I spoke with Anthony Mon many occasions.I was under no pressure to commit to the contract .I was well informed and was given all the necessary paperwork to review before making my decision.I am pleased about having peace of mind with my daughter's car and her being on the road so often.I just wish I had known about this sooner !

It seems like a great companyThe agent was helpful, patient, and informative, though I did find one thing curiousDuring my initial inquiry, I asked if I could cancel at any time and was told yesLater, when I was actually signing up, I was told there'd be a $fee if I cancelled after 30'daysThat may have been just a misunderstanding thoughI signed up anyway

I am pleased to have the opportunity to purchase the warranty for my used carI'm pleased with the flexibility of the warranty since I can cancel service if and when I want without penalty For this reason, I feel that this company will follow through with the service agreement over the designated years to come The company 's representative has been quite friendly and interested in helping me get answers to my many questions and concernsIt is helpful that this company basically assigned my case to one representative that followed my needs before I began the contract and will be my contact person in the future of my time under contract This is more helpful than contacting different representatives

I purchased a warranty contract for my carThe contract was for years/36,miles with no waiting period (o days & miles)Three or four days later, I took my car in for regular maintenance (front brakes needed to be replaced)Because my car is a higher end car, the car is given a thorough inspection each time it is servicedUpon this service visit, it was discovered that my car had several issuesThere were leaks discovered in the transmission, A/C and oilI was completely unaware of these issues prior to being informed by the service technicianThere were no drops of any kind under my car and I had no issue with the transmissionThe A/C felt a bit less cooler as I was driving to the repair shop but it was workingWhen I attempted to file my claim, the warranty company did not have my informationI emailed the gentleman who sold me the warranty and he assured me that he would get it over to them ASAPWhen a day had gone by and no contract was sent over, I again contacted my sales repAt that point, he became rude and stated that they like us to wait days before submitting a claimReally? Then why are you selling a contract with no waiting period? In the end, they stated that my repairs were pre-existing and they did not cover any of the repairsI would be able to understand that had I known the repairs were needed and then purchased a warrantyHowever, that was not the caseThe only thing I was aware of was that it was time for my front brakes to be changed - which is routine maintenance and not covered by the warrantyDon't buy a warranty from this companyIt is a scam to get your money and then they will refuse your repairs

BUYERS BEWARE - I have experienced the same frustrations as others who filed complaints While making their Sales Pitch, Carchex implies that their contract is similar to Manufacturers Warranty - Titanium Coverage is "Bumper to Bumper" When one takes their vehicle to the repair facility and tries to make a claim, Carchex involves their "Inspector" who informs the repair facility to completely disassemble the "failed" item (check engine light for a turbo charger problem in my case) to determine the root cause of failure Once the item is disassembled, they will look any sign of sludge, dirt, carbon build-up, etcto deny the claim One will then have a completely disassembled unit which you will have to pay out of pocket to replace plus the cost of the tear down In my case, the GM factory warranty would have replaced my turbo charger soley based on the engine code (no other diagnostic required); yet, with Carchex, the costs were to be: tear down charges (so Carchex Inspector can study all parts to find reason to deny) + parts + labor Tonight (Friday night PM), I was trying to cancel my "warranty" I called the number in the original 'Welcome, Thank you for your purchase' email and I immediately reached a company representative Sadly, he informed me that he was in Sales and help me cancel or tell me how to cancel my contract He told me [to] "check your Welcome Packet" and huon me When I tried to reach CustSvc via another phone number, I transitioned through all of the phone promts only to find that Cust Svc works Mon - Fri AM to PM Hmmm, Sales Team is always available to sign you up but Cust Svc has limited business hours That pretty much suthe company's' focus doesn't it? Unless you can find someone posting about how Carchex met (nevermind exceeded) their expectations, I suggest you put your $150+/mo into a savings account dedicated to vehicle maintenance or put it toward your new ride with a REAL "Factory Warranty" You've been warned

I needed a car warranty on my Jeep Grand Cherokee The associate that I spoke to was very knowledgeable, and respectful As always, it was a pleasure doing business with Carchex

The Rep was very helpful and helped me understand how the program workedI have not used the service but I really dont see an issue as to why they should not pay for it Believe me is Carchex does not come through I will let someone know of it

Well we have had two claims not covered on our Buick It is amazing how something in the fine print is ignored during the sell it to you moment

I was originally apprehensive about the service, but after speaking with the rep (Alesha I believe), I feel a bit more confident with the service that CC offersThis is my first time purchasing aftermarket warranty but so far everything seems to be on the up&up Time will only tell how good or bad this service is but, Revdex.com rating does put my mind at ease enough to allow me to move forward

I bought the Platinum plan for my MINI Cooper S more than a year agoI've always taken very good care of it and so I thought, "What can ever go wrong? Why did I buy a mechanical warranty if I don't use it?" WRONGSuddenly, my check engine light turned on, I took it to a MINI mechanic, and they tell me this and that part need to be replacedI could've had a large bill to pay but here's where the Carchex warranty was usedA Carchex rep went to inspect my car at the shopCarchex approved most of the fixing and replacementOf course, I wasn't expecting for the warranty to cover everything so I did pay a part of the billCarchex helped a whole lot! I want to thank them for being honest with meI say this because, in many website reviews, I read almost nothing but negative reviews about CarchexSo, of course, I thought, "Will it cover my car when I need them?" They did! But then, I thought that many people who have a Carchex warranty probably don't bother to leave a positive review, which could be millions of peopleI will leave a positive review because they approved the fixing of my carAnd no, I don't work for Carchex directly or indirectlyI honestly do not

I am still not sure about your product and the product I already purchased through my Ford dealerYours cost $and the dealers $but yours covers all TSB's according to your underwriter and the dealer doesn't if that is what I am led to believeI will bring your product to my dealer and have him explain the differenceIn either case the rep made a commission and you received interest on my money, if I decide to return your product I hope I can return it
