We were both in shock and REFUSE TO PAY THAT AMOUNT.  IF THEY CAN GIVE US AN ANSWER WHY THE PAYMENT WAS THAT HIGH,  THAT'S GREAT.  IF NOT,  WE'RE CONFUSED AND DEMAND ANSWERS.

Capitol One uses unfair practices - they throw a rock and then hide their hands. For example when they acquired HSBC credit card customers we were not given a choice in the matter. HSBC Bank was found guilty of laundering drug cartel money, fined and thrown out of the country. Any and all debts that any cardholder had with HSBC should have been thrown wiped out. The US Gov't fined HSBC hundreds of millions and kept the money. But then US Gov't allowed HSBC to sell their Credit Card accounts to make the money back. All parties to these proceedings no matter what are dishonest and do not serve the American Citizens. I mentioned this to show the character of Capitol One Bank. Online at least when I sign in it shows my correct income. However, their own Customer Service Representative told me that on their records as far is she could see my income was $4000. Capitol One records all phone calls have them send over the tape. Furthermore, please request that Capitol One send me a copy of the correspondence that they forwarded to the Credit Reporting Agencies verifying my income prior to extending me a line of credit.

Thank you for sending me the letter to attempt to clarify what happened to my account. I partly consider your clarification correct about the fact that you should've not closed my account and consider it as an error. I also think that your apology is sincere.
What I cannot accept is the fact that you still ignore my driver license different from other [redacted] state residents. In addition, your bank teller already verified my ID when opening the account. To make matters more ridiculous, my other accounts, Capital 360 with savings, checking, and brokerage accounts all used the same driver license for identification and never issued any concern or problem.
As a result, I cannot accept your letter because you don't still admit your negligence or mistakes from branch manager. I hope that Capital One, as a corporate and one of the big banks in the States, showed the full extent of apology as I originally requested. Covering your employee's negligence or lame performance is not what I cannot accept.

I spoke with a customer service representative and they told me that they could not offer me any additional payment plans or other offers that were coming up.  I did see the [redacted] deduction, so thank you. Unfortunately, I am unable to pay the full past due amount due to a loss of a job and additional financial hardships. this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I left a message for Ms. [redacted]. Her letter was a pathetic attempt to pacify me and the situation at hand by indicating Capital One could not "FIND" any information to substantiate my claim. I am substantiating my claim, quite simply my request to have my due date changed was not put in place. I want it put in place now, retroactive to the date I started every 2 week payments. The entire reason and purpose for my bi monthly payments was to accelerate my payoff, and reduce the interest paid. I would not have gone through this process otherwise. 
I also want to clarify the 8 late payments, IF any of these "late payments" were during the time frame of my every 2 week payments it is inaccurate, and needs to be corrected.  I would like this resolved as soon as possible, a mistake was made and it needs to be resolved. I am not interested in another letter portraying how Capital One cannot find the information, that's quite frankly too bad.

2.  If you was not going to do that [redacted] was going to say then why was a 3 way call even done?  They said you needed to speak to someone in the accounting dept.  Which you never called them.  
3.  After I opened this up with the Revdex.com you keep calling me.  Which should have never been done that's the whole reason getting in touch with the Revdex.com.  I don't have hours to spend on the phone with Capital One.  
4.  I'm not paying this charge again when I have already paid for it.  I will file [redacted] before I pay Capital One this!

Hello, I have submitted a complaint against Capital One for this same reason in the past and received a letter from Capital One stating they had resolved the issue and it would not happen again. Yet it continues to happen. I primarily use my American Express Card and on that account I have additional cards. I use to work for [redacted] so I added additional cards so I could help others add additional cards. So I added [redacted] to my account, which is my first and middle name with my last name missing. Some how Capital One got info from [redacted], which is highly upsetting in my opinion. I still get card offers from Capital one in the name of [redacted]Capital One please take me off your solicitation list. I kindly ask you to do this. If you need to call me to obtain my information so you may complete this request please feel free to call me.
