I ordered two outfits in May and was charged It is December and I still do not have the outfits They are no longer needed as they would not even fit my daughter if they actually did arrive I have emailed and called this company many times without any response This company needs to be shut down before any one else falls for this scam

I placed an order 3/14/for $and still have not received my merchandise I kept calling customer service and they kept telling me it was on back order Now I can't get through to customer service and they won't respond to emails Since the charge goes back to March I don't think I can get my money back This is a terrible company

I was not impressed I ordered outfits from them recived only after complaing that it was past time to recive it and after waiting weeks I started asking them what the hold up was a in sted of my qustion being answered I was sent a refund I didnt want a refund just simply wanted to know where my outfits where

I ordered from this company a couple of months ago and still do not have my outfits!!!! I either want an refund or my outfits!!!! Will never order from this company again!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a total of items, two applique onsies, two summer dresses, and two fall/winter dresses on May 16, I have yet to receive my order and after about attempts, I finally got in touch with *** who let me know that they are unsure now if my summer dresses will ever come in, she doesn't know why I didn't get my applique shirts yet (they said I'd receive them in 1-weeks), and my fall/winter dresses may not even be in until after Christmas! This was all pre-order stuff that's been paid forOn 9/5/16, I was sent a refund notification, but have yet to receive the actual refundJust please beware of this companyThey are very hard to contact, but quick to take your money and it's unlikely you'll ever get your order

I ordered several items before I saw it took weeks to get the itemsOne was for a trip to Disney in weeks Others the season would be over by the time I got them.,, I called and left messages to call me and or cancel my order No response so I emailed twice Still no response They have already charged my credit card so I have disputed the charges

I ordered outfits for my grandchildren on October The invoice said they would be shipped within 4-weeks Christmas is now days away and I have neither received the outfits, nor a response to my inquiry I WILL NOT be recommending this site to anyone!

My mom ordered dresses in August 2016, I hopes that they would be here by ChristmasSince her placing the order and them deducting the funds from her account, she hasn't heard a peep from them She has tried to call and email numerous times and has yet to get a response from them So now it's January and we have no refund or dresses

I ordered a dress on 2/10/Order #XXXXXXXXI had actually forgot about it until I saw on Facebook today (4/29/16) that someone had asked them where their order was so I sent them an emailThey did not respondSo I also placed a comment under the other person's inquiry asking where my order was as wellThere was also other people inquiring about their order and it seems all orders were placed in FebruaryThey responded & said to callThe other person said they have tried & got no answer & sometimes got an answering machine and left messages but never got a return call
I then put a comment that I was going to contact Revdex.com & about mins ago I received an email from them saying they are going to refund my money & they also blocked me on Facebook (which is fine)

I ordered six items on June 11, and none of these items have been received. I was billed immediately upon ordering the items but never received them.
I placed order #XXXXXXXX on June 11 and was immediately billed to my Visa Chase Sapphire card for the purchase. I ordered a size 6 Reindeer Smock Dress, a size 2 Reindeer Smock Dress, a size 2 Turkey Polka Dot Dress, a size 6 Turkey Polka Dot Dress, a size 2 Candy Corn Ruffle Pant Set, and a size 6 Candy Corn Ruffle Pant Set. My subtotal was $61.94, with $3.10 in tax (and no shipping charges), for a total of $65.04. Luckily, my credit card company has refunded the charges after I disputed them. However, this company needs to be held legally responsible for the numerous scams it has operated. My complaint if filed for the Revdex.com's information only.

Horrible company. Ordered item in June. Never received 6 months later. Emailed and called numerous times without a response. Never received refund.

I placed two orders, one on March 21, 2016 & the second on April 26, 2016 & still have yet to receive my orders but debit card charged. I have made at least 4 unsuccessful attempts to contact them, which from reading these comments & others is a trend. I disputed the charges with my bank today because Im obviously never going to get anywhere with this piss poor company. My family has been in business since 1958, SFB is definitely not going to have that success bc they dont know how to treat their customers.

I made an order on July 7th, 2016, and was told it would arrive within 12 weeks. November 18th rolled around, and the items were still not here. After checking with the company on FB Multiple times, and attempting to talk with them on the phone, I got no response. This company deletes all the comments on their Facebook posts, doesn't answer their phones, and doesn't respond to PayPal. I had to disputed my transaction, and it was escalated to a claim. Thankfully because I paid through PayPal, PayPal gave me a refund, but this company is BAD NEWS.

I pre ordered an outfit for Halloween for my granddaughter, they ok the money from my account, I never received it, I never received any updates per many emails, no one ever answers the phone, the mailboxes are full, NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

After several attempts to contact Southern Frills through email, phone and Facebook I never got a response. Disappointing that my daughter won't have the Christmas dress she picked out back in August! The owner should be ashamed by the ways she runs her business!

I placed my order with this company on March 11 2016. Today is July 6 th and I`ve received 1 out of the three items ordered. It is hard to get in touch with them and every time they tell you your items should come next week. I recived a return of the money and told them to forget about shipping the other items. If you order do not expect delivery in 3 months it will be much longer. My experience with this company is negative !

I will never do business with this company again. Their website says delivery in 12 weeks. It's now been 15. I've tried calling. No one answers and the voicemail is full. I've tried emailing multiple times and no response. I've left comments on their Facebook page-no response. Also, the page won't let you view other people's comments. I just want my money back.

I ordered two dresses on June 2 (20esh weeks before needing them) for Halloween and never received them. I sent the business an e-mail stating that I wanted a refund since the dresses would not be delivered in time for the occasion. Weeks later they replied to my e-mail and stated that they would issue a refund. In the process, something went wrong, and I have still not seen the money. Customer Service is a complete joke. You can call and leave a message, or e-mail, and they rarely contact you back.
