This is not what you would find *** *** promised me, if you go pull your recorded conversations from May 13th (those where only recorded for your protection evedence not the customer's?)when I called Capital Bankcard & spoke with a *** and then also *** *** who authorized the return of equipment to them, who sent us a return label to send the leased equipment back to them; promising to assume or buyout the “Non Cancel-able Equipment Finance Lease Agreement” (for $per month) with “*** *** *** ***(Lessor)”, which we used & returned the Equipment as they instructed.However Capital Bankcard failed to buyout the “Non Cancel-able Equipment Finance Lease Agreement” (for $per month) with “*** *** *** ***(Lessor)”Therefore “*** *** *** ***(Lessor)” has continued to draft our checking Account for the $per month ever sinceAnd we have sent them numerous notices via fax, & email asking Capital Bankcard to keep their promise and assume; buy out our lease which *** & *** *** promised they would.Capital Bankcard holds the equipment (at *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** in a box with a *** tracking #*** on it, picked up here at *** *** *** *** ** *** June 1st) *** *** *** *** has charged *** *** *** $per month since the 1st of June for equipment we don't even have.I do sincerely thank Capital Bankcard for that refund check #*** for $for that first charge *** *** *** ***charged us on June 1st 20154-25-*** negotiated a pay off balance with *** *** of $2,000.00, which we paid in full. So I simply want what Capital Bankcard promised a full refund of the $2,000.00 Until then I must continue to post the following about them as my duty to warn any and all who want to know; It has become apparent that "*** ***" is an UNLAWFUL entity designed to defraud it's lessee merchants*** *** obviously employed a fraudulent, con artist to acquire these "Non Cancelable Leases" which she promised (verbally) could be assumed, or bought out by Capital Bankcard, whom she claimed to represent as well, should Capital Bankcard default in any way.See the evidence for yourself; obviously these two mega companies have co conspired to bate & switch their customers to UNLAWFULLY DEFRAUD us.I pray every potential merchant of theirs gets the opportunity to see this evidence & steer clear these bandits who have allied with the ENEMY who only want to STEEL, KILL, & DESTROY!

7-1-I signed paperwork for "*** ***" a smooth talking sales lady for "*** *** *** ***" AKA "*** *** ***"; to whom I had faxed our previous credit card processing statements to, for review.*** declared I had been scammed into paying high rates for processing our customers credit card payments, of which she promised to retrieve $of those fraudulent charges by our previous credit card processor; which she did! This customer is correct regarding the explanation the sales agent gave in regards to deposits being delayed if there is no credit transaction runThis is due, admittedly, to a technical limitation with the backend processor's platformIf only debit card transactions are run, with no
credit transactions, the system will not automatically batch out and the funding to the customer will be delayed by a dayWhen this occurs the processor has to force close the batch in order to fund the merchantAs this customer explained, they rarely run credit transactionsThe sales agent, as well as our support, has advised that if the customer wants the funding to occur without a force close they would have to run a credit transaction, it could be for as little as centThat being said, the customer has received all funding, we've been researching these transactions since the complaint occurredA senior member of our research team is reaching out to this customer in an attempt to further clarify and review funding history with them

We apologize for the amount of time this issue has taken to resolve but due to the complexity and the involvement of a separate vendor it's taken a significant amount of coordination and research. Mr [redacted], a Sr member of the Capital Bankcard team whom the customer has already been in contact with,...

will be contacting the customer this morning and a refund is being issued to the customer minus the costs incurred to Capital Bankcard. It's important to note that fraud on ecommerce accounts is an issue that we take very seriously and we've continually worked with our 3rd party vendors to help customers protect themselves. The vendor [redacted] that the customer is using does has a fraud protection suite that the customer has been briefed on and has now enabled but this isn't something that Capital Bankcard has the ability to activate ourselves, it is the customer's responsibility to activate this feature.

To whom it may concern.[redacted] purchased a ring from our representative on April,2015 in [redacted],[redacted]. At the time of purchase, [redacted] knew the ring did not fit because it was to large. She ask if it could be sized and was told yes. She could take it to her own or an independent jeweler to...

be sized, but we could not size it at the venue. She bought the ring anyway. Several hours later she returned telling our representative that she could not find anyone at the venue to size the ring. She was told that she could take it to her jeweler or we could size it, but it would take 4 to 8 weeks. She chose to leave the ring with the representative of Bora Handcrafted Jewelry.[redacted] bought a sapphire silver ring. This ring had to have the stone removed, the band cut to size and retextured, as well as reoxidized. Then it had to cleaned and the stone reset in the setting. Bora Handcrafted Jewelry prides itself on quality craftsmanship, meaning doing a job well and right. As a result of Bora Handcrafted Jewelry's mission, the adjustments on this ring took the whole estimated time.At this time the ring has been shipped to [redacted].Bora Handcrafted Jewelry

We're having another member of our team reach out and explain deposit times to the merchant, we can confirm this merchant has been fully funded for all transactions.

Finally have an answer, I will refund $215.00 back to merchant on Friday and force close his account.I am sorry that it has taking so long as we were waiting on the agent in question. The merchant will have his refund within 21 business days.
