I recently had a 24'X24' stick built workshop built by Capitol Sheds, Inc.. I couldn't be happier with the over all experience. They explained everything from start to finish and completed almost 2 days ahead of schedule. The workers worked sunrise to sunset, kept the work area clean and answered every question. The construction of the building is top notch and the attention to detail is evident. The crew made it look easy and worked like a fine tuned machine. I would definitely use them again.

I Purchased my custom-built 8 x 12 shed in March of 2016 and after construction in **, it was delivered in May to my residence in [redacted], VA. It is an absolutely beautiful structure and assembled with the utmost of care. I have been told that it is the nicest storage shed in the neighborhood. I designed it with salesman Dan W[redacted] who was very helpful and explained all my options in detail. My shed has the same siding, shutters, and door as does my house. No corners were cut in its construction and I would recommend this company to anyone needing a storage structure on their property.

Robert and his team at Capitol Sheds custom designed and built a shed for me and it turned out Great! I couldn’t be happier with the finish product. The whole experience from start to finish was very easy and his crew did outstanding work in a timely manner. My neighbor who is a general contractor commented on how impressed he was with the quality of their work and how efficient they were. I’d highly recommend use them if you are in market for shed or any other product in the suite of offerings.

My project was a 1 car garage with some specific modifications to the roof pitch, siding and trim that would match the existing garage. I worked with Kristi whom I found to be very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful at all times. Even though I changed my mind a lot, Kristi remained steadfast with a focus on satisfying my requirements. My garage, because of the location, had to be built on site. Workers arrived before dawn and were finished that afternoon. The end result was everything that I asked for and I couldn't be happier. Capitol Sheds and their contractors did a quality job for a fair price....highly recommend them!

OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!! Their quote was very affordable when compared to others. Customer service went above and beyond at all times. They really want to help YOU as much as they can and (most important) NOT because of money. The foreman and his employees were hard working and very respectful. They delivered the product in a very professional, efficient, and timely manner. The quality of the product is unbeatable. The sales manager responded all questions I had and stayed in touch at all times until the end. Based on my experience, I highly recommend this company.

We hired Capitol Sheds, custom division, to move an old shed (used for storage) we had on our property. We were impressed that Robert, his brother and their team carefully planned the construction of a deck platform for the building prior to moving it. Then, they removed the shed from posts on which it had been secured for over 50 years! By using two vehicles, they moved the shed to the other side of our lot. It is securely attached to its new base. We were amazed at the accuracy and excellent team work on this tricky job.

Easy company to work with. bought a storage shed 6 years ago and out grew it, Capitol Sheds was willing to let me trade it in for a larger building. Delivery guys did a excellent job setting it up. This was done at the store Warrenton.

I priced the 8'x8' shed at [redacted] and Capitol Sheds. Capitol Sheds was significantly better in price and quality than the big box retailers and better in price than a [redacted] competitor down the road. The order process was seamless and Kristi was extremely helpful and provided all the information and pricing promptly. There were no surprises at all. The shed arrived early and was delivered to my sight by a very professional and skilled technician with out even one scratch, despite having to maneuver through a tight opening at the location. Next time I will not shop around but head directly to Capitol Sheds in Gainesville, VA.

You can not go wrong with your purchase at capital sheds their products stand up to the test of time. I have been a customer for about seven years,and have always been treated like family. My husband and I purchased a shed about seven years ago. We needed a larger shed even thur the one we purchased years ago still looked new. [redacted]. From the start, Capitol Sheds was Great. Customer service and assistance with the purchase was service that you just dont see anymore. I had a budget and they developed a shed that gave me more than I expected to get while remaining within budget (actually saved about $200). The delivery and installation guy went out of his way to ensure that my wife was 100% satified with the placement of the shed. I would recommend Capitol Sheds to anyone, and will purchase from them again! The craftmanship on this shed is excellent.

The level of customer service and the quality of the product was outstanding. From the engagement on helping to select the right product to meet our needs - to the timeline of the order - to the delivery and set up of the shed, all aspects of this experience was great. The building is first rate construction and was built exactly to specification. I would highly recommend Capitol Sheds both for customer service and the quality of their product.

My experience with Capitol Sheds was a totally rewarding and stress free experience. [redacted] kept us apprised of the schedule which had to change because of weather. He and the entire crew were pleasant and informative and they did everything as promised. Since it was transported in late winter road film was seen and they came back and power washed it and the track for the overhead doors showed some corrosion several months later and they came back and replaced them even holding them a short time to accommodate my schedule. We love the look and the storage. If I need another shed, they will get the job.

[redacted] has requested in the past many times to come to her place and touch-up and fix things on the shed.  Last year she had us come out and fix a rotted window sill that she wanted taken care of before the warranty expired, which we did.  Couple weeks ago [redacted] ask that we come out and...

re-level her ramp and look at the building which we did even though it was OUT OF WARRANTY.  We did not charge for the re-leveling of the ramp even though it was out of warranty.  We fixed everything to her satisfaction while the building was under warranty.  Now that the building is not under warranty she wants us to fix it for no charge and says we are a bad company.[redacted] wants us to fix her ramp even though that is not covered under any warranty.  We have bent over backwards trying to please her and she does not appreciate what we have done even though no other company would go the extra mile like we have.

From the start, our experience with Capitol Sheds and Robert was great - they worked with us to make sure the custom structure was exactly what we were looking for. The construction crew was wonderful as well - their attention to detail and craftsmanship is second to none and they were courteous and clean in their work. We will definitely use this company again for future projects and recommend to others. I cannot say enough how happy we are with the cabin and the experience as a whole! -Matt

[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] The reason this company was contacted numerous times over the years is that the shed had problems. When I reported to the company, they came out, often requiring many times to resolve. The employees do not communicate effectively and there is often a lag in calls returned. The men sent out to correct have few carpentry skills, causing returns trips. The rotten window sill was due to "bad pine and pressure treated wood used at the time of construction." This was a quote yesterday from Loren of Capitol Sheds. If they now know that bad new wood was used in construction, the company should be more than willing to correct the problems. The ramp was merely shoved two inches back toward the shed "to fix" and the rotten front door requires a simple fix, that the company now refuses to fix without charging. This company complains that they came out many times over the years, yet this is part of their warranty, and when called upon, they whine about fulfilling. I do not expect to have further contact with this company, yet will never recommend them to anyone. They are not an efficient company nor are they strong on communication. I am not happy to know that my $2,000+ shed is built with poor quality pine and pressure treated woods. I have taken extra care maintaining this shed, only to have Capitol Sheds accuse me of damaging my shed, when rot is the problem. [redacted]
