The local office addressed the issue, fixed it, applied credits to the account and called the customer to let then know that the issue is resolved.

Customer was notified that the area is scheduled to be upgrade. Thus, the problem should be cleared up by May. Mr. [redacted] already received a credit in December and don’t agree with applying another at this time.

On Dec 9, Cable One responded to my Revdex.com complaint and stated that the general manager would have someone contact me to resolve the problem. As of today (Dec 15), no one has yet contacted me by email or by phone. I would be happy to speak to someone at Cable One about this, but so far, nobody's called. Since I have to respond within 7 days or the dispute is automatically marked resolved, I have no choice but to reject this response.

The response is no response at all. Just says they will look at it,  the do nothing is what my original complaint was about, nothing changed. I am surprised the Revdex.com lets anyone game the system like this, I expected better.Let me know when there is an actual response. Although anything at all happening would be a big surprise.

You know I have never had any results complaining to you and it seems that you are in favor of the companies- I NEVER received notification that cableone had responded  so that I could respond. For the Record I AM NOT...

satisfied and once more a complaint has been brushed aside somehow. Cableone lost us  a lot of money – we had to close our office for a whole day and then for 2 weeks we barely had service. As they said the issue was fixed on the 27th!! So from Feb 8 to the 27th we had hardly any service [redacted]###-###-####

I was called by Cable One and offered a different package with an insignificantly higher data cap at a much higher price to "resolve" my complaint. This completely...

ignored the point of the complaint, which is that their data caps at ALL price points are ridiculously low. Because of [redacted] regulations that bar companies from throttling speeds based on content providers, these cable companies now decide to limit the amount of data an individual can use to get around [redacted] regulations. I can't reasonably use my internet for normal day use at these data cap limits, even when trying all their "suggestions" on their website to lower my usage. Based on this fact alone, their data limits are outrageously low even for every day normal use.Thanks for nothing, Cable One. You've lost a customer and I hope you get fines from the [redacted] when they say data caps are bogus.

The modem was returned in January, dropping the balance to $156.78. After research by the local office, it is agreed that the customer had moved. The remaining $156.78 will be credited, collections stopped and the credit bureaus cleared (may take 45 days).

Typically it is difficult to determine if the equipment is ours, or has been tampered with, if the stickers are removed. The Serial Number and MAC Address are unique to each box. In situations like this, the local office often has charged for the equipment. In the Contract Agreement signed after...

installs, you agreed to return our equipment in good condition. If not, then the customer is liable for it.

The local office contacted the customer to setup a time to replace the cable on the outside. This was done on 2/24/2016. Services should be restored. To improve the service, there is a plan to upgrade the area in the coming months which should made speeds more stable. We appreciate your patient.

The local manager, [redacted], will contact the collection agency to correct any information in error.

The local office researched the account and did find a few service calls over the last 3 months. All were fixed an the services should be in excellent condition. As for the rate increase the customer referred to was actually the end of a 6 month promotion. The local office looked for options but...

could not find a new promotion that the customer qualified for.

Please have the customer contact the local General Manager by the name of [redacted], ###-###-####. He is waiting o work with them on a solution.
