I purchased a *** *** from them in July From the beginning of the purchase I have had nothing but issues with this vehicle due to the lies from the salesman For one, it was a lease/rental vehicle that was not disclosed to me, otherwise I would not have purchased this vehicle as people do not treat rental vehicles very wellAlthough we asked for the Car Report three times we never received one detailing this vehicle We still don't have one from them, but we did get one from the mechanic shop we took the car to I trusted the salesman Sarb M*** when he told me it was a good vehicle
At the end of August, we started to hear the brakes making a noise when we used themIt would happen periodically and by the end of September the brakes were squealing and making a thump sound By this time the weather was cool and it was time to start using the heater When we turned it on all we would get was cold air and it would just make an irritating clicking sound that wouldn't stop even when the heat was turned off When we took the car in to have the brakes checked the mechanic told us that the temperature actuator needed to be replaced as well
We contacted CarCo Auto and spoke with the manager Brandon B*** as Sarb no longer worked there Brandon was difficult to deal withAt first he did not want to help us in any way but in the end he paid ONLY to have the brakes fixed, we had to pay for the new temperature actuator and install At that time he told my spouse that was all he would do and would not fix anything else on the car
In January the motor died We had to have the car towed to a transmission shop in townThe mechanic said we needed a new motorThank goodness we have the extended warranty through *** as they paid to have a new motor put into the carI had to pay almost $to *** for them looking at the carThe car was towed to *** (car dealership) to have the new motor put in That took three weeks to fix
When the new motor was put it, I got in the car and drove away I noticed after driving for a few KM's that the car wasn't running quite right so I took it back into *** After they put the car on their machine they discovered that the catalytic converter was shot and needed to be replacedI lost out on another day of work because of this

By this point I was pretty upset in regards to this carI tried to deal with the manager again, Brandon B***, via telephone When I first called him and told him about everything we'd been through with this car he told me that he was going to get me out of this car and into a new one and that the current loan would be cancelled and we would start over again I was quite surprised and shocked and I trusted that he would follow through on his promise He told me that as it was late in the day (it was 4pm) he would work on this the next day and he would talk to me then By 3pm I hadn't heard from him so I called him Brandons' attitude totally changed and he told me that there was nothing he could doI told him this was not acceptable and reminded him of our conversation yesterday He told me that he had contacted the bank and there was nothing they would do We were talking on the phone and through email I told Brandon this was not exceptable, he told me the bank would do nothing
At this point I refused to speak with him over the telephone and told him that from now on we would be talking through email as I wanted to have written proof of what he was saying so that he couldn't take it back and lie to me again I have the emails to show our conversations
I called *** and talked with them about what I can do and they said that Brandon is the only one who can do anything, that he hadn't called to discuss this issue, and that I needed to talk to him to get him to cancel the loan and we could start over with a new car and a new loan He refused and he refused to talk to me He just kept trying to pick a fight with me When I told him he was a liar and a slimy salesman he refused to talk to me
This company is horrible and they sell garbage vehicles and lie to you about it Then they don't want to help you outAnd now I am stuck with an unreliable vehicle that is a lemon
