Revdex.com: At this time, I have not been contacted by bvhcell.com regarding complaint ID [redacted] I keep calling them ###-###-#### each week; they will not answer their phone anymore I keep receiving an answering machine They also no longer reply to emails They still have my money (68.98); no products have been shipped since I ordered on [redacted] October I have read other complaints with this company doing the same thing to several other coustomers from around the country However, this company is still online doing business with new customers My question, is: "What legal action can be taken for online companies like this one; who take people's money online and don't provide products or refunds?" Who protects online customers? Regards, [redacted]

I ordered an iPhone case on Oct* It's now Oct [redacted] and the order is still listed as processing They tell me that it was sent out but can't/won't provide me with a tracking number It's been weeks and I'm simply forced to go get a case at my local retailer, out the $$ I sent them Poor

They said the product will be arrived in 2-days, but it finally took weeks I asked them in days, they just replied it would be in couple daysThat's itno tracking service, no apology about the late deliverythen finally it took weeksI asked them again why it took weeks? They never reply it to meAlso, I wrote review about it on their homepage, but it's not appeared?! Just only positive review appear on itcan't believe it...really really poor service

Do not use this vendor Sells counterfeit products!! Purchased an LG blue tooth headphones in September The headset broke in July of and I sent to LG for repair Items came back with a note claiming it's a counterfeit product Tried to call and email No response (no surprise)

determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:Yes, I did dispute the credit card transaction, HOWEVER they did not mention the fact that they RESUBMITTED the charges through the credit card again on 2/**/ This was when the credit card company contacted my sister to let us know that BVHCell resubmitted the charges and that is why they had to charge the credit card $againI have included ALL the necessary documents to prove that we were NEVER credited $ It seems to be a back and forth battle between us and this business If this was resolved, why were these charges resubmitted last Friday 2/**/This was when I've had enough and called once again demanding the credit on these resubmitted charges I do not understand why this business has failed to disclose this information to you in their response It's ironic that the same day I called to demand this credit was when I told them I was going to contact the Revdex.com about this ongoing issue Doesn't it seem strange that they didn't mention resubmitted the charges on 2/**/16?

Placed order on 5-**-(2-days for shipping) days later, nothingEmailed, they said I'll have it "just after the holiday" Just four days after the holiday, still nothing Opened dispute with CC company, sent email, they said "Fine, will cancel order" Nearly a month after I was supposed to have the product, they cancelled the order because it STILL had not shipped Now, just waiting to see if they're going to keep my money too

This issue continues to be apparent with this business It is also apparent that I keep providing documents to back up my claim and NOT once have they proven that I was ever credited because it has not occurred As indicated on the last response our credit card company clearly put it back on there because they disputed these charges back and resubmitted it You're ABSOLUTELY correct in the fact that we DID NOT consent for you to recharge us but that is EXACTLY what happened Our credit card company (*** ***) has given us a copy of a "supposed" delivery letter (attached) from this company BVHcell with a tracking number that when tracked clearly does not MATCH the address or the city in which I live This attached letter is the one what that was submitted to dispute the chargesSo, what is the truth? Was it credited or were the items sent? I have also filed a complaint with the *** inspector general providing a timeline & tracking number of the referenced aboveThe document has been altered to make it seem as though it was sent *** *** IS NOT going to credit this They have all copies of this claim and proof of documents

Hello On 4/**/I recieve the one of the items that I had ordered ,I called regarding my other set and no one answeres the phone now and has not responded to emails they still owe me my pink headset or my refund , it has taken them a month to send a partial order , please dont use them , I dont understand how they are still operating via internet with all the complaints
