We are trying to reach the customer to handle this with him The customer was told this before he left with the unit

We called the customer and LVM today 8/1/to fix her camper

We did receive the check for the DMV reimbursement I will consider that issue solved As for the doors, according to a UPS confirmation number, the doors were taken into Buffalo RV's possession on Friday May 22nd at 10:am We then did not receive any notification from the service department until one week later, Friday May 29th that the doors were in During the phone call we were informed that the doors had been damaged and would have to be reordered again This is now the 4th set of doors that have been ordered for this camper, all have either been damaged or have been ordered wrong We will now wait again for another set of doors

Customer was called and parts are ordered. This has been handled with them

We have made the repair that the manufacturer approved The slide works and the customer was shown that it does The customer wasn't happy so we had the manufacturer call the customer They ask Mr *** for a video of it going in and out on 10/17/and he agreed to do so
On 10/24/the manufacturer tried calling the customer because they have not received the video He as not called them back to this date

We fixed hot water heater and other issues in Nov 2015. The campers water system is working properly according to the manufacturer specs

The refund was handled It takes up to three business days to go through

Buffalo RV has had trouble contacting us They gave us an August 29th appointment and *** says August 23, Buffalo Rv has not gotten back to us of which date and whether they will pick it up An appointment does no good unless they pick it up I am not moving it This is a new trailer used once they have our money and are going on with business as usual Meanwhile due to the short camping season we have nothing Lesson learned no more new trailers The wall bolts are loosened from the frame and I will not move it They can tighten these bolts forever and if they come loose again our safety is in their hands So they better come up with and cure I seen a trailer rolled over on the thruway last month I will take every precaution to prevent it Because of the actions of these two companies were are tent camping I would like a committment on torgue specs and either a new trailer or damage assessment of the internal walls where the bolts attach on this trailer with compensation for not being able to use the new trailer
