The merchant refunded the 'purchase amount' only after extended intervention from ***.com. I needed to PAY to ship the product which was wrongly shipped to me. This was time consuming and aggravating as well. My e-mails went continually unanswered by the merchantAfter first offering to pay for the shipping, Tal DG went silent and didn't follow through and pay for itAfter first offering to send the CORRECT product after wrongly shipping the wrong one, Tal DG went silent and didn't follow through on that offer.This customer service was horrendousI still haven't even received so much as an apology.I would like my complaint to stand as unresolved and unaccepted.
