I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted].
[Capital Bank Card Services is stating that this is due to their technical limitations yet in our transactions with them in 2015 and 2016, we have never had this issue. Secondly, they stated that "the funding to the customer will be delayed by a day" yet if they look through the statements in 2017, we have had several months without any deposits which negates their statement of one day delay. Capital Bankcard states that we have received "all funding" and refuses to provide the daily transaction histories that occurred in 2017. If they cannot provide a daily log of our transactions that were recorded, I believe this is on the verge of becoming a fraudulent act by Capital Bankcard. My legal counsel has already sent them a letter and if Capital Bankcard continues to insist all deposits have been made without showing proof of my daily transaction history, my legal team will be pursuing this case. ]

To whom it may concern, My client would like to get in touch with you immediately to have services setup that the former agent failed to perform. What is the best way to make this happen in a timely manner?

We have reached out to this customer to inform them that Capital Bankcard will take over servicing their account directly and the customer no longer needs to rely on the agent in question who set up their account for service questions and assistance. It is important to note that Capital Bankcard...

agents are 1099 contractors, meaning it is at the agent's discretion whether they choose to submit a new customer through Capital Bankcard or another sales organization. Because this account was submitted to us we're happy to take over servicing the account moving forward.
