Customer has canceled the payment for the order with his credit card company and we have been debited $ 77.79 from our bank account. As of today we haven't received the item back. Please return the product as you're already credited for it

At this time, I have not been contacted by bvhcell.com regarding complaint ID [redacted].   I have attempted to contact the business via e mail since this is the only way I have been contacted by them in the past...

but there has been no response back from them.  I also sent the item back with a letter notifying the business of the fraud and asked for a full refund of my money, which the tracking number shows that the business did receive the package but has still not made any attempt to contact me.  I have notified my bank of the fraud and return package, as well as submitted a fraudulent item received form on the Otterbox.com site to notify them of the issue.  I am unsure what else I can do at this time.

They said the product will be arrived in 2-7 days, but it finally took 2 weeks....
I asked them in 10 days, they just replied it would be in couple days. That's it..... no tracking service, no apology about the late delivery. then finally it took 2 weeks. I asked them again why it took 2 weeks? They never reply it to me.... Also, I wrote review about it on their homepage, but it's not appeared?! Just only positive review appear on it.. can't believe it...really really poor service..

Placed an order on 11/**, site says processing, 2-7 days delivery. Unable to contact, always no one is available for customer service. Beginning to wonder if this is a legit site.

machine.  They also no longer reply to emails.  They still have my money (68.98); no products have been shipped since I ordered on ** October 2013.  I have read other complaints with this company doing the same thing to several other coustomers from around the country.  However, this company is still online doing business with new customers.  My question, is: "What legal action can be taken for online companies like this one; who take people's money online and don't provide products or refunds?"  Who protects online customers?

This customer has disputed this transaction with his-her credit card company and the money has been debited from our account on 01-**-16

We're sorry but we did not resubmit this charge. We're not able to resubmit charges without the customers permission. We have checked again and the money has been debited from our account a few weeks ago already

Do not use this vendor. Sells counterfeit products!!
Purchased an LG blue tooth headphones in September 2015. The headset broke in July of 2016 and I sent to LG for repair. Items came back with a note claiming it's a counterfeit product.
Tried to call and email. No response (no surprise).

We are able to send a new unit to the customer

We have not received the complete order back. In order for us to issue a credit product needs to be returned the same way it was received.

We're sorry but only the case was received not the tempered glass. The order had 2 items on it, a case and the tempered glass for the phone. The case has been returned but not the tempered glass.

I ordered an iPhone case on Oct. *. It's now Oct ** and the order is still listed as processing. They tell me that it was sent out but can't/won't provide me with a tracking number. It's been 3 weeks and I'm simply forced to go get a case at my local retailer, out the $$ I sent them. Poor.

I am happy to see that the Revdex.com was able to receive a response from BVHcell.com. I am rejecting this response because I am due a refund because I do not have a product. As mentioned before BVHcell.com received their defective product on December **, 2016. After BVHcell.com received this product I made several attempts to contact them for status of the exchange. A whole month went by without a response from BVHcell.com. I did let BVHcell.com know that they left me no choice but to get my lawyer involved after giving them one last chance to respond to my final e-mail on January **, 2016 . On January **, 2016 I was finally able to get BVHcell.com only representative on the phone to inquire status of my exchange. The representative was very disobliging, and hung up the phone on me twice. This was after telling me that he preferred I get my lawyer involved. Which means BVHcell.com was not trying to provide me with a new headset that is due to me. It has been two months now, so if BVHcell.com was really willing to do an exchange I should have a new headset by now. I am willing to cut all ties from this BAD experience with the return of my hard earned money.

Sorry for the late reply. This purchase does not qualify for a refund since it was purchased in September 2015. We can send customer a new, working headset.
We never told the customer to get the lawyer involved. Customer was the one that threatened to...
