This information concerning the repossession was requested on January 3, 2017. Under federal rule Capital One had 14 days from the receipt of the notice to provide proof of their claim. Any documentation provided at this point comes too little too late. They have already violated [redacted] and [redacted] rules. If they are going to adhere to the rules they should cease any collection activity on account including reporting to the credit bureaus. I am making every effort to resolve this matter.

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I contacted Capital one before my trip to tell them I was traveling...they told me I did not have to and I would have no problems...then the moment I tried to use my card it was blocked. I was told the reason was that I was trying to use it internationally. What good is a card if you can't use it when you need it and it cannot be used when you travel?

The issue here is not whether the fees were valid or not. The fees are by their very nature invalid as [redacted] has requested that the overdraft service be removed from the account at multiple occasions during our conversations with the representatives from capital one. This is why the fees need to be reversed. Customer had requested for the service to be turned off but was misinformed of the inability to do so.

I gave this offer a lot of thought after talking to Capital One and have decided that this offer is not going to help me after all because it has gone too far after I requested that my accounts be closed and too many fees have been assessed that are not mentioned and there is no way to get out of this hole because all fees involved cannot be waived.

My case is not resolved. Capital One has not ceased calling my house every day several times a day. Their calls have been recorded and documented as proof of harassment. The calls were recorded robo calls. When you would pick up no live person was present.
I have told them that I canceled their card when the fraud happened. They assume I am interested in still wanting to do business with them I am NOT.
They have errors in their billing and not able to have one competent person assigned to the case that can be reached during none working 7-4 PM Pacific Time to figure out the error. I have spent at least 5 hours and 6 days trying to resolve this billing error. They keep running up late charges on my account. The argued amount is less than a few hundred dollars. I told them to send it to collections and they refuse adding more late charges.
This is extortion.

I was assured I would get the required documentation by September 5th or 6th in the mail, not September 111th which is 3 days after the due date to send in required documentation/. how is it my fault I was a victim of fraud not only by [redacted] but my own credit card company? not to mention their actions breached a contract with me by the dates I was told as to when I would see the paper work, not to mention this is negligence on their behalf. not even my signature with dish network and have solid proof to dispute it.

Absolutely no access to user account, whether via mobile app or online web browser, from any cell tower or any wifi service, on any device.
Customer service keeps claiming the system is working fine, but there are hundreds of people on [redacted] who are having the same issue.
This is potentially a huge issue for anyone who needs to pay a bill on time without it affecting their credit score. We demand access to our accounts.

Capital made a promise if I paid they would delete and now that I have paid they refuse to delete the trade lines. So I think capital one bank is using this type of tactic to persuade individuals like myself to settle their charge off or collection account with the promise of deleting trade lines from individual credit reports and after capital one receive payment they refuses to keep their promise

The Hotel staff and [redacted] did NOT provide me with any assistance when I needed. A room was available 4 HOURS after the time I scheduled. Most importantly, IT WAS NOT THE ROOM THAT WAS RESERVED. I provided Capital One with the emailed confirmation that CLEARLY stated my room was to be a deluxe junior suite with an ocean view. I did not get said room. I was fortunate enough to find family, to use their room to prepare for the wedding. Furthermore, I refuse to pay for something I did not receive. I cannot believe Capital One supports the deceptive practices of [redacted]. By offering me vouchers, the company assumes I want to fly to Mexico and patron their resort again. The Hotel made too many mistakes for me to visit again. I would be foolish to make arrangements with such an establishment. I will never plan travels with [redacted] again either. Capital One claims they need proof of cancellation. My statement to Capital One has continuously been that my room was given away prior to my arrival. The hotel cancelled my room! I do not understand how "executives" cannot comprehend that; the cancellation was at the hand of the hotel. Capital One has known this from the beginning of my complaint. When I was in Mexico, the Hotel and [redacted] continued to blame each other. Now that I am safely in the United States, I am reversing the charges through my credit card company. The company that supposedly guaranteed "no hassle disputes." The time to offer any voucher, was at the time of incident. I cannot risk flying to the same hotel. I demand Capital One pull the $688 from [redacted] as the company breached the initial contract that was made. By siding with the company that did not provide what they claimed they would, Capital One supports deceptive practices.
