I placed an order on May for a gift for my Mother - confirmation # [redacted] said it would be delivered between May and May I called on May for status and they said they were running behind and didn't know when it would ship As I needed it when I saw my Mom on May I had to get her something else they wouldnt cancel the order and simply said it was late because they had more orders than expected I received it May and have not opened it When I called to find out how to return it, I was on hold for minutes with the message saying I was #in the cue the whole time then I emailed them to ask and got no return email or contact today I called again and they said I could not return it for my money back as they did deliver it they did not deliver the purchased item in the timeframe promised and provided no reasonable explanation for the delay

I ordered Canvas Prints on Thursday, 05/11/2017, and paid $from my [redacted] accountThere were resolution issues with of the pictures I had uploaded, I resent both pictures as 1MB as instructed I received an email on 05/30/confirming shipment of my orderOn 06/01/I received only of the canvases I had ordered and already paid for, missing was the 14"x11" canvas of my two great grandchildren I tried calling the company that afternoon, and left messageI tried calling again the next day several times unsuccessfully as each time the system transferred me back to leave a messageI emailed the company that same day, after the second email, I finally got an answer on 06/02/stating that I had been issued a refundIt has been days and there is no refund credited to my accountI feel that I have been ignored by this company, I've sent subsequent emails trying to let them know I have not received a refund, also stating that I would prefer to have the Canvas I or

Dealt with them when they were canvasbold.com (2017) Or at least they have the same address and the website directs to this company- Most of the canvases I received were decent, except one, but that could've been because the picture was from my cell phone so I won't hold that against themThe problem is I ordered multiple orders and on the last one, which were large canvases, I only received oneApparently they put two tracking numbers on them and only one went outCalled several times and never once has someone answerEmailed multiple times and finally someone responded saying they were sent outi forwarded the tracking number through FedEx which shows it never left their warehouse for deliveryA shipping label wasn't even createdEmailed multiple times after that with no response Stay away or order at your own risk

Jan 10, -- I have ordered printing of three posters 27x40, one of them mountedThe website http://www.posterprintfactory.com/ claimed that printing happens in hours and I have to allow one extra business day for mountingThat timing was perfect for my event, that is why I decided to use this company's services Jan 13, -- I called to check if everything was printed and mounted on time and ready to shipIt turned out they weren't going to do the mounting until the middle of the next week and the printing wasn't finished yet eitherThey explained me that by "hours" they meant business hours which is daysI had to cancel mounting and ask them to ship just the printed posters as soon as possibleI also asked to send the mounting refund details to me by email End of Jan -- I didn't receive neither the refund, nor any information about itI called the company again and have been told that I shouldn't worry and that the refund will be there in a week Two

My name is *** *** and I'm writing this email in regards to a complaint towards the Canvas Print Factory.  I ordered a print and was unsatisfied with the end result and tried to return it for a refund.  The company policy clearly states, a day money back guarantee on every single item sold, no exceptions The refund policy also states a refund of the order (less shipping), no questions asked Upon calling customer service, I was told that I couldn't get my money back ($121.00) and they would send another print out.  I told them consistently I was not satisfied and they were already sending a new one out.  I asked them about the return policy and Jesse (customer service rep) kept straying away from the return policy.  All I would like is to get a full refund and be done with the company.  The return policy clearly states a money back guarantee with no exceptions and I would like them to stay true to the policy

I ordered canvas prints from Canvas Print Factory on December 14th, to be given to family members for ChristmasI was excited about the cost compared to the other companies and that they looked great when placed on the website
After days, I did not receive an email regarding the status of the order, so I calledSpoke with someone in the customer service dept and asked how long it usually takes for an order to process and be sent out once it is placedHe said 5-daysNever asked for my name, order number, nothingI asked for someone else....i'm not sure that there is anyone else

I placed an order with this company on August 26th in error I immediately called and left a voicemail to cancel the order as well as sending an email to the company I emailed the company again on Monday as well I got a hold of the company on Tuesday and they stated there were no refunds I asked if this was on their site and the person stated it was I got off the phone and looked at their website and read that there were no refunds for orders that had been printed I notified the company immediately so my order should have never been printed and I should receive a refund The company never responded to my emails or returned multiple voicemails I left I placed two orders for $each and tried to cancel both of them immediately and would like my money refunded for those orders
