It took a lot of action on my part to get them to respond, and they insinuated that I am a liar? I will not withdraw my complaint because, based on my experience, I suspect that they have been able to cover up bad service in the past? Potential customers need to know their real record, not their sanitized record? If they had shown more concern and interest early in the process, I would be more sympathetic?
