They take your money and never send you the items ordered. Despite numerous phone calls, messages left, and emails sent, I was never able to get any answers about my orders. They do not respond. Finally I sent an email threatening to report them to the Revdex.com and contact authorities about fraud, and they immediately responded, refunding me my order. I wonder if this is even a real company. It appears to just be a way to take peoples' money.

ordered 2 dresses and almost a year later, still have not received product. No return of email or messages left for refund or exchange.

I placed an order with this company and was very excited to find items that I could actually afford. I should have known that I would get what I paid for. The Items have not arrived and the time to wear them has passed. I did get a reply on Facebook messanger one time and was promised that the item would be shipped 2nd day mail but still have not received the item. I am extremely disappointed!

I placed an order for a Christmas outfit on June 5th. It is now Dec 1, 2016 and still haven't received it. I have called, emailed and fb messaged them and they will not reply. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY...

I placed an order on 8/24 and my payment was processed immediately. It is now 1/5 and I have not received my products. I have also not received a response to my phone call, my emails, my Facebook message, or my website contacts. I am assuming this purchase will be a loss. This is a HORRIBLE company to deal with.

I cannot believe how indecent this company has been. I have two outstanding orders from 6 months ago. They will not respond or refund me. DO NOT order, it is too good to be true and you will lose your money.

Southern Frill will not answer emails. I have placed three different orders in early February for a total of 6 items. To date I have only received one item. I am leaving for a beach vacation very soon and have still not received the two bathing suits I ordered. I wish I had read their reviews before I ordered from them. Will NEVER
order for them again. I ordered a size 6 swimsuit and their confirmation is showing a size 6 month too.

Same song and dance as everyone else. Ordered several outfits for my baby in July for Thanksgiving and Christmas and STILL haven't received them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I have emailed the email address that sent me the conformation email with no response (TWICE!). Something really should be done!

SOUTHERN FRILLS is not trust worthy!!! I have an order that is outstanding since 9-22-16. I have left emails & called...NOTHING.

This company is a scam and needs to be shut down!!!!' I ordered Halloween and thanksgiving outfits in August and never received them! I emailed them 3 times to all of their listed email addresses starting in October with no response! I also called their business number several times with no answer, and sent a FB message that showed they read it with NO reply! I reported to my credit card and my CC company refunded me. This company also deletes all comments from their FB page and if you leave a comment warning others of their scam, they block you and delete your comments! DO NOT BUY from this dispicible company! And SHUT them down!

Placed a order for 2 items from Southern Frills, on April 7,3016. Received 1 item, cannot get them to respond to emails or leave them a message when I call.

Have not received my order. I have contacted the company via email on at least 5-7 speedways occasions and have still not heard back from them once. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR ITEMS!!

The owner of this company should be in jail! And to say the least ashamed of herself. They have taken thousands of orders from people and never shipped out the merchandise or credited the card holders account the money owed. The owner still advertises of good sales and only keeps the positive comments on her Facebook even after being on the news for FRAUD! I like many others, I did not do my homework before buying so shame on me but to know that their business is somehow still not shut down disgusts me. I hope that legal action is taken and the entire business is closed permanently. I like so many others am disgusted to no end and have called numerous times to retract my order but the phones are cut off and no one will return your messages via e-mail. southern frills is FRAUD.

Same thing as everybody else--- no product and $195 later. I have tried contacting through every email address possible, through facebook, and through all the phone numbers. Nothing!

Do not order from this company. I placed an order that should have taken 12 weeks to ship, and here we are 15 weeks after order and it still has not shipped. I have emailed the company at every email address I have been able to find multiple times and not one response has been received.

This company does not deliver the merchandise as advertised. I order 5 Christmas dresses for my granddaughters in July with a date of delivery for 12 weeks. It has been 18 weeks and no delivery! I am unable to reach them through phone calls because they don't answer the phone & voice mailbox is always full. They do not respond to emails either. They need to be shut down!

My order was on 4/4/16 and as of June 7 I still have not received. Whenever I email them there is no explanation given.

I ordered 2 dresses in May 2016 for my daughters and it is now 1/2017 and I still haven't gotten them. I have called and no one has returned my phone calls and I have emailed several times with no responses! I can't believe they haven't been shut down yet. It sounds like they are doing this to everyone!

I placed an order for items on August 20th 2016. It is now 2017 and I still do not have my orders. I have called, I have sent 2 emails, and no return communication. I am filing a complaint with the Revdex.com and calling local authorities in Evans, GA. They have taken my money from my account and I haven't received my items. I did not research before ordering from this company. And to look at their Facebook account, you would think they are a great business. Please do not order from this shop. They are stealing money from people and it is not right.

In July & September I ordered several outfits from this company. I received one item. I patiently waited for the others to be delivered, but it never happened. I emailed twice after the 12 week period came & went asking for either the outfits or a credit to my credit card; never got a response. I called but couldn't leave a message (voice mailbox full; apparently a lot of other dissatisfied customers). I even tried calling the store phone number. The call would not go through.
