In July & September I ordered several outfits from this company. I received one item. I patiently waited for the others to be delivered, but it never happened. I emailed twice after the 12 week period came & went asking for either the outfits or a credit to my credit card; never got a response. I called but couldn't leave a message (voice mailbox full; apparently a lot of other dissatisfied customers). I even tried calling the store phone number. The call would not go through.

These people took my money, didn't respond to any emails, and never sent my purchase. Horrible business.

I placed an order with Southern Frills in January and two in April. The Preorder Shipping Update Status link initially said that the items would be shipped between the end of May and mid June. It is now mid July, the link doesn't work, and I still don't have my items. And my daughter has actually outgrown some of the things in the orders. I'm beyond frustrated. The store policy actually says 12 weeks. It's been well beyond twelve weeks for what I ordered in January.

Also,Southern Frills is deleting unfavorable Facebook comments. There have been several other ladies commenting that they have ordered as far back as January and still don't have their things. They've messaged through the website, called and left messages on Facebook. I've spent $258 with them since January and I have only received a swimsuit and a tee shirt. They will not respond to my messages or calls either. I would never recommend them to anyone.
