I made an order on July 7th, 2016, and was told it would arrive within weeksNovember 18th rolled around, and the items were still not hereAfter checking with the company on FB Multiple times, and attempting to talk with them on the phone, I got no responseThis company deletes all the comments on their Facebook posts, doesn't answer their phones, and doesn't respond to PayPalI had to disputed my transaction, and it was escalated to a claimThankfully because I paid through PayPal, PayPal gave me a refund, but this company is BAD NEWS

I ordered two dresses on June (20esh weeks before needing them) for Halloween and never received themI sent the business an e-mail stating that I wanted a refund since the dresses would not be delivered in time for the occasionWeeks later they replied to my e-mail and stated that they would issue a refundIn the process, something went wrong, and I have still not seen the moneyCustomer Service is a complete jokeYou can call and leave a message, or e-mail, and they rarely contact you back

I placed my order with this company on March Today is July th and I`ve received out of the three items orderedIt is hard to get in touch with them and every time they tell you your items should come next weekI recived a return of the money and told them to forget about shipping the other itemsIf you order do not expect delivery in months it will be much longerMy experience with this company is negative !

My order was on 4/4/and as of June I still have not received Whenever I email them there is no explanation given

This company is a scam and needs to be shut down!!!!' I ordered Halloween and thanksgiving outfits in August and never received them! I emailed them times to all of their listed email addresses starting in October with no response! I also called their business number several times with no answer, and sent a FB message that showed they read it with NO reply! I reported to my credit card and my CC company refunded meThis company also deletes all comments from their FB page and if you leave a comment warning others of their scam, they block you and delete your comments! DO NOT BUY from this dispicible company! And SHUT them down!

I ordered from the company on July 7thI paid them $I have since called, left voice mails, and tried to email and Facebook themThey have blocked it where I can't comment on their Facebook because I was giving people honest reviewsThey will not refund me my money or contact me This is a HUGE scam!! I cannot believe someone has not shut them down!

I have ordered from this company my first and last time .they don't respond to email or messagesI ordered from them in February this year a gift for April the order was suppose to be here in weeks they had it in stock , it never came After many neg comments on face book she sent me a different dress for my granddaughters birthday It was suppose to be different color but when it came it was not at all like the dress I orderedI also ordered a swimsuits the same day and I still have not received it So today again I write message on Facebook about my swimsuits and with no response they suddenly send a message about refund with no explanation and are selling the swimsuit on Facebook at the same time ! What is up with these people!

I ordered "pre order items"I checked the status after weeks, and never heard anything back-via email or phoneEvery time I would email or Facebook message, I'd get an automatic response saying to callWhen you call, the phone is never answeredAfter months of actively trying to either get my items or get a refund, I was refunded the money I paidNever got an explanation, apology or anythingJust one day the refund was on my account
The phone system is very messed up with each "department" getting their own line and voicemailthat nobody ever answers or returns calls
This place should be shut down for fraud

Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from Southern Frills This business should be shut down I have been waiting month for my order I cannot get a response by email or phone I will go on face book and let others know

I placed an order with this company weeks ago My credit card was immediately charged I received a confirmation email from them within minutes When weeks went by and I did not receive my purchase, I tried to email them, and it was returned as "undeliverable" even though it is the email posted on their site I called both phone numbers listed, and neither are working numbers I went on their facebook page and their are hundreds of other customers in the same situation I sent them at least a dozen messages on facebook, and I know they saw them as they deleted most of them It is obvious that this "company" is a scam

After over four months, my order from Southern Frills had not arrivedAfter many unsuccessful attempts to contact them by email and phone, they finally refunded some of my moneyNow, I'm making the same futile attempts to get the rest of my money from them
