First let me say I don't do reviews but I had to for Capital Sheds I can't begin to tell you how pleased I was with the total job From the first phone call and a returned call to set up an appointment the same Robert was amazing Explained the company and showed me some professional brochures Robert had a name of a guy to use for the site work If he says to call Mickey, call Mickey So what I was interested in was a 24' * 30' story building with a little more character than a square box Robert had lots of ideas to show me We then scheduled another appointment with our ideas It didn't take long to get the ball rolling and we had professional designed plans about a month later Robert setup a estimated start date which was about weeks out which gave lots of time to get Mickey in for the site work Mickey and Robert worked well together to make sure the concrete work was just as needed The building started just about when Robert said it would From this point on I was amazed The foreman's name was Happy The crew couldn't have been nicer or have been more talented When they first showed up they were so young looking I thought this isn't going to go well days later they were putting on the 2nd floor and days out it had shingles The building was tight and perfect I had plans to stay and supervise for weeks By the 2nd day I decided to go to work These guys didn't need me and I felt like they were going to build it like it was theirs The building weeks later passed inspection with no issues reported Everyone that has come by to see it has been amazed One other thing, the price was fair I had been talking for months with a local builder before he gave me a price that was and half times the costI would consider Capital Sheds for an building project that they would be willing to do for you If you want to see pictures feel free to contact me

This was a quote yesterday from Loren of Capitol ShedsIf they now know that bad new wood was used in construction, the company should be more than willing to correct the problemsThe ramp was merely shoved two inches back toward the shed "to fix" and the rotten front door requires a simple fix, that the company now refuses to fix without chargingThis company complains that they came out many times over the years, yet this is part of their warranty, and when called upon, they whine about fulfillingI do not expect to have further contact with this company, yet will never recommend them to anyoneThey are not an efficient company nor are they strong on communicationI am not happy to know that my $***+ shed is built with poor quality pine and pressure treated woodsI have taken extra care maintaining this shed, only to have Capitol Sheds accuse me of damaging my shed, when rot is the problem*** ***

I recently had Capital Sheds stick build a garage at my residenceThey also installed a shed a few years agoIt was joy to deal with the salesman "Phil" who took care of my jobHe was professional, courteous, and responsive to all my last minute changes, questions and needsThe crews that came out where also professional, efficient and did a wonderful jobThey started early every and worked all day to finish the job in a timely mannerI have had a lot of different contractors do work for me and was not happy with many of themBut I am very happy with the service I recieved at Capital ShedsI have recommended them to my neighbors and they also had them install sheds and were very happyI will use them again

Everything was done in timely manner and by the agreement

Christy at Capital Shed in *** *** (***) was greatShe took the time to layout all options before finalizing contractThis enabled us too get exactly what we wanted

The Contractor provided and installed a foundation structure over a difficult and uneven site The Contractor further provided and installed an elegant garden shed
The Contractor did a great job in fitting the shed onto a difficult site The finished product is first rate

I an very pleased with the sheds that were Installed on Oct They are both sturdy and pleasing to the eye I could not be happier with the buildings, the installation and the sales personI was amazed with the ability of two people to place the buildings in a difficult setting They made the job look easy, but it wasn't an easy job

I ordered a shed from Capitol Sheds Warrenton location in Fall Everyone we worked with was very professional with courteous follow-up The staff quickly setup a site visit once the order was placed and once the shed had arrived, was quick to schedule delivery and installation The workers installing the shed were very friendly and did a great job leveling the site and installing the shed All around, a very positive experience

Capitol Sheds retails stock and custom designed sheds as well as garages, playground equipment, and other outdoor itemsThey work with an Amish manufacturer in Pennsylvania to construct all of these items and then either delivers or builds onsite
I purchased a 12xshed from Capitol Sheds in Warrenton, VA ***, the manager, was very patient with me as I worked out the design to fit my needs precisely She assisted with all my questions and made recommendations to allow me to stretch my dollar further I was grateful to work with her
They required 1/payment at purchase and 2/payment on delivery
The delivery was around weeks after I ordered, which is a reasonable amount of time, in my opinion*** and one partner delivered the shed and installed it on concrete block piersThey leveled and re-leveled it to ensure the doors would open/close perfectly They also warned me that all sheds settle and that they would come out to re-level after mine did This was nice, it helped me avoid a surprise ("the doors won't open, what the heck?")
I had received a $1,discount due to having my name randomly chosen from entries on their website The total cost of the shed after the discount was around $5, I feel like this was a little steep, but the quality of the shed is amazing Truly excellent construction with top of the line materials and attention to detail

My experience with Capitol Sheds in Warrenton Vawas very good from start to finishThey run a very impressive operation The sales person was very good and answered all of our questions The delivery men were terrific They will get my referrals

One of the most positive experience I have had with a company and it's employees in an extremely long time I had bought a shed from this company years ago and bought a new campsite and needed another shed This company and salesperson outdid themselves to make this a great buying experience and delivery was on time and perfect

I had a great experience with Robert S*** of the New Baltimore Capitol Sheds He repaired an older Capitol garage and I also bought a new garage Everything was done on time and Robert kept me informed of anything that was being done He is a very hard, efficient worker

Based on the suggestion of a business associate, we decided to talk with Capitol Sheds to get pricing for a four stall barn on our property in *** *** The cost, design, schedule and customer service was all much better than the other companies we researched The work proceeded exactly as scheduled, the cost was exactly as quoted and we are extremely pleased with the end product All interactions regarding county approvals and building permits were managed by Capitol Sheds and we were kept advised throughout the permitting phase The construction team was hard working, on time, and clearly took pride in their work

I bought a by ft shed for my horse through Capitol Shed's Needless to say, my horse is extremely important to me so the shed had to be top notch I was not disappointed The construction is solid and what little follow up I've required in adjusting things here and there has been professional and efficient The price was decent and delivery was expedited when I asked for it I dealt with Robert S*** and he was always pleasant and responsive I would buy a shed from the business and Robert again without hesitation

It was an extreme pleasure having Capitol Sheds build my 18' x 22' workshop. My wife and I were more than impressed with the work ethic, the skill and talent of the crew.
