Very professional service, pleased with all the information I received.

I just signed the contract, so I can't tell too much about it. But the thing I'm sure is they have excellent customer service. The representative I talked with was Stanley W., he was patient and professional. I hope in the future everything will go well with the contract.

I spoke with Anthony M.. on many occasions.I was under no pressure to commit to the contract .I was well informed and was given all the necessary paperwork to review before making my decision.I am pleased about having peace of mind with my daughter's car and her being on the road so often.I just wish I had known about this sooner !

I am pleased to have the opportunity to purchase the warranty for my used car. I'm pleased with the flexibility of the warranty since I can cancel service if and when I want without penalty . For this reason, I feel that this company will follow through with the service agreement over the designated years to come .
The company 's representative has been quite friendly and interested in helping me get answers to my many questions and concerns. It is helpful that this company basically assigned my case to one representative that followed my needs before I began the contract and will be my contact person in the future of my time under contract. This is more helpful than contacting different representatives.

Well we have had two claims not covered on our Buick ... It is amazing how something in the fine print is ignored during the sell it to you moment.

About a month ago I approached Anthony Miller at CarChex and he delivered all the information I needed to make an informed intelligent decision regarding an extended warranty on my Chevy Traverse. On Wednesday February 10, 2016, I purchased the CarChex Premium Warranty Package. I am completely satisfied with the terms, coverage and the price of the warranty, thank you Mr. M.

I needed a car warranty on my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The associate that I spoke to was very knowledgeable, and respectful. As always, it was a pleasure doing business with Carchex

The Rep was very helpful and helped me understand how the program worked. I have not used the service but I really dont see an issue as to why they should not pay for it.

Believe me is Carchex does not come through I will let someone know of it...

I bought the Platinum plan for my MINI Cooper S more than a year ago. I've always taken very good care of it and so I thought, "What can ever go wrong? Why did I buy a mechanical warranty if I don't use it?" WRONG. Suddenly, my check engine light turned on, I took it to a MINI mechanic, and they tell me this and that part need to be replaced. I could've had a large bill to pay but here's where the Carchex warranty was used. A Carchex rep went to inspect my car at the shop. Carchex approved most of the fixing and replacement. Of course, I wasn't expecting for the warranty to cover everything so I did pay a part of the bill. Carchex helped a whole lot! I want to thank them for being honest with me. I say this because, in many website reviews, I read almost nothing but negative reviews about Carchex. So, of course, I thought, "Will it cover my car when I need them?" They did! But then, I thought that many people who have a Carchex warranty probably don't bother to leave a positive review, which could be millions of people. I will leave a positive review because they approved the fixing of my car. And no, I don't work for Carchex directly or indirectly. I honestly do not.

I paid for 7 months adding up with over 800.00 to Carchex...this company didn't have to fix my car at all so I cancelled due to bad rep..I also cancelled because I was giving money away and the refund this company gave me was 309.00 so whatever you do unless you want to just give money away do not choose this company

I purchased a warranty contract for my car. The contract was for 3 years/36,000 miles with no waiting period (o days & 0 miles). Three or four days later, I took my car in for regular maintenance (front brakes needed to be replaced). Because my car is a higher end car, the car is given a thorough inspection each time it is serviced. Upon this service visit, it was discovered that my car had several issues. There were leaks discovered in the transmission, A/C and oil. I was completely unaware of these issues prior to being informed by the service technician. There were no drops of any kind under my car and I had no issue with the transmission. The A/C felt a bit less cooler as I was driving to the repair shop but it was working. When I attempted to file my claim, the warranty company did not have my information. I emailed the gentleman who sold me the warranty and he assured me that he would get it over to them ASAP. When a day had gone by and no contract was sent over, I again contacted my sales rep. At that point, he became rude and stated that they like us to wait 5 days before submitting a claim. Really? Then why are you selling a contract with no waiting period? In the end, they stated that my repairs were pre-existing and they did not cover any of the repairs. I would be able to understand that had I known the repairs were needed and then purchased a warranty. However, that was not the case. The only thing I was aware of was that it was time for my front brakes to be changed - which is routine maintenance and not covered by the warranty. Don't buy a warranty from this company. It is a scam to get your money and then they will refuse your repairs

We were very happy with the service that we received from Nick. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Very positive experience!!

I purchase my policy on March 1, 2016. My Rep Leon, was wonderful in helping me pick out the coverage for my budget. I feel really good about my coverage. Thanks Carchex well done.
