BVS did a diagnostic on my A/C and found that I needed coolantI declined to have them put coolant in as their price was too high in my opinionWhen I went to see what might be required for another company to do the work, I removed the coolant valve capAs I did, a sliver of metal came out with itI concluded that the BVS representative had cross threaded the cap after the diagnosistic
I approached the owner of BVS and presented to him what I believed happened and asked for them to repair the partI was informed that he had talked to the representative and that the rep had denied doing the damamge therefore they would not fix my part
This is not satisfactoryI want them to fiv=x what they broke so that I may get coolant in my A/C

I have had a few air conditioning repair companies before BVS and now willstay with them, they are truly the bestMY repair techis Brad which I have the higest confidence inBeing in the tech industry myself I can spot an excellent individual who knows how to put a customer at ease knowing if there was a problem it would be solved the first timMy hats off to BVS and Brad

Ray, technician assigned to project, was most positive individual to work with Always professional and seemed very knowledgeable of installation process Most helpful in assisting the homeowners in learning to operate the new system and answered all questions asked of him Hard-working and most polite individual
