I have been using BVS to service my air and heat for about years, so you can see that I am pleased Dave *** visited today for annual maintenance He also educated me on performance issues and options for improvement He was efficient, friendly, and well-spoken

My technician, Brad *** found my problem very quickHe was a total professional and very polite

I want to share our positive experience I have ad with BVS We had them out to do our Spring air conditioning check We do this regularly Spring and Fall for both Air and Heat BVS does a first class job for us by sending the best technicians This time we had Brad ***, a super nice guy who has been with Brazos Valley Services for 8yrs He is very knowledgable with both Air and Heat

Wow!!! I can honestly say we have never had ANY company provide such professional, quality service - especially considering that our A/C unit was already part of the house when we bought it and BVS didn't install itAfter I noticed water marks on my ceiling, I made the appointment with BVS to have our A/C checked out We were immediately sent an e-mail with pictures and info about the technician who would visit our home and the office staff member who would coordinate the details of the appointmentThe afternoon of the appointment, we were contacted and given updates on the status of the technician's location and exact time of arrival When Ray arrived, he was most polite, knowledgeable, and professional Not only did he pinpoint the cause of the water leaks and correct the problem, but he also performed a complete diagnostic checkup He was painstakingly careful not to make a mess At one point, I even had to do a double take when I saw him wearing boot covers to protect our floors!
We will forever be loyal customers, and I would highly recommend BVS!!!

I have a service agreement with BVS which I pay $monthly for one free furnace and one free AC maintenance check yearly.The tech came out and informed me my refrigerant was low and I had a leak.He billed me $to find the leak which took five minutes to find.On the invoice that was e-mailed to me later showed a charge of hours labor at $an hour to find the leak.I think that price is outrageous for minutes of work

On 6/8/BVS's employee Brad *** performed the annual maintenance of our A/C systemsBVS called before hand and advised that Brad was ten minutes away Brad arrived at the scheduled timeBrad has serviced our A/C units several times over the past few years and was very professional as usualBVS has serviced our A/C units for over ten years All the service people have been very good, but Brad is our service tech employee of choiceBVS is a very good company to do business with
