waiving the deductible for the warranty claim. Customer has been contacted and is all set as of 7/30/

We worked with the manufacturer and made the repairs that were needed This has been handled

At the end of October they sent Rick out to service my trailer and winterize it.  Unfortunately one repair was not completed . The new wall panel for the...

bathroom got damaged on route to my campground and they could not replace it.  I was told they would  reorder it and call me.  Still waiting.

Consumer called on inquiry line and said Buffalo RV already resolved.

We are working with the customer to resolve her issues.

We made arrangements with customer to drop their camper off August 24th at 7pm.  We will be fixing all her concerns.

This customer paid with a personal check and we needed to wait for it to clear before we give them a check back.  Also, the check is not in this customers name.  Someone else put the deposit down for him.  We are sending the check out today to the person that put the deposit down....

We refunded the deposit.  They have a trade that is damaged and that is not our responsibility.  The fact that the trade was damaged is why there is an issue here.  If I can help out please have the customer call me directly.

The refund was processed yesterday 9/6/16.

I spoke with the customer and I am working this out with her.

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I am satisfied with the fact that they took care of the shaking of the steering wheel.  But to get to that point I felt like I went they homeland security  the company does not work well with customers  once the purchase is done, the move n to the next sale  and do not pride themselves on customer service  there r still things we were never shown how to do in our walk thru  it's not worth it to me anymore  I will go somewhere to someone that cares

Buffalo RV has made the repairs on 8/22/16.  After that they had a few minor problems that are being handled.  Customer has an appointment 11/8/16 to fix some minor warranty repairs.

Spoke with Customer.  We have it handled with them.

We do not control what a bank will approve.    The deposit has been refunded.

This unit was bought back in 2014 and was inspected with no issues.  It is now 3 years later and the customer is just now stating this.  The customer got this inspected twice after buying from us.  He should look at those dealers not Buffalo RV.

[redacted] They feel that returning the deposit has solved the issue. The fact that they did not complete the installation in the manner they had agreed to is still the issue. The installation will now be complicated since they pulled the connecting cable out. We expected the installation to be completed as they had originally agreed to. We are now in Florida so the installation can not be completed at this time. Very displeased with their service and their attitude.
