Review: I cancelled my service contract agreement ([redacted]) on 11/15/15. Fidelity Service terminated my contract on 11/30/15 and returned notification to Car Pros Kia regarding my refund of 71.98% of the $2500.00 I paid less a $25.00 cancellation fee. Its been nearly two months and Kia has not issued my refund nor have they returned my calls.Desired Settlement: $1799.50 less $25.00 refund paid to me immediately.
