Wow!!! I can honestly say we have never had ANY company provide such professional, quality service - especially considering that our A/C unit was already part of the house when we bought it and BVS didn't install itAfter I noticed water marks on my ceiling, I made the appointment with BVS to have our A/C checked out We were immediately sent an e-mail with pictures and info about the technician who would visit our home and the office staff member who would coordinate the details of the appointmentThe afternoon of the appointment, we were contacted and given updates on the status of the technician's location and exact time of arrival When Ray arrived, he was most polite, knowledgeable, and professional Not only did he pinpoint the cause of the water leaks and correct the problem, but he also performed a complete diagnostic checkup He was painstakingly careful not to make a mess At one point, I even had to do a double take when I saw him wearing boot covers to protect our floors! We will forever be loyal customers, and I would highly recommend BVS!!!
