They said the product will be arrived in 2-7 days, but it finally took 2 weeks....

I asked them in 10 days, they just replied it would be in couple days. That's it..... no tracking service, no apology about the late delivery. then finally it took 2 weeks. I asked them again why it took 2 weeks? They never reply it to me.... Also, I wrote review about it on their homepage, but it's not appeared?! Just only positive review appear on it.. can't believe it...really really poor service..

Review: I ordered three ipod otterbox cases from BVHCell in November 2013. One of the cases they sent was incorrect. The item I ordered was not in stock. After waiting 1.5 weeks for the item to become available, I asked to return the incorrect item for a refund. After several exchanges they finally agreed to forward a pre-paid return address label. The label was from another customer's order (with their information on it), but they said to go ahead and use it. I'm sure this other customer did not appreciate me having their address etc. information. I sent the item back and they refunded only the price of the item. They did not refund the tax that they charged me for the item ($2.26). I contacted them again about this and they told me they would refund the remaining amount. After no additional refund posted in 2 weeks, I told them I would file a complaint with the Revdex.com if I did not see a refund for the remaining amount in 1.5 weeks. I have not received a refund yet. In short, they sent me an incorrect item because the one I ordered was not available. They made me argue to get them to pay to have it returned, then used a return address label from another customer order. Finally, they never refunded me for the full amount I paid. This company should not be in business. I understand that $2.26 is very little, but it is more about the principle at this point.Desired Settlement: I want them to refund the remaining amount they charged my credit card and change their business practices.

Review: I purchased a UAG phone case for my Samsung Note3 cell phone online at bvhcell.com. I also purchased another UAG phone case for my wife's Galaxy S6 phone else ware. There was a complete difference in the quality and craftsmanship of the two phone cases. I automatically assumed my case was a defect, so I contacted UAG at urbanarmorgear.com. I sent pictures of my case to them and they informed me that my case was a counterfeit. Not only that, they told me BVHCell.com is not an authorized dealer. I contacted costumer service at BVHCell, I gave them my order number and situation. At first, there was a response, now nothing but an automated reply. I first contacted them October [redacted]. The last real reply was Oct [redacted]. I want either an authentic UAG case or my money back. Is there any way Revdex.com can help with this?Desired Settlement: I want an authentic UAG aviator green galaxy note 3 cell phone case.

Review: On ** October 2013, I ordered 2 of Otterbox Samsung Galaxy S II Skyrocket Defender Cases for 67.98. I ordered them via online at BvHcell.com. In November, just before Thanksgiving, I checked the BvHcell website to obtain the status of the order; it stated, “It had been shipped”. By mid-December, I did not receive the order, so I called ###-###-#### to check on the status of the order (#[redacted]). I was informed by [redacted], at BvHcell.com that the Otterboxes for Samsung Galaxy S II Skyrocket were no longer available. I said, “No problem, just refund the money back to my credit card.” I was promised a refund by the [redacted], at BvHcell.com. Since mid-January 2014, the website still states that the order had been shipped so I called again to confirm the refund to my credit card. Four times, I have called this month; I also sent several emails to try to contact a [redacted]; however, each time I received a different reason as to why the refund had not taken place. Now, at the end of January 2014, they won’t even answer the phone calls or emails. Who protects online consumers from online companies like this one? My lesson learned is to read reviews and check out online companies before using them. This company (BvHcell.com) has a long list of negative reviews, with similar complaints from multiple customers. I will keep researching to find out who to contact next for help with this dilemma.Desired Settlement: I just want this company to do what is right. Since the products are no longer available; it is a simple matter of crediting the credit card used for the order. After that, I want nothing else to do wtih this company. However, since there are so many other simular customer complaints about this company, I would think that an action taken by the authority of the State of New York to shut this online company down would be in order.

I keep receiving an answering machine. They also no longer reply to emails. They still have my money (68.98); no products have been shipped since I ordered on ** October 2013. I have read other complaints with this company doing the same thing to several other coustomers from around the country. However, this company is still online doing business with new customers. My question, is: "What legal action can be taken for online companies like this one; who take people's money online and don't provide products or refunds?" Who protects online customers?

Review: I have communicated with BVHCELL.COM over the last three months in reference to a LG retractable headset I ordered in September 2015. I had a successful exchange the first time and the second time I had to exchange led me here. I have written communication that statest they'll attempt to exchange the product but I have yet to receive another headset. I called BVHCELL.COM today and I was hung up on twice and was told to please get my lawyer involved as I stated I would. I never knew a business would want to be sued over approximately $90. It's unheard of and I feel cheated. I would settle for a full refund including my shipping for the first exchange.Desired Settlement: Full refund including my shipping of the original exchange.

I am happy to see that the Revdex.com was able to receive a response from BVHcell.com. I am rejecting this response because I am due a refund because I do not have a product. As mentioned before BVHcell.com received their defective product on December **, 2016. After BVHcell.com received this product I made several attempts to contact them for status of the exchange. A whole month went by without a response from BVHcell.com. I did let BVHcell.com know that they left me no choice but to get my lawyer involved after giving them one last chance to respond to my final e-mail on January **, 2016 . On January **, 2016 I was finally able to get BVHcell.com only representative on the phone to inquire status of my exchange. The representative was very disobliging, and hung up the phone on me twice. This was after telling me that he preferred I get my lawyer involved. Which means BVHcell.com was not trying to provide me with a new headset that is due to me. It has been two months now, so if BVHcell.com was really willing to do an exchange I should have a new headset by now. I am willing to cut all ties from this BAD experience with the return of my hard earned money.

Review: I purchased a Griffin Survivor brand cell phone case from this business online. I had two issues. The first that I am most concerned with is that they sold me a fake case. The case starting having issues very quickly after starting using it. I contacted Griffin directly because I was searching for a replacement part. Griffin asked me for photos of the case and the box and they were able to tell the case was not one of theirs. I have these in email as proof. I contacted BVHcell and asked them for a refund and to fix the issues. They asked for my purchase number and then I never heard from them again. I have tried several emails and calls. The second issue I have is a general customer service issue. After purchasing this case, it went "missing". I couldn't get a hold of anyone to find out where my purchase was. After about a week of trying and leaving messages, they told me it was lost and they would send me a new one. It took weeks for it to arrive. Horrible customer service!Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded for the fake case and I would also like action taken against them so no one else has this issue. If they are going to sell fakes they cannot advertise them as the real deal.

Review: I ordered a Samsung Otterbox case for $27.99 on 9-**-13 and the company took funds out of my account on 10[redacted]-13. I have a total of 7 email since that date of trying to get a tracking number, date of delivery or anything possible to find out information on where my otterbox is. I keep getting e-mail for 2 weeks that it has been shipped and they will have to email me the tracking number. Now on day 10-**-13 I called and they said that it will be another week and that they will have to email me the tracking. I emailed them and told them I am calling my bank that this company took my money and never produced my product that I order. I then received an email from bvhcell that read fine I cancelled your order and they are recalling the shipment. I email them back and said I want my refund and I wanted the credit in an email today! I have never had to deal with a company like this. I researched this company looked them up and discovered there are many complaints with this company. I realized I should have done that first.. I received another e-mail that stated it will take a few days to receive my credit. I wanted to let someone know what I’m having to deal with and still have not received an email back showing any credit. I will be contacting my bank and let them start their process. I did contact my bamk and they are investigating at this time. They told me I need to keep trying to get in touch with them and get my money.Desired Settlement: I just want my credit card refunded. Review: I ordered a Griffin Survivor case for an ipad mini. The product did not ship for two weeks and it's a counterfeit product. I emailed the business. They did not deny that it's a counterfeit and said I can return it but they will charge me a 15% restocking fee. I said I don't want to pay the restocking fee since it's not the product that I ordered. They are not ignoring me.Desired Settlement: Refund the entire purchase price of $31.03 and stop selling counterfeit products!

Review: I placed an order for a cell phone case from BVHcell in which I never received the product and was never provided a tracking number as promised. I tried several times to contact this business by phone and email. I was eventually text by a number stating my order was canceled and money refunded. I still have not received any refund and when asked to be provided with a receipt for this I was told they would not do so. Review: I ordered a phone case from bvhcell.com on 3/**/2014. Two min later I called to change my order because I realized I ordered the wrong case. I talked to someone named [redacted], I explained what I did and that I wanted order a case for the Samsung Note 3, immediately [redacted] says there is a 15% restocking fee, I said for exchanging it? well he says we charge restocking fee I said but it was 2 min ago he said it don't matter It takes time to process these orders, So I said why would I pay u a fee just to change it he said O not to change it. I said you are very rude and I am trying to explain what I want to do and you keeping telling me about a fee and your not listening to anything that I am saying. He says what do you want to change it too? so again I tell him I need a case for a Note 3 he asked what color? I said what colors do you have?? He says rudely you can go online and look at them, I said Really? so he calls out between 6-8 colors and because I couldn't see them I just ordered Black. He says he needs the security code off the back of my card to add the $2 difference, so I give it to him, he said he would send an updated invoice through email and I said thanks n the call ended.

Unhappy about the service that I received yesterday I called back explained a little bit of the conversation from the previous day and asked could I speak to a [redacted], (it was the same rude person that answered the phone). He said that there was know such person, I said surely there has to be someone else to speak to besides you, he says no I will refund you your money minus the fees, I said I would like to speak to the [redacted] of the company he hung up in my face. I called back and asked for his name which he said [redacted], I said and I need an email address or something to send a complaint. He says the email but says it too fast for me to write it down I ask him to repeat it and he asked was I deaf. I said WHAT did you just say, NO I'm not [redacted] I didn't hear you. Then He says [redacted] your are nothing but a [redacted] I'll be a [redacted] just refund me my damn money and he says I will minus the 15% stocking fee and hung up.Desired Settlement: I want everyone to know that he is [redacted], that has no customer service skills and doesn't deserve a business nor work with the public. Review: There are multiple issues relating to this company. First the product I ordered, a Otterbox Commuter case for the HTC ONE, was not delivered on time. In fact the company straight out lied and told me that the product had been shipped a week prior to it actually being shipped and only shipped the product and gave me a tracking number after the second complaint. Then when I did attempt to contact the company to complain, the company's phone number goes straight to a voice mail messaging system every time you call it. The company has never called me back, but only text messaged me or sent emails. Once I finally received my ordered product, I opened the package only to find a counterfeit Otterbox case. The case had a lot of unfinished detailing and was made of some very cheap material that was not even comparable to the material that the Otterbox company uses. Once again I had attempted to contact the company on this issue to file a complaint and return the product, but the company did not pick up the phone or call back, so I then contacted my bank to report the problem and get refunded the charges. My bank suggested that I write a letter explaining the issue with the product and demand a refund and send both the letter and product back to the company with a tracking number so that I know the package was delivered. I did this, the package has been returned with the letter to the company and I have emailed the company notifying them that I had returned the package, included a letter that explained the issues, and wanted a full refund or I would be reporting them for knowingly sending me a counterfeit item. I sent the email on Thursday of this last week and have still not received a reply from the company or a refund. The purchase price of the product was $25.21 .Desired Settlement: I want the money put back into my account and would like to know if there is anything else I can do to report this company for knowingly selling customers counterfeit merchandise.

I have attempted to contact the business via e mail since this is the only way I have been contacted by them in the past but there has been no response back from them. I also sent the item back with a letter notifying the business of the fraud and asked for a full refund of my money, which the tracking number shows that the business did receive the package but has still not made any attempt to contact me. I have notified my bank of the fraud and return package, as well as submitted a fraudulent item received form on the Otterbox.com site to notify them of the issue. I am unsure what else I can do at this time.

Review: Ordered a otterbox case for Samsung note3 ordered on Tuesday, was told the order would go out the next day from am employee on the phone, yet now it is Monday 6 days later and they still haven't shipped the item yet charged my credit card. They kept saying they would send tracking yet didn't. Then told them I was contacting my bank and they then sent me a tracking number when tracked came to not found. Placed order on 5-**-15 (2-7 days for shipping). 10 days later, nothing. Emailed, they said I'll have it "just after the holiday". Just four days after the holiday, still nothing. Opened dispute with CC company, sent email, they said "Fine, will cancel order". Nearly a month after I was supposed to have the product, they cancelled the order because it STILL had not shipped. Now, just waiting to see if they're going to keep my money too.
