I ordered a picture to be printed from Canvas Print Factory on September 27th At I was checking out they only provided the amount of $ However, when I received the receipt, they added on $for shipping, that was not previously communicated I called twice immediately after I received the receipt to cancel my order and was hung up on after the customer service associate said all sales are final I emailed their customer services as well and received no response I have since been on yelp and reviewed other similar complaints, and that the company operates under different names: https://www.yelp.com/biz/ozgunaydin-advertising-marlboro-township

Placed an order around 930pm on tuesday and by 8am wednesday morning, I called to verify dimensions of the canvas print I had ordered and how the picture was going to be laid out

I ordered pictures from this website in January and they charged my account for the amount but they never sent me my picturesI have emailed them several times with no responseI have also called and can not get anyone on the phone to talk to them about this

I ended up receiving the product and there was an ink smear at the bottom of the print where a line of text is, thus making it hard to readI have called and emailed with no response on resolving the issue

[redacted](1[redacted]). Just want to follow up on this case. I have resolved this and refunded $223.92, additionally I have offered 40% off the clients next order.Seems happy, hope we will be able to work wither again in the future

Review: after viewing alternatives to what I was looking for I decided to place an on line order with said company. very simple straight forward process. their online propaganda states 100% quality guarantee, lowest price guarantee, fast shipping, etc...... so after 6 days and no email stating it was being shipped I started looking at other sites for estimated delivery times and found one site "easy canvas prints" with a buy 1 get 1 event going on........ so on the 8th day I called and was told print goes today, print goes today she was practically screaming, so I tried 2-3 x to get her to listen to me and address my inquiry, finally she listened and stated after telling her a competitor was offering a better deal and she has a low price guarantee stated on her site that I wanted her to meet this price.... she stated quite simply and firmly order cancelled I will return money....so after weekend and no money back in account I called again to try and work out deal as what I wanted was already to go obviously by our other conversation and she shouted to me price is price I don't care what others charge.Desired Settlement: I want her to have a truth in advertising policy...... if it states next day shipping thats what I and others would expect........if it states low price guarantee, WHICH IT DOES !! match said prices or remove from website.............finally I would like a new print that was priced at $124 to be discounted to $62 to match competitors pricing at bogo............ she said she would match it I expect her to do so as stated....

Review: I ordered a 40" x 30" canvas print from this company on Oct. 5th at 8:30 AM CST . There website states that it ships next day. When I did not receive a ship notice, I called the company on Oct. 6th during business hours. The phone was answered by a automated voice and I was placed on hold and told I was first in 'Q". After approximately 15 minutes the call disconnects or goes to voicemail. This happens every time. I then tried using their chat session online. It states service not available. I finally received a response to my email and was told it would be delivered between the 9th and 14th. On the 12th, I had not received a shipping notice so I called and emailed again. They told me it had printed but not shipped. They asked me if I wanted a discount on my next order or a refund. At this time I requested a refund. They refused and said if they could still honor the 14th, would that work. They stated it had printed and they would overnight. This morning I reached out because it is the 14th and I need the present today for a gift. I was informed there was a color issue and they can get it to me by the 16th. Obviously if there was a color issue, it hadn't of been printed and they were flat out lying. I have requested a refund as they have broken their promise. To add I was extremely irritated by the flippant use of a nickname when the CS representative emailed me to let me know my order wouldn't be arriving. I highly recommend never using this company.Desired Settlement: Refund my money

Review: I ordered seven canvas prints from Canvas Print Factory in August. Four of the seven prints arrived with problems. I reordered online the four problem canvases because I had to hang them in a show a few days later. I called them the next day, spoke to the sales person and indicated the problems. The new canvases arrived a few days later, and two had the same problem and two had new problems. I called the sales rep and reordered again. I went to their headquarters - 2 hours each way and I had to take a day off of work - to pick them up the next day. They only had replaced 2 of the 4. I waited for the other 2, which came out with problems. The salesman said he would reimburse me for all the problems. They redid the 2 canvases. I inspected all and took them. I hung the canvases at the show the next day and one fell down because the hanging bracket fell out. I've not heard back from them since 8/26. I've e-mailed twice requesting my refund. No response. Their website says 100% money back guarantee. No refund. I called all of their phone numbers - all disconnected.Desired Settlement: I want to be refunded the costs of the canvases, as promised by the sales person and as stated on their website. The total due back to me is: $182.59, which was charged on 8/24, and $41.33, which was also charged on 8/24.

Review: I ordered 2 canvases on jan.5, 2015. website says to wait 15 days before contacting. I tried calling, they had no answering service on which to register complaints. I tried email- it came back as nondeliverable. I even went on their facebook account to post a complaint, and when I hit transmit, it did not post, but rather disappeared. they have already been paid $108.37 from my [redacted] account.Desired Settlement: I would like my $108.37 refunded. I would also like this "business" to appear on a website warning other consumers.
