We have spoken to the customer on 9/8/16. On 8/9/16 we fixed the slide out seal. The customer wants us to send some one to his house for the speakers. This takes time. He can bring it to us and the repair will be made. The speakers worked fine on 8/9/16.
We went out to the customers house on 7/12/2016 to make repairs and find out what the problem was for the slides. We have ordered the part needed and are working as fast as we can to make the repairs. The manufacturer agreed to overnight the part to the customer directly. When the part...

from Buffalo RV since June 30, 2015. So they are not working with me. Nor did they respond to a letter from a lawyer.
This is the latest issue that needs to be resolved: June 9th stopped out at BRV – best way to schedule – as calls not returned, or not for days – told I needed to pay a road call as they have been out so often – remember extended warranty and they have not solved the problem since April 2014. Under duress, I paid for road call as someone needs to solve this valance getting worse. Sends Scott out – raining – removes the valance and the board a few inches behind and the front insulation and the corner is soaked and full of mold and mildew. Said water was coming in through the nails in the trim, and that there was no putty behind the trim so a manufacturers defect. Left it exposed. Brandon called June 10 and said they will completely take care of this problem and come up with a plan to fix the wood (overhang area). Not until June 25 can he schedule Scott to come out to fix , clean and sprays a strong mold/mildew killer.
June 27 rains all day, still leaking. I call as soaked again to front wood. Chuck calls and sends Scott back out June 30th. Job looks very messy, vey obvious that attempt was made to fix. Still leaks all summer. I swap paper towels, dry and sp[redacted] raa Spray. I bought a $600 cover when I closed up to protect over the winter.
NOTE: I spend one night in camper all summer, August 6 and become ill. Diagnosed with pneumonia – conducted a mold analysis – a type of mold that can cause pneumonia is found among others.
This is still the persistent problem. I am afraid to stay in this camper. [redacted] says send for review if determined to be a defect, but I have no idea what they have done. Have heard nothing. Even ignored an attorney. I believe both need to be accountable to make this right.
I would like these issues resolved before the Memorial Day weekend and reimbursement for all expenses incurred. I spent a great deal of money and an extended warranty to avoid this.

Due to the snow that had fallen. I am not asking for anything spectacular other than for them to look at the motor home and tell me what the shaking was caused by. They are missing my point completely. That's why people feel that once they got you to purchase they don't want to hear from you again. I called I believe 2 days ago regarding the matter. And was told my salesman would get back to me. As of yet no call. But with the fact that he lied to us, I don't really care if I hear from him with more lies. That company has missed the point completely, which doesn't surprise me. They aren't interested in customer service.
Mr. [redacted] purchased a 2005 Class C motor home on April 5th 2016. At that time he was told we give a 30 day warranty on the coach. He agreed to purchase the coach and he signed bank paperwork. We also at that time offered him an extended warranty that he declined to take.

We have been in contact with the manufacturer and the customer. We have made arrangements to have it repaired at our facility on 8/29/16.
