I am rejecting this response because:I was pre-approved...
through [redacted] so there wa no financing needing to be done. A 10 day pay off request wasn't forwarded to my financial institution by Car Pros Kia of Tacoma but the incomplete purchase was still forwarded to my financial institution and a check generated from [redacted] was brought in for the erroneous balance. All of the the computations were completed by Car Pros Kia of Tacoma's finance manager on the purchase order. As an end result, there was an error due to the 10 day payoff not being added.

Car pros strives to provide great customer service, it is unfortunate that we where unable to have Mr. [redacted] car ready after service hours for him. When Mr. [redacted] arrived and we found that his car was not available for the sales dept. to deliver we immediately got on the phone to get a service member...
down to deliver it to him. When we asked Mr. [redacted] to have a seat while we contacted somebody he refused as he stated in his story. Elevated tones along with slamming of hands on the counter in a full showroom are all good reasons to invite a customer to a more private area at witch he refused. Company policy dictates we call the police. The sales Managers at the time had private customer info on there work area and of course we want to protect those rights of our customers. When he refused to have a seat while we found him answers we where forced to call the police. It is not Car Pros intent to press charges rather just protect the privacy rights of other customers. We provided services to Mr Durr's vehicle and we feel there is no entitlement for any reimbursement. although there was a delay in time frame of 45 min and if Mr. [redacted] would like to speak to Steve K[redacted] our service manager on compensation for that time Steve would be more then happy to have that discussion.

The acknowledgement of rewritten contract that the customer signed says resign if the customer agrees. The customer requested that the statement be written on it to say Customer not entering into new contract. We would still like to assist the customer with a vehicle...
purchase. The 0% interest is still available if the credit is unlocked. if the credit is still locked we still have the credit union option available.
We have replaced the new pads with another set to address the brake noise concern, We have also taken action with Amberlee for poor customer handeling.
There should be no reason Why we would be holding onto any of this paper work. We apolagise for any inconvience and will promplty get on this and returned. Again we apolagise.
Car pros has always been a organization who will spend resources on there customer base to maintain them as customers. We did perform the brake service and we have addressed the noise by replacing the new pads again. If you would choose to continue to do business with us we would offer to credit your service account the amount of the original brake servce. If you choose to do business some where else then it only makes good business sense to keep our money as we did perform this service. We do apoliagise for the inconvince and we hope the loaner car we provide helped with that. The car is ready for pick up.
Mr [redacted] needs to contact Kia Consumer Affairs. Car Pros Kia has no control over extended warranty.
We are sorry to hear that Mr. [redacted] is not happy with his used vehicle. Used vehicles develop issues, and unfortunately we are not able to resolve all issues that may arise over the course of ownership. We will be happy to have Mr. [redacted] back to the dealership and take another look at his vehicle to see what work we can do at a discount or even help him trade out of his car to a new car that has a warranty.

I am rejecting this response because: if the used vehicles go through a rigorous inspection then why did radiator hose blow a mile from the dealership 10 minutes after I got done in finance and the sales person and used car manager refuses to having a service department tow it back and fix it and then two weeks after that O2 sensor and catalytic converter go out not to mention the mismatched tires and rims the missing cargo cover the missing headrests for the and faulty battery . and all this happened within the first 21 days of owning it. and as far as the extended warranty goes I shouldn't have to use it the same day I buy the car.

I'm sorry you had this experience with our service department. We had one of our employee's get a promotion and we were in the process of hiring someone new to take over that position. We have since filled the position to help expedite scheduling in work promised. I have checked with our service...
department and they have told me you have had your window tint installed. Again I'm sorry about your experience but I am happy to find out that your tint has been taken care of.
