We have reached out to the customer and are scheduling a time to resolve the issue

The alignment was done properly and the vehicle was within the correct specifications after the alignment was done. We are happy to try and diagnose if there is a problem with the car. Since the car was out of alignment before, and within alignment specs afterward, we will not be
refunding the alignment cost

I'll deal with these one at a time:1. refund of $was mailed to the customer's address on 7/14. That's the price of the etching plus tax.2. $warranty refund check was sent 7/18. This is a third party company and generally takes 4-weeks for processing. It states that clearly on the paperwork that the customer signed.3. All the customer has to do is call me and I'll explain everything and why it takes time for these things to happen. All this does is make it seem that we are not cooperating, and I can show time stamped proof that everything I have said is the truth. I consider this closed and will only talk with the customer face to face from this point forward

The check was mailed to the customer on 12/7. We will not be giving the customer an additional $because he changed his mind on an extended service contract. The reimbursement was within a reasonable time frame

"switch" here Just a mistake I'm happy to adjust the price to accommodate, but I cannot take a loss on a vehicle simply because of an honest mistake Lastly, I refuse to do business with someone who asks for my help, but calls me a liar in the same breath We checked the right to refuse business with anyone, and as long as I'm being accused of lying going and cheating, I will not be moving further with this

They Have not indicated the amount to reimburse Me? Alarm? is this the express Code security etch system that was never installed or are they referring to the "car Alarm that was not installed either? What about the Gap insurance ? why have They not reimbursed Me for That? I am willing to work with Them but This credit they are offering is expected?

The customer cancelled the aftermarket warranty he purchased when he bought the vehicleThe first issue could not be verified, the customer claimed it was a defective idle air control valve that needed to be replaced- this had been diagnosed by the customer’s fatherThe service director drove
with the customer and he was unable to reproduce the claimed issue nor were our certified technicians able to find any problem with the idle air control valveThe second issue the customer had with the vehicle was a small noise coming from the strut, this is not covered under his current certified warranty and it is not a drivability issue and will not affect the operation of the vehicleWe will replace the strut if requested by the customer at a discounted price.*** ***General Manager

On January 31, North County Kia received a request for cancellation of Warranty from *** ***, and the reason that was indicated in Ms***’s handwriting was “refi”. When a vehicle is refinanced, gap insurance cannot be transferred from one lender to another. That is

The business reply stated that they would send out a check with my refund for the etching by the end of the weekI allowed time for the check to arrive prior to responding to the business, and my silence seems to have ended the complaintNo check has arrived, and this is the third time over the course of a month the general manager has told me the check will be sent "by the end of the week." The end of the week has come and gone four times and no check has ever arrived. In addition, it has been over weeks since I was told I would receive a refund to my loan for the warranty and gap insurance and I have yet to receive this as wellI also want to reiterate that both the salesman and finance department unequivocally lied and stated that the warranty would be paid for by the dealership. I am stuck with a lease payment that is much higher than I would have paid had they not charged me for a product I was told I would receive for freeThis is unacceptable.Lastly, I purchased this vehicle on 5/13/and two months later I still do not have my registrationThis was not even addressed in their response. The businesses response to this is extremely inadequate and I would like to request the complaint be reopened. I have been trying to solve this issue without the Revdex.com for over a month and have received the same answer as was given in their business replyAny help would be greatly appreciated. Had the wheel alignment of been done correctly, my car would not be veering to the right as it currently isI returned to the Kia Dealer twiceThe 1st time I returned my car was still veering off to the leftAfter they made some corrections and I left it started veering off to the right? When I came back the 2nd time they gave me the run around saying it was correctional issue with the tire, but my tires have not corrected since then
