Lana was very professional and helpful in scheduling my maintenance appointment Carlos was courteous and professional Carlos was dedicated and loyal to his company in explaining charges, warranties, equipment etc The employees with BVS have always been professional The issues that I have experienced with BVS is the high mark up costs of their products and equipment I expect a company to make a profit but not charge their customers astronomical prices for parts/equipment as well as the hidden costs for some charges when warranty work is performed It is for some of these reasons that I will not recommend BVS for service or new installations I only use them because they are the ones that installed my system In my life time, I have never spent so much money on an AC system and on a continuous basis and its not just your typical maintenance

Jorge *** (and crew) were meticulous to details, congenial, thorough, friendly, and professional when installing my home solar powered cooling system They were very kind to clean up their traffic areas after completing the installation Jorge was extremely meticulous in ensuring no detail was overlooked during and after the installation I sincerely appreciated Jorge's professionalism and kindness

BVS has expanded their variety of services to homeowners and besides being an HVAC customer I am now a plumbing customerThe plumbing technician, James D., analysed our plumbing problem and explained our options, as a quick fix was not going to solve a continuing sediment problemIt would be far more cost than we had first imagined for just a repair, but he was not pushy, explaining the future problems as he had seen them elsewhere when not stopping the sediment with a whole house filterWhen he was willing to include the toilet tank repairs within the cost of installing such a filter system, we were convinced it was worthwhileThe young lady who does the scheduling and calling is extremely pleasant and clear in what she will do, then does it and calls back.Both persons were very courteous
