I have never dealt with such a terrible vendorThe items never arrivedThe arrogant jerk I spoke with told me I couldn't have a refundThe entire site promotes hour production and when I called the next day to ask why I hadn't received tracking information they said that they were overwhelmed with orders but it would absolutely get my item before SaturdayIt is now Monday and still no itemWhen I called for a refund, I was told to calm myself down and watch my tone or they would disconnect the phone call and the item I purchased has a day production time (even though I called to verify and the entire website claims hour)I cannot believe that a company like this exists
I ordered two (w) x (h) prints and one came as (w) x (h) and the other at (w) x (h)The (w) x (h) will not fit in the location I need it to plus the print was not cropped and the picture shows behind the backdropI called the company and an employee yelled at me and told I order incorrect and then they would reprint it and send another one and hung upA week and half later nothing was received and I called back for Jessie to info me he was the most senior person within the company and that frames are not measured wide by height but height by wide and I had ordered it wrongI sent him the email order confirmation that the company sent as well as a screen shot of my account information on their siteAfter minutes on the phone and rudeness by this company and the best they could do is me pay to reprint it again
After making an online purchase, I was sent the wrong productAfter multiple calls and emails, I was sent the wrong product a second time I have done everything they have asked me to do to receive my correct item I have received no responseI have sent multiple emails with no correspondenceI have called multiple times as wellThis has been a couple monthsToday they refused to give me a refund to purchase the product elsewhere and I was hung up on I simply want my product of money back
I ordered canvases from this company, when I received them their was a misprint of a shopping cart and a heart on the bottom of two of themI called and was hung up on times, when I did talk to the owner he was very rude and unwilling to help solve the problem and blamed me
I ordered a canvas print from this business for $for a 60x size canvasThe owner of the business contacted me to advise that my image could only be printed at xand that I would receive a refund on my credit card for the difference in price ($105) once my print shippedI received an email that my xprint shipped on 12/16/and it was received thereafter However, I was never credited the $difference in priceI have sent two emails to the company inquiring about my refund and have not received any responseI have also attempted to call the customer service line multiple times and never received a response
I placed an order and when the receive date had come and gone, I contacted businessI was told that my order would be shipping in daysdays later, still no updateCalled again and was told my order was printed and would be shippingHowever- I never gave him my order number and was calling from my work phoneHe had no way of knowing about my orderI told him that and he informed me all orders were printed and waiting to shipI asked to speak to a manager or supervisor because this made no sense and he was rude and was told NoI could not speak to anyoneIt is obvious that this business purposes does not update their orders or keep clients informed, that the one person who is in customer service is probably the owner (Jessie) and he hides behind pretending to be an employee and lies about order status and doesn't seem to care when being called out that he gave a status to an order without looking up anything for that order
I purchases online canvas prints from this company, minutes after placing the order I cancelled and told them I would send new photos when I receive from the professional printsI send emails and all were ignored (I have all of these)I received the canvas prints that I cancelled weeks later, they looked horribleI called the same day and asked them why did they ship when I emailed them several times not toThe person on the phone told me because they were sent to the printer as soon as I sent them, this is impossible lolI then asked him if you printed right away why did it take three weeks to deliver themI finally got this company to agree to reprint all prints (I have this in writing), after another weeks I have received of the new printsI offered to sent the original prints back so they can see how bad they look, but they told me no need to do that (I have this in writing as well) I again sent many emails and finally they replied to tell me they shipped

Pretty much the same kind of complaint as stated in previous complaintsCall the customer service and get an automated message that I am 1st in que and then hold until it times out and sends me to voice mailOnce at voice mail you have the option to contact the operator which when selected immediately puts you back onto voice mail
Unable to obtain any information about my purchase
I was given an initial receiving date of Feb 7-I called on Feb 10th and was told that the product had been completed and was awaiting packaging and shipment which would be either today or tomorrow (Feb or 11) I called again on Feb 14th to obtain a status on the product and it had yet to be shipped and again told it would ship out today or tomorrow I verified that Ive not been charged and decided to cancel the order and returned the call and told that I could not as it was a custom order (art print) I find this unacceptable as they cannot give me a guaranteed ship date and refuse to stating only that they are behind on their ordersI dont want to wait further and I simply do not wish to be charged and want to take my business elsewhere

The WORST customer service I have ever experiencedMy client's order is extremely late and all the person claiming to be the manager had to say was sorry we are behind? Seriously? Did a transaction with this company on 5/w/a promise date of 5/4-5/ Tried to follow up with my order on 5/and was unable to get any info when I logged into the site I Facebook Messaged them bc they did not answer their phones They stated they were a little behind and my order would go on 5/at the latest On 5/they sent me an email stating that they were having trouble w/ sizing the images This after the website gave no indication the sizing would be a problem After many emails / phone calls and FB messages -- I got no reply UNTIL I left a comment on a FB post They tried to make it out like they are still waiting on me and I explained I have answered the email days ago and tried to call them / email them and FB them and they said -- Sorry That's really and then blocked me from the page all together I requested a refund but according to other reviews it sounds like I am not getting it

I ordered $worth of posters from this company on June 17, When I heard nothing from the company by June I called to check on the status He informed me that I would receive the posters on June 25; however, when they did not arrive I attempted calling and emailing concerning the order The response by telephone was that there was no service and while I got a response from the email saying they would contact me within hours, there was no contact I finally talked to a MrJames a short time ago and he simply stated that the posters would be shipped when they were shipped and I would receive them, when they got to my house I asked for any more clarification and he simply repeated what he'd already said Rude does not adequately describe his response When I suggested I would contact the Revdex.com he made a joke about that I have stopped payment on my credit card; however, this business should not be allowed to continue if they have no desire to complete transactions

please discontinue my complaint. the seller finally contacted me and has issued a refund. thank you anyway

CanvasPrintFactory.com sent me sizing other than what I orderedI called them,, sent an email and then finally got them on the phone and I was told that they were not going to do anything to fix the issueThe customer service rep was not going to help me, They claimed to have sent me an email regarding sizing ( I never received an email n theis) I do get emails from them regularly and recieved an order confirmation and a shipping notificationSInce those emails went through just fine I doubt the ones they claim to have sent were actually sent to meI sent them an email and left a voice mail, neither was returnedWhen I tried again and got a customer servie rep on the phone, I was told the email I responded to was not monitored, but that is the email address provided on thier website,
They promise 100% satisfaction, but don't follow through
This is unfortunate because I used them in the past and was satisfied, The first time there is an issue, they fail to stand by their service
On 8/15/I ordered a canvas print in the size of 45''x 33''I paid $for the canvas & $for 1-days shipping for a total of $Called 9/15/after several ignored Facebook messages & emails, was told the print was reduced in size to x without my approval but couldn't cancel order due to it shipping out the next dayThis size canvas was not what I ordered (even though I have yet to receive it) & can not be usedI asked for the difference in my money as well & was told it will be credited back which hasn't happened either
