Review: I ordered a product from this site on 10/**/2013 the product never shipped. I then sent them an email a few weeks later asking about the product only to find out they lost the shipment that was going to them with the product on 11/**/2013 they said they would refund my money and nothing has came back into my account. Then a few days ago they said it was completed awhile ago and normally refunds take 3-5 days to be refunded to an account. It is now 11/**/2013 and nothing is in my account. Sorry to say that is 15 days if I'm not mistaken. Along with this I've tried to email them regarding my issues and they never responded and You can never get a hold of this company because they never email back or have the online chat service working.Desired Settlement: Nothing they have still to refund my money that they said they would do on 11/**/2013 I still have the email stating this from BvHcell.com.

Review: Purchased an Otterbox Cell Phone Case, Order #[redacted], in the amount of $67.99. The case did not work as described. No one could hear me speaking to them through the case. I asked if there was something I was doing wrong and I was told, these cases were designed to be used with bluetooth devices. I explained I cannot use bluetooth devices in my industry and that was one reason I purchased this item. Asked for a RMA number, which they stated was my original Order #[redacted]. I shipped back to bvhcell.com using [redacted] First Class Mail, with a Tracking# of [redacted], on June [redacted], 2013. It is now almost a full month later and still no refund. I have made numerous attempts to contact the company and see why the refund has not showed up, but to no avail. I am still out my $68. Help! BVHCell.com has issued a refund in the amount of $57.80, which is the original $67.99 less a 15% restocking fee. It's my own fault for not reading the very, very fine print regarding the restocking fee. I absolutely will never, ever do business with this company again.

Review: I purchased two products from this business but only one arrived. The seller refused to acknowledge my attempts to either obtain the missing product or receive a refund for the item.I have enclosed the sales receipt below. There were two items purchased, each identical, except for color & price. I received: "Otterbox_iPad_Mini_Def_Glacier OtterBox iPad Mini Defender Case Crevasse 1 $40.99" I didn't receive: "Otterbox_iPad_Mini_Defender OtterBox iPad Mini Defender Case 1 $38.99"I have all email correspondences and sales receipts available if this helps.The seller mailed the one item 9 days after the order was placed and it arrived on Dec [redacted]. Review: I placed an ordered # [redacted] that included a request for a Defenders for the Samsung Mega cell phone. Online the product was NOT out of stock. On 12/**/13 I received an email from BVHCell.com saying that they did not have the item that I requested and they could send me something similar. The similar item was cheaper than the original item however I was charged for the original item. I sent THREE emails to BVHCELL and they responsed to two of the emails saying that they would correct the billing error however this error was never corrected. The last email I sent on 12/** received no response from the company.

I ordered an iPhone case on Oct. *. It's now Oct ** and the order is still listed as processing. They tell me that it was sent out but can't/won't provide me with a tracking number. It's been 3 weeks and I'm simply forced to go get a case at my local retailer, out the $$ I sent them. Poor.

Review: I ordered a cell phone case from them (BVHCell) the day before Thanksgiving (November [redacted]) and they immediately sent an email saying that they were processing my order and that the product would take 2-5 business days to ship. I then received an email saying that they would be closed on Thanksgiving and that orders might be late due to high volume. I was grateful for the email and figured it would take a little bit longer. After not hearing from them I called customer service on the 10th to ask about my product. Customer service said that my order had just been shipped and that the system "took a while to catch up" and that I would receive an email in a few days and I would have my item "at the end of the week". It is now Friday night and the item is not here and I have been unable to get in contact with them.Desired Settlement: I would like a tracking number for my order or my money back.

Review: I ordered 2 Dr. Dre Beats Solo 2 headphones from BHVcell on the internet back in November totaling $231.98 on behalf of my sister. The gifts were for my son and her husband (Christmas gift). When I first called to inquire about where the products were the man on the phone reassured me that they would arrive by the end of the week. The following week, after my son's birthday (December [redacted]) had come and gone still no products. I called the company again to inquire about my order and the man (one and only since it's the same voice) tells me that the reason they haven't shipped is that "they didn't have them in the blue" which in itself should have been a red flag considering they let me select blue as my color option in the first place. After I heard that I asked him to just go and cancel my whole order and I would purchase them elsewhere because my son wanted blue ones. He apologized and acted sincere about the issue I had. Another week passes and I still have not received a credit on my sister's credit card so I call them once again. He goes on to tell me that it's the busy season and that I should have it in 48 hours and no later than next week. That NEVER happened. It was obvious that we were not getting anywhere with receiving our refund so we contacted our credit card company ([redacted]) to file a dispute about this transaction since we canceled and NEVER received the product. We gave the credit card company all the contact info along with receipt copies and such. I find out today that the credit card company was not able to collect a credit from the company either so they had to put it back on my sister's card. This is FRAUD and SCAM at it's best. I DO NOT want this company to get away this. With all the run around and empty promises we are out of $231.98. That is not OK! I called the company again today and the man did not want to talk to me because I was being threatening because I wanted my credit. The nerve and disgust I feel about this company just got heightened by the remarks he gave me today when I asked him what kind of company does this and he felt threatened and hung up on me. This was when the credit card company contacted my sister to let us know that BVHCell resubmitted the charges and that is why they had to charge the credit card $231.98 again. I have included ALL the necessary documents to prove that we were NEVER credited $231.98. It seems to be a back and forth battle between us and this business. If this was resolved, why were these charges resubmitted last Friday 2/**/16. This was when I've had enough and called once again demanding the credit on these resubmitted charges. I do not understand why this business has failed to disclose this information to you in their response. It's ironic that the same day I called to demand this credit was when I told them I was going to contact the Revdex.com about this ongoing issue. Doesn't it seem strange that they didn't mention resubmitted the charges on 2/**/16?

This issue continues to be apparent with this business. It is also apparent that I keep providing documents to back up my claim and NOT once have they proven that I was ever credited because it has not occurred. As indicated on the last response our credit card company clearly put it back on there because they disputed these charges back and resubmitted it. You're ABSOLUTELY correct in the fact that we DID NOT consent for you to recharge us but that is EXACTLY what happened. Our credit card company ([redacted]) has given us a copy of a "supposed" delivery letter (attached) from this company BVHcell with a tracking number that when tracked clearly does not MATCH the address or the city in which I live. This attached letter is the one what that was submitted to dispute the charges. So, what is the truth? Was it credited or were the items sent? I have also filed a complaint with the [redacted] inspector general providing a timeline & tracking number of the referenced above. The document has been altered to make it seem as though it was sent. [redacted] IS NOT going to credit this. They have all copies of this claim and proof of documents.

I ordered a UAG case for my galaxy s5, I called them after 3 weeks since my order was showing as 'Processing' on their website. The person told me that they have already shipped the case and that I should receive it within a week. I waited another week still didnt receive my case. Called them back and they said some error happened with my order and that they are shipping it right away. I waited 4 more days and got my case but guess what, it was damaged/rotten item. Once I put it on my phone the whole case cracked.

Review: I ordered a case that claimed it was a authentic otterbox case when the case came in the mail I opened the packaging it was sent it I noticed that my case was in a realtree otterbox packaging not a waves packaging like it should of been. I contacted the company and the told me I was wrong and that I had to ship it back for a refund. They also refused to give me a prepaid label to mail it back they wanted me to return to sender a ripped open shipper. And the case is now cracked after 2 days of normal use which is unlike a real otterbox.Desired Settlement: I want 100% of my money back and for the company to stop advertising their stuff comes in original packaging if it dont.

Review: I purchased an Otterbox Defender series phone accessory cover for iPhone 4S, order number. When it came on 2/**/2014, I installed it in accordance with the directions. The home button did not function properly with the cover on. It appeared that the feature was defective, because the phone functions fine with the cover removed. Removing and re-installing did not improve it. I wrote to customer service on 2/**/2014 and requested a remedy. On 2/**/2014 they wrote back and stated, "OK we'll send you a replacement silicone". On 2/**I still had not received the replacement so I wrote and asked if they knew when it might arrive. They responded back on 2/**with an email that said "2-3 days". On 3/6 I wrote again, stating that it had been 10 days, and still no promised cover. On 3/**they wrote back and said "Ok, we’ll check and take of it". It is now 3/**, and I have seen no replacement nor heard anything else. I feel that I have contacted them a sufficient number of times to warrant some action on their part, but so far have seen nothing.Desired Settlement: I just wish for the business to have some sense of urgency, and replace the defective product. I am not convinced that the only issue is the outer silicone--as they have indicated without even seeing it. However, they have done NOTHING at this point, and if they would at least send what they promised to send, I could at least try replacing it and see if that indeed fixes the problem. I just want the replacement they promised.

Review: I used this website to purchase a protective case for my cell phone. Transaction went smoothly, funds were almost immediately taken from my back account. Item took far longer than described to arrive at my house, and once received, I discovered that the item was damaged to the point of being unusable. After many emails back and forth with the "customer service" department, I was assured that a replacement part would be rushed to me to correct my problem, at which time I was to then send the damaged part back to them. That was 3 months ago. Since then, I have tried numerous times to contact the company by email and phone, with no luck. I feel that this company is out to scam people out of money, and they take just long enough to allegedly "fix" the issue that the buyer is then outside of the window to file a claim with the bank to get their money refunded.Desired Settlement: The desired outcome is that my money is refunded back to me from the company ASAP, due to the fact I cannot file a claim with my bank any longer. Personally I think businesses like this should be shut down, since defrauding consumers over the internet is a serious offense.

Review: I ordered an OTTER Box Ion from this company for my iPhone 4S, I NEVER received it in the mail. I contacted the business and he said it showed as being delivered. I do not have nor have I ever received this product. The business and I have exchanged several emails and in the last one I mentioned that I would just dispute it with my bank and he said, "If I was you I would not do that, You will lose and you will get nothing." . There is nothing with my signature on it and I still to this day do not have it and I have no credit to my card. The cost was $92.98 and it was ordered on */**/2013. My bank tried disputing but is having problems. I just want my money back. I don't want to do business with these kind of people !!!Desired Settlement: I would like my money back. I paid $92.98 for sending an e-mail. I have no product and the guy who e-mails me and answers the phone is of no assistance. I'm spinning my wheels and can't get this resolved.

Review: Ordered an otterbox case in "Coal" Color. Website stated in stock ready to ship. I ordered an paid for expedited shipping. after 3 days and no response I requested tracking info. It was then I was told that COAL is not in stock but other colors were and ready to ship.

Review: I purchased the LG HBS 900 blue tooth headset. The product was defective. I called support and got "authorization" to return it. I did not receive a refund so I contacted BvHcell via email. Review: I placed an online order for a cell phone case based on the description and picture of the cell phone case. When I received my order, I was sent a different case then what I ordered. I attempted to contact the customer service number listed on the website numerous times all which went to voice mail. I have left three messages and no one has returned my call. I also attempted numerous times via email to contact customer service explaining the wrong phone was sent, and I was told that they sent me an newer version of the case I wanted to order (which is not the case they have on their website). I stated this is not the case I was shown to be ordering online, and I wanted a full refund and needed a return label/postage to return the case. I should not have to pay for shipping for an error on the company's behalf. They emailed me back and said they won't provide a return label because there is nothing wrong with the case they sent me. I again attempted through numerous calls/emails asking for someone to please call me because this is not the case I originally ordered and I do not wish to keep it. I am very unhappy with the inability to speak with anyone when I call the number listed and the lack of response through emails. I have asked numerous times to speak with someone and they simply keep ignoring my request for assistance.Desired Settlement: I would like to send the case back for a full refund ( not get the restocking fee charge) and for postage to be paid for on the company's behalf because they are the ones who made the error. Review: I made a purchase with the US Government which had to be returned. It was returned, not to their PO Box, but to their office at [redacted]. They confirmed it was received and when I asked for the refund on numerous occassions their as always an issue - Do we have the right cc; did you change your address; we are waiting for so and so to approve; always very sorry. Of course they continued until I believed them past the 90 days with the credit card complaint. I continue to email and leave messages and no answer or return. The purchase was over $700 that they have failed to return to the US Government.
