This company is a fraud they will not honor their money back guarantee I ordered a print and never recieved itWhen I called them about it they were very unprofessional and rude on the phoneDid not care at all that I never recieved my printSo am trying to get my money back through my credit card company I would advise anyone not to use poster factory it is a reap offThey should not be allowed to do business on the internet or anywhere they use several different names and would not give me the name of the owner of the company to file a complaint

I placed an order back on 4/11/totaling approximately $5,One of the received canvas arts did not turn out (was all blurry and pixelated) I communicated with customer service our dissatisfaction and asked that the one image be replacedI completed the replacement order on 6/15/utilizing a promo code they provided meThe last communication I received from their customer service department was on 6/21/stating the piece would be shipped out soonI reached back out via email on 7/7/because I had yet to receive tracking information on my orderI have followed up via email on 7/12/16, 7/14/16, 7/18/16, and 7/19/I have called several times at no availLive online support is never availableI can't get anyone to email me back or call me backIt is as though the company has dropped off the planet

This company is terribleI ordered prints and each and every single one of them looked like a grade school child did themI emailed and complained and it went on deaf earsThey are absolute scam artists and should be shut down

I ordered a 12xcanvas print of a photo from the company Canvas Bees online on January 18thThe canvas I received in the mail was a 12xprint, and the 12xlabel had been crossed out on the packagingWhen I asked for a refund because the print would not fit the frame I had purchased, I was told that because I had said in my purchase notes that I didn't want anyone cropped out of the photo, that I had tacitly agreed to the larger sizeWhen I disputed this, they told me they would only grant a refund if I cut the canvas in half and sent them a picture of the destroyed printI did so on February 1st, and have as of yet to get a refundI have tried to contact them several times, and they have either not responded or acted as if there was no initial complaint to begin withI never ordered the 12xprint, and was never contacted prior to delivery that it needed to be resized

I placed an order on May for a gift for my Mother - confirmation # *** said it would be delivered between May and May I called on May for status and they said they were running behind and didn't know when it would ship As I needed it when I saw my Mom on May I had to get her something else they wouldnt cancel the order and simply said it was late because they had more orders than expected
I received it May and have not opened it When I called to find out how to return it, I was on hold for minutes with the message saying I was #in the cue the whole time then I emailed them to ask and got no return email or contact
today I called again and they said I could not return it for my money back as they did deliver it
they did not deliver the purchased item in the timeframe promised and provided no reasonable explanation for the delay

Worst customer service I have ever experienced!!! I never received my canvas when I was told it would come so I called to see what was going onI was told that I had been sent emails about the sizingI never received any emailsI checked spam and everythingThey told me it needed to be resizedI told them I didn't want it resized I wanted what I ordered and that I wasn't going to pay extra for the size they wanted to do eitherI was told that's fine I wouldn't have to pay and he would take care of itI received the order and It was the size they were trying to get me to do, but I didn't want that sizeWhen I called to let them know I received the wrong size I received the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I have never been so angry! The guy I spoke with, which is the same guy I talked to every time I called told me he remembered he talked to me and he remembered I said I wanted it, just didn't want to pay for itWhen I said, No that's not what I said, I immediately got cut off and told that he had the recorded call to prove itThis went on and on for a good minutes of arguing why I was wrong and he was right and he would do nothing to fix itI was told to quit asking rhetorical questionsI was very clear with him that he worst the worst customer service I have ever experienced and that I didn't know what I was talking aboutThat it was impossible to do the print in the size I wantedI had to reorder this through a different company and take it as a lossOh, guess what I ordered the same size I requested through them just fine! I asked to speak with a manager and of course "He was the manager", I said, I'm sure you have a boss and that's who I want to speak to nowNope, wouldn't do itSo, my thinking is this is a crap scam and it's probably one guy who does this in his house and runs this company pretty much by website under his or websitesAbsolutely ridiculous!!! Please do not use this company!!!! They need to be shut down!! I will be leaving a review on any and every site I can find because this is the worst experience of customer service ever!!!! If I could rate at -stars I would!!

Jan 10, -- I have ordered printing of three posters 27x40, one of them mountedThe website http://www.posterprintfactory.com/ claimed that printing happens in hours and I have to allow one extra business day for mountingThat timing was perfect for my event, that is why I decided to use this company's services
Jan 13, -- I called to check if everything was printed and mounted on time and ready to shipIt turned out they weren't going to do the mounting until the middle of the next week and the printing wasn't finished yet eitherThey explained me that by "hours" they meant business hours which is daysI had to cancel mounting and ask them to ship just the printed posters as soon as possibleI also asked to send the mounting refund details to me by email
End of Jan -- I didn't receive neither the refund, nor any information about itI called the company again and have been told that I shouldn't worry and that the refund will be there in a week

I ordered two canvas prints on 5/3/Before I placed the order, I called them just to make sure it would be delivered by May They said definitelyI place the orderThe order receipt said I would have the products by May I have called times now because I have not received an email stating my order has been shippedI finally reached someone todayI explained that I haven't received any shipping notificationTHe customer service representative said "well, what do you expect? Dealt with them when they were canvasbold.com (2017) Or at least they have the same address and the website directs to this company- Most of the canvases I received were decent, except one, but that could've been because the picture was from my cell phone so I won't hold that against themThe problem is I ordered multiple orders and on the last one, which were large canvases, I only received oneApparently they put two tracking numbers on them and only one went outCalled several times and never once has someone answerEmailed multiple times and finally someone responded saying they were sent outi forwarded the tracking number through FedEx which shows it never left their warehouse for deliveryA shipping label wasn't even createdEmailed multiple times after that with no response

After over three weeks of waiting for a product with no update I emailed the company for an update They then responded with a cryptic comment about the order, but nothing stating when/ if my order will arrive I then asked for a refund, as I did not receive an update with a timeframe, nor did I trust it get done Last week I emailed again asking for a refund and was promised an "immediate refund" I have not received any such refund

I was simply denied a advertised claim made on the companies website and anything I tried to tell the employee (Jesse) was obsolete to himI had an in satisfaction and default issue with two of the products I had ordered and one was corrected with poor customer service, and the other request was continuously ignoredI called once again the day before the warranty they give ends (days) about simply returning the items I had purchased for a money back guarantee if not one hundred percent satisfied as the company portrays on their websiteI had even also offered multiple times to hand deliver the products back and do local drop off/pick up but was also again ignored by the customer service representative
