I am rejecting this response because:First of all, my wife is honest and truthful and this is not what happened.? Her english is limited and so she was deceived and taken advantage of.? Mr*** said that she could cancel her membership any time before the February 24.? And secondly, on February 10, why wasn't I immediately contacted about this by? MrRichardson? to get my consent and approval on this?--The reason being I would have understood and definitely said no to this contract membership.? I only first learned of this contact agreement on February after my wife went there to speak about the cancellation.? And also this doesn't explain the fact why the front desk girl said? (and lied)? that Mr*** wasn't in? that day and the truth being that he was indeed in his office?? ? ? Please respond.? ? ?

Our goal at CFF is never to mislead a memberWe have contracts in place with all policies regarding cancelling your membership, which we require initials from the member acknowledging that they have read them in full and understand the contract they are signing intoWe also offer a 5-day cancellation window for our members to take the time and read through what they are signing, and decide at that point if they agree and would like to remain a memberOnce the initial 5-days have passed, the contract obligations standBased on that, we processed your cancellation correctly, and provided a refund of your January dues as a courtesy I am not sure who you spoke to at the club, I would be happy to look into it if you can provide any identifying information of the representatives you spoke to, but without any further information in writing or otherwise, our contract policies standAt this point your membership has been cancelled and your January dues have been refunded back into the account you have on file with us, which you will see in 3-business days.? The disputed $is when I was tired of dealing with the billing department and had the charge reversed through my credit card companyCalFit overcharged me $for the month of August and SeptemberI was charged twice each of those monthsThe call with *** was disconnected in the middle of our conversation when I was asking him a questionI called back to finish the conversation since he did not return my callThank you for the $finally being credited, I do appreciate thatHowever, your company still has overcharged me and refuses to take responsibility and refund itI was willing to accept months free as a credit for the overchargesOnce *** cancelled my account it was no longer a credit for the overagesAdditionally you charged me for a month I was unable to use because your company does not like that I use a resource CalFit chose to get my account correctI have been promised that my account would be fixed correctly since March it is now November and my account is still not corrected properlyI am not requesting that my membership be reinstatedI WANT THE MONEY YOUR COMPANY OVERCHARGED ME returned to meI have provided this information to CalFit multiple timesJUST FIX IT!!!!!!!?

I am rejecting this response because: The reason that I called in January was to cancel and get a credit.? The man that I talked to assured me that I would no longer be charged.? My word against yours.? You can see from my usage that I had no idea that I was being charged.? I never used the service once and this is the primary focus of my complaint.? I never knew that I was being reinstated.? Had I known this I would have said, please do not reinstate me as I am unable to use the service.? You had my phone number, my mailing address and my email and did not notify me that you were reinstating my membership.? This is deceptive and unethical and you can do better to serve your customers.? Transparency is key here.? I was never told when I suspended that I would be automatically reinstated and charged.? I am requesting a full credit and will not be satisfied until I receive that

I am rejecting this response because: I was told that I was good this month on bills but was charged and that put me in overdraft with my bankI was assured that February was paid for but I understand now that it wasn'tI'm angry because they told me different and I wasn't prepared for the finance problem they causedThe person at the desk misspoke about me being okay on payments and that is why I filed a complaintI paid my dues for this month so I'm fine with that but make sure your people who work for you know what they're talking about and explain things the right wayMy understanding was that I didn't have to pay until marchAlso I told you my debit card was compromised and I was waiting for a new card to be be issuedYou still charged me for $three timesSomeone stole my identity online I was waiting for a new card and you kept charging meHire people who know what they're talking about and don't put your consumers through this type of stressWhy did you keep billing me when I told you I was waiting for a new cardThat kept putting me in overdraft fees with my bank but you charged the card anyways and I had to pay the feesIt's settled now just train your people to explain the fees and how it would affect meIt caught me off guardI work my as off for UPS and pay union dues don't screw me over by telling me I'm caught up on my bills.?
