BVS has expanded their variety of services to homeowners and besides being an HVAC customer I am now a plumbing customerThe plumbing technician, James D., analysed our plumbing problem and explained our options, as a quick fix was not going to solve a continuing sediment problemIt would be far more cost than we had first imagined for just a repair, but he was not pushy, explaining the future problems as he had seen them elsewhere when not stopping the sediment with a whole house filterWhen he was willing to include the toilet tank repairs within the cost of installing such a filter system, we were convinced it was worthwhileThe young lady who does the scheduling and calling is extremely pleasant and clear in what she will do, then does it and calls back.Both persons were very courteous
