Mr***'s warranty and gap has been cancelled and he will be refunded the money by the warranty and gap companies.? The additional etching has been sent for the check to be processed, and will be to Mr*** by the end of the week.? ?

The check was mailed to the customer on 12/7.? We will not be giving the customer an additional $because he changed his mind on an extended service contract.? The reimbursement was within a reasonable time frame

On January 31, North County Kia received a request for cancellation of Warranty from [redacted], and the reason that was indicated in Ms[redacted]’s handwriting was “refi”.? When a vehicle is refinanced, gap insurance cannot be transferred from one lender to another.? That is

How much clearer can I say that we will help you get a loan for your vehicle?? If you're not happy with my response, please contact another Kia dealer to help.? I will not, however, guarantee that you are approved for a loan.? Banks have specific criterion that they use to approve loans, and each case is different.? If you want our help in securing a loan, we will help.? If not, then that's fine

I was promised 4-weeksThe company did not meet there end of the agreement and took longer and unacceptable time framePlus I was told it was put in the mail on 12-and was going to be delivered 12-? Being I was lied to constantly from everyone I had contact with at Kia? My inconvienc for waiting longer than promised time.? ?

I'll deal with these one at a time:1.? refund of $was mailed to the customer's address on 7/14.? That's the price of the etching plus tax.2.? $warranty refund check was sent 7/18.? This is a third party company and generally takes 4-weeks for processing.? It states that clearly on the paperwork that the customer signed.3.? All the customer has to do is call me and I'll explain everything and why it takes time for these things to happen.? All this does is make it seem that we are not cooperating, and I can show time stamped proof that everything I have said is the truth.? I consider this closed and will only talk with the customer face to face from this point forward

When I called to inquire about my registration I was not accusatory but the return call I received from the finance department was hostile and it was apparent that the man returning my call was irritated to even speak with meThe way he treated me on the phone was really the last straw and what prompted this complaint? I have not been met with very good customer service since the purchase agreement was signed at your dealership.This is the second vehicle we purchased from a dealership this year and we did not have any trouble getting our DMV paperwork from the other dealershipAlso from the other complaints you have received it seems that there is some flaw in your system there.I am disappointed that this is how problems are dealt with at this dealershipI guess you don't run your business expecting return customers.?

[redacted] insurance provided a new windshield at no cost to the customer.repairs do not always work, but we try our best.  Glass is fragile and cracks and chips can spread into long cracks.

I am happy to refund the customer for the alarm that was not installed.  I will have it mailed to the customer's address.

It seems we are at an impasse..I'm willing to talk about this over the phone.  This method will accomplish nothing. I'll be available after 1pm today if you're interested.
