Had the wheel alignment of been done correctly, my car would not be veering to the right as it currently isI returned to the Kia Dealer twiceThe 1st time I returned my car was still veering off to the leftAfter they made some corrections and I left it started veering off to the right When I came back the 2nd time they gave me the run around saying it was correctional issue with the tire, but my tires have not corrected since then

I bought an extended warranty on new car in cash, no bank involved I am the owner of the warranty and carI went in on 10/23/to cancel extended warranty and was told 4-weeks to get the money backWe are now in the end of the seventh week I called weekly on the progress of the refund was told on 12-5-that it was processed and being mailed out and would receive in daysIt’s now the third day and no refund. I am seeking $1,for the inconvenience of waiting longer than the agreed and signed paperwork of over weeks

We have refunded the customer

We definitely recommend *** coverage on vehicles where the payoff is much greater than the value of the vehicle, which was the case with this vehicle, but we don't require *** coverage. We are happy to help the customer get qualified on a refinancing their vehicle, but we cannot guarantee a
loan

I have left a message with the customer we will be sending him a check for $and we do apologize for the mistake

The customer cancelled the aftermarket warranty he purchased when he bought the vehicleThe first issue could not be verified, the customer claimed it was a defective idle air control valve that needed to be replaced- this had been diagnosed by the customer’s fatherThe service director drove
with the customer and he was unable to reproduce the claimed issue nor were our certified technicians able to find any problem with the idle air control valveThe second issue the customer had with the vehicle was a small noise coming from the strut, this is not covered under his current certified warranty and it is not a drivability issue and will not affect the operation of the vehicleWe will replace the strut if requested by the customer at a discounted price.*** ***General Manager

Used vehicles don't necessarily come with two keys. If the customer who previously owns the vehicle doesn't provide a second key, then we don't provide one. Secondly, the car was purchased on November 12, and the temporary registration from the dealership is good for days (February
12). DMV is notoriously slow, and the paperwork is in process. Dealerships have days to process paperwork, so nothing "illegal" is being done. Thanks, *** ***

I would like North County Kia to correct the overspray issue, which was confirmed by different detail shops who took some solvent and a rag tested a small spot and was able to take off the OVERSPRAY without ruining the paint job It is most definitely not sand and doesn’t need to be repainted as KIA says ***

The customer inquired on 10/originally. It's been weeks and daysNo lies were told. This is my last response.

I thought this customer said in his last email that his bank DID confirm that the gap was refunded? My offer is to refund the customer the cost of the alarm. I'm very sorry if that doesn't suffice

I am not satisfied with the response because what it states is not trueWe were already approved for the loan, but to quote *** who handles finances,"Credit Union will not give you the loan if you do not purchase *** insuranceIf you refuse to purchase *** insurance, you must go and apply for the loan on your own." It was stated EXACTLY LIKE THISI am fluent in English language and work as an educator, I know exactly what was said to usI need to ensure that this issue is handled accordingly.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below *** *** stated the online policy "Our website clearly says that the online price may be incorrect due to inventory fluctuations, and that's what happened here" This does not apply to our scenario because this was not an online post of the priceI have an email directly from their employee stating what my price on this vehicle would be Furthermore, I never called *** a liar He put words in my mouth There was never anything said about right to refuse business The conversation never escalated, there was no name calling or disrespect, and he was still willing to sell me the vehicle at a higher price at the end of our conversation

As I said yesterday, there was a mistake in pricing the car due to the higher reconditioning neededOur website clearly says that the online price may be incorrect due to inventory fluctuations, and that's what happened here Furthermore, "bait and switch" means just that, and there was no
"switch" here Just a mistake I'm happy to adjust the price to accommodate, but I cannot take a loss on a vehicle simply because of an honest mistake Lastly, I refuse to do business with someone who asks for my help, but calls me a liar in the same breath We checked the right to refuse business with anyone, and as long as I'm being accused of lying going and cheating, I will not be moving further with this.
