Local office fixed the issue and informed the customer.

I'm surprised anyone in Rio Rancho, NM has Cable One for anything but Internet. Their service is terrible. Equipment failed on a Saturday. Waited 30 minutes on the phone to be told by "help" desk that "YOUR only choice then is for YOU to exchange out the equipment" and "the office is closed Sat-Mon." Who does business like that? I'm so ready to call DirecTV.

After researching this concern, the following took place:1. $1,326 Original payment was taken out of the credit card on file ending in # 2934, on March 17th2. $1,326 was credited back to the SAME credit card on April 6thIt was communicated that it may take up to 10 business...

days before the credit shows up on the credit card account.

Local office contacted customer and agreed to credit the account $120.

The local office has only called while I was at work. They have not left a door card or sent a letter with intent of a resolution, just another letter threatening that they are going to charge me more money.

I reiterate my original request to bhelp resolve this issue. Please contact the local General Manager, [redacted]. She is aware of this issue and waiting to work it out with the customer.

Customer service is horrible. Communication was horrible between the call center representatives and the service techsand with us. We were without service for 6 days. Had to have the tech come out twice. The tech was late and did not fix the first time. Spent hours on hold and being passed around. We were told we had to wait between 8am and 9pm on Saturday to never have a tech show up or a phone call 13 hours Really! Called on Sunday and they said somebody was coming Monday. Good thing we called other wise nobody would have been home. We had asked for a new Modem many times. We have been renting the modem for 11 years and it never had been replaced. Finally got them replace it. The cables outside had to be replace too and they are supposed to be fixing the main supply for neighborhood. Cableone is poorly run/ managed and has gone downhill. We have been customers for over 14 years and are thoroughly disgusted with their service and product. Do not use Cableone

I called my local Cable One office to cancel my tv service. I was told that I would have to drive to another city to return the devices that we have from Cable One BEFORE they would allow me to cancel my tv service. I told the person on the phone that I lived far away from that city and asked if they would send me a pre-paid mailing label so I wouldn't have to pay for the return myself. I was told "no". Then I asked if one of the local service techs could swing by and pick it up, and was told "no" as well. So, long story short, I was told I would not have my cable cancelled until they received their devices, which I would have to pay to have returned and would have to call back once they are sent out to make sure they received them and THEN they would cancel my tv service. They should not be allowed to keep me paying for service if I don't want it, regardless of whether or not I have their cable boxes.

The advertising claims “double the speed, not the price”.. we did double the speed on our streaming, premium,...

and ultra plans without doubling the price. Additionally, for our non-subscriber advertising the phrase holds true, as we doubled the speeds, but did not double the introductory rate, as it stayed the same at $35/month for our streaming Internet.

We understand the customer concern about the three notifications. We send multiple (email, mail and phone) notifications expecting at least one reaches the customer. This, in conjunction with the customer's responsibility to monitor their own bandwidth should be suffice for awareness. Therefore, the policy will enforced.

The local office manager, [redacted], ###-###-####, as been notified and will contact them.

This issue is being misunderstood.  I am not asking to stop my service and...

have a deposit returned.  Cable One did not keep their arrangement with me, and turned my services on a day late, causing me to lose a day's salary.  I am asking for a credit on my account in the amount of my day's salary which Cable One has caused me to lose.

Cuatomer was installed December 16th.

The local office doesn't have any record of service issues or interruptions. However, there is documentation that the customer used he following bandwidth: Nov. 2015 - [redacted], Dec. 2016 - [redacted], Jan. 2016 - [redacted] GB, above the 500GB plan. Therefore, the company policy and notices are applicable.
