Kevin went above and behind to help us. Our last dealer was trying to sell us somethibg we did not want and basically told us thats all we could have. So we called carco and Kevin found us what we acctually wanted. Even called us all the time to make sure everything was perfect. He even weng out of his way to deliver the vechile 6 hours to us. I would reccomend them to anyone looking for a vechile and trying to build your credit.

And then jus last week I had this amazing guy named Romeo from the Edmonton location call me and convince me to upgrade...I was a little hesitant but now!.. Im in absolute LOVE!!! This amazing man lowered my interest rate in half and got me a brand new 7 seater suv!! And an extra big bonus is my payment barely went up!
I was stunned shocked the whole sha-bang and now im jus one very very happy girl! Oh and all of this happened within a week! They are super fast they work their [redacted] off to get you the absolute best deal ever and its gonna help me rebuild my credit ! I was somewhat skeptical of dealing with a non mainstream dealership at first, but they were able to eliminate the stereotypes I had. There was a small hiccup at the beginning, but my experience from then on was very positive. I picked up my used (like new 2012 Dodge Journey R/T) with 98K August 5th/16, it was a s clean as showroom new, including the windshield and breaks.
I am an oilfield worker who has had a vehicle repo in the last year. I had financed at a stupid interest rate and my sales guy Ben was also able to get that reduced for me. This morning I received a call from Ben to ask me how thing's were going? That's never happened to me before, a sales guy doing a follow up! I'm impressed not only with the vehicle but their attention to detail ranks very high for something I was skeptical with at first!

Haha I got in touch with these guys through a wrong number situation and we started talking about my current car which was a 2009 [redacted] holding an interest rate of 17% which I wasn't too thrilled about but thought I had no other options. These guys quickly changed my opinion by introducing me with a 2015 [redacted] with less than half the amount of interest I was previously paying. I couldn't be happier with the extraordinary service. They simply gathered my information and made it happen, no need for me to stress, I hardly had to lift a finger.
The guys at carco were awesome they got me in a car extra warranty and insurance with very bad credit thanks guys for a second chance I recommend that this is the place to go to get a vehicle. Kevin was great answered all my question walked me through the process and was in contact daily with the process great job

Wasn't sure what kind of car I wanted and Scott was able to look after all my needs and make sure that I got into a vehicle that suited my wants and my family's needs. I dealt with Nicholas from the beginning. I did not enjoy my experience from the person I dealt with on my first vehicle purchase from Carco and so I was a little reluctant to deal with them again. But I guess I can say because of Nicholas and his professionalism I would recommend other people to their services. Nicholas went out of his way to find a vehicle not only that would work but was a great match for my needs and my budget. My only regret was that he was not the person I dealt with the first time. Its a pleasure to have someone who treated me with respect.

However, after dealing with Romeo on a recent trade-in, I have no regained my hope in the company. He was very good to deal with, friendly, professional and kept his word.

Carco Auto is AMAZING! Top notch customer service! I was in a tough spot, recently getting into an accident, and in need of a new vehicle pretty quickly before my insurance rental car coverage ran out. I dealt with Rauf out of the Mississauga, Ontario office and he was great, setting realistic expectations and following though every step of the way. I submitted my application on a Saturday (I was called within 1 hour by Steve) and pre-approval was given. I was told that they would be able to find me the vehicle I was looking for by Monday - which Rauf did! He found me the Jeep Cherokee I wanted, in the colour I wanted too! Once I decided that this vehicle was for me, Rauf personally came to my house to go over the paperwork and for me to sign the finance documents. The interest rate I got was great, and the monthly payments were right on the amount I was comfortable with. Rauf said that I would have my new Cherokee by Friday at the absolute latest. Again, he delivered - literally. My new vehicle was delivered to my house on Friday afternoon. The whole process took less than 1 week! I will definitely deal with Carco Auto again in the future, and I would highly recommend them to family and friends! Thanks for a stress-free experience!
