Very helpful very knowledgeable customer service help me with all my needs and questions

Carchex, has been absolutely phenomenalI purchased the Titanium warranty for my BMW 750LI back in from Ken ParkThis guy has been an absolute pleasure to deal withI had the warranty for about a year and needed to take the car in for a noise coming from the engine compartmentFrom the time I dropped the car off at the BMW dealer, they sent out an adjuster and approved the repairs for the car with absolutely NO hassels at allI spoke with my BMW representative and repairs were doneI did pay for the battery replacement along with my $deductible, but that was expected on my endI have used another company before but this is my first time with this warranty company and my renewal is coming up in a few weeksI am happy to say that, after such a wonderful experience, I will be renewing, and extending my warranty with themAAA Service all the wayNo, I do not work for them, but with the customer service I have receivedfrom them, they are a reflection of what big business should beThe money that is paid for the warranty is only a piece of the transactionThe feeling you get when a company like this goes to bat for you and has your back, is Titanium, just like the coverage on my vehicleThanks Ken

I JUST AS OF YESTEDAY SUBSCRIBED TO CARXHEX FOLLOWING THEIR CSNCELLATION IF MY PREVIOUS WARRANTEE IN DECEMBER I STOPPED TO ARRANGE AN APPOINTMENT TO HAVE MY BRAKES REPLACED AFTER SCHEDULING, THE CAR WOULDN'T START AND WAS DIAGNOSED WITH A BAD STARTER AFTER - DAYS OF THE REPAIR SHOP AND MYSELF GETTING THE RUN AROUND, I FINALLY AGREED TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN WHAT THE REPAIR SHOP CALLED FOR PART WISE AND WHAT CARCHEX AGREED TO PAY THE FAX LINE WHEN THE PAPERWORK WAS SENT TO CARCHEX WASEN'T WORKING AND SUPPOSEDLY WAS NEVER RECEIVED THIS TOOK TWO DAYS ALONE TO FINALLY CORRECT AND THEN THERE WAS A PROBLEM W ITH THE SHOP FINALLY GETTING PAYMENT ADD INSULT TO INJURY, I SUBMITTED A RENTSL CSR BILL FOR $ NO PAYMENT WAS RECEIVED AND I FOLLOWED UP TOLD THE CHECK WAS MAILED ON 12/THEN A WEEK LATER TOLD 12/AND TO EXPECT TO DAYS MAILING TIME! STILL NEVER RECEIVED AND AFTER REPEATED CALLS, I RECEIVED A CHECK IN EARLY FEBFOR $WHICH WAS ALL THAT YOUR RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE MGRWOULD ALLOW WHEN I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH HER MSNAGER SHE UBFORMED ME THAT SHE WAS IN CHARGE.....HER WORD WAS IT!!!!! NOT A REALLY GOOD EXPERIENCE AND HOPEFULLY WILL NOT HAPPEN AGAIN CALLS TO MRGAND MESSAGES WERE NEVER ANSWERED I RENEWED THE CINTRSCT THINKING THST MY MILE AND DAYS HAD BEEN PREVIOUSLY MET....NOW I'M TOLD I HAVE TO START OVER!!!!!!!! WARNING WARING WARNING CARCHEX AUTOMOTIVE WARRANTY COMPANY IS A CROOKED ORGANIZATION AS IS THEIR INSURANCE COMPANY, *** *** *** XXXXX ** *** *** XXXXX
I am going to say this to everyone out there if you get a call or letter from any of the extended warranty companies especially Carchex do not get involved with them they take your money and tell you they are the best in the business and that they have an A+ rating with the Revdex.com well they are lying through their teeth, I have had a warranty for over months and now that I have a claim they tell me they have to send a third party company or insurance adjuster out to review the claim they are trying to say that because I haven't kept all these record and paid someone to maintain my vehicle charge me $to $to maintain my Truck and because of this they denied my claim they sent an adjuster out to review the claim and even after Ford told them the claim was legit they still denied it so I get on the phone with the warranty company and their whole story has changed they tell you that just have the dealer call them with the issue and they will ok it so when it all done they tell the dealer they have to send out an inspector to verify the claim and then the inspector rips the claim to pieces only to deny the claim and tell you that since you didn't have service record on the vehicle they didn't have to pay the claim then they tell me because I had a device plugged in to the PCM which is not installed and Ford told them the same thing they were cancelling the warranty altogether and they are talking about keeping part of my money to boot DO NOT DEAL WITH CERCHEX THEIR NOTHING MORE THEN A BROKER THEY ARE NOT THE ACTUAL WARRANTY COMPANY THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT THEN THEY DO NOTHING FOR YOU REALLY S ROYALLY WHEN I CALLED THEM THEY CANT DO ANYTHING THEY ARE JUST A BROKER THAT TAKES YOUR MONEY ONCE THEY HAVE YOU AS A CUSTOMER THAT'S IT THEY HAVE NO OTHER INTEREST, AND CARE LESS MOST OF THESE COMPANIES THAT CLAIM TO BE WARRANTY COMPANIES ARE NOTHING MORE THEN BROKERS FOR SOME FLY BY NIGHT SUBSTANDARD INSURANCE COMPANY LIKE *** *** OUT OF ** *** ***

Fake WarrantyDoes NOT pay for any repairI totally waste months of payment for the PREMIUM PLAN
First of all, congrats to all the tellers because they are very well trained to tell you everything you want to hear when you are about to buy the plan
After they promised me all the good things included on the most expensive plan available for my car, I purchase it
After few days I've got the book by mail with all the info I would need to make a claim if I ever need to make oneEverything was going well as the teller told me and I had the FAKE piece of mind of driving a car with full warranty coverage by one of the "best" options available in the market
Three and half months later I heard a noise on my steering wheel and I took to my Acura dealerThey checked the car and found a "little leak" on my steering wheel pump and that would cost around $I told them about my coverage and they said they could handle everything and I didn't have to worry about anythingFor my surprise, they called and CARCHEX told the dealer they would have to send an inspector to make sure the dealer was right about the diagnosticWhat? Also I had to leave the car at the dealer because the inspector had a window of 24-hours to go check the carReally? Ok, and the "rental car" that I had on my plan did not applied on that case because the inspector did not approve the procedure yetI had to call my wife to pick me up at the dealer and wait days without my car so they could come with the approvalPS: The Dealer told me they never had to deal with a such a bureaucratic company specially because the cost to fix the problem was under $and would take only hours to correct the problem and I could go back home at the same day but anyways
After two days of waiting, the inspector told the dealer that the problem would be a defective gasket and it was quite possibly an old problemThat's why they could not afford itThe dealer said that this was extremely atypical and because I am not a mechanic or a car specialist it would be impossible for me to identify this defect in the acquisition of the planThey also told me that never had a claim denied for similar reasons
I still tried to talk to CARCHEX to identify the error in view that it made no sense to me and to the dealer the excuse they gave to not repair the defect
The result was that they refused to examine my case more thoroughly and would not payAfter paying almost $for a premium plan I had to cancel my policy and still pay the $to repair my car
I would NEVER RECOMMEND CARCHEX
WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY

I had a great customer service experience with made me join carchexThe representative was very respectful and gave me brief detailsHe was also able to give me great discounts and guide me in the correct path as far as coverageI will be recommending carchex to my friends so they can became a part of carchex also

Does not work now a timely fashion with repair shop and sends out adjusters even for small jobs and take to hour for them to arrive Then to submit there info to company take almost whole business day so look to be without your vehicle for to days

Eric Fwas very helpful, and knowledgeable of your product and helped me with all different type of the product that were offered Very pleasant, and respectful, he did not push me in to making a decision right away

Everything sounds good thus far just awaiting a written copy of contract agreement to confirm all that was said and promise to be true

Very nice to talk to. Willing to wait for me. Under stand him.
