The fraud protection on my credit card is a joke! Someone was able to change all the information on my account, without having to verify they were me, schedule a payment, said payment cost me over dollars in overdraft fees that was not my fault, was completely capitol one's fault! They refuse to pay the fees that their negligence in keeping my account safe from fraud cost me!

CAPITAL ONE, is taking advantage of the American public This company provides credit opportunities and then charges outrages monthly finance feesI have paid close to $over months for a balance less than $ They charge me $45+ every month just for carrying a balance This is excessiveTheir auto finance company is worse I financed a car two years ago with Capital One and they don't tell you that you cannot refinance with them within a year, and no other finance company will refinance until a certain amount is paid of your loan, so the consumer is stuck with a HIGH INTEREST rate and there is NOTHING you can do but pay themNo one will re-finance me and I am paying a ridiculous APR UnbelievableThis company is taking of advantage of consumers with less than perfect credit and they know itWhen you call them, they are not helpful at allThey just want your money!! As soon as I get rid of all of my Capital One loans, I will NEVER do business with these people again
