Review: I SOLD $300 VALUE IN GIFT CARDS TO CARD SNAGGER, THEY OFFERED TO PAY 249.46. I ACCEPTED THE OFFER AND MAILED THEM THE GIFT CARDS. A FEW DAYS LATER, THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY RECEIVED THE GIFT CARDS ON SATURDAY. (THIS IS NOW A COUPLE SATURDAYS AGO) NOW, EVERY DAY THEY PROMISE TO UPDATE ME. THEN ABOUT A WEEK AGO THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD TAKE A FEW MORE DAYS TO "VERIFY" THE GIFT CARDS. IT HAS NOW BEEN A WEEK AND THEY DECLINE MY ORDER WITHOUT PAYING ME. MY ORDER NUMBER IS [redacted]. ON THERE WEBSITE IT CLEARLY STATES PAYMENT WILL BE ISSUED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING THE CARDS AND VERIFYING THE BALANCE. THEY ACKNOWLEDGED THEY RECEIVED THE CARDS AND IT TAKE JUST A FEW MINUTES TO VERIFY THE BALANCE. SO I SHOULD HAVE BEEN PAID A LONG TIME AGO. IF THEY DO NOT PAY ME THEY ARE BASICALLY STEALING MY GIFT CARDS. AND JUST TO ADD THIS, YOU GUYS DO NOT ANSWER YOUR PHONE, CALL ME BACK WHEN I LEAVE YOU MESSAGES, YOU GUYS ARE HARDLY EVERY ON YOUR ONLINE CHAT, BUT YOU SURE WERE ON CHAT WHEN I HAD QUESTIONS B4 I SENT U MY GIFT CARDS, AND MY EMAILS ARE IGNORED, AND THE ONES THAT ARE ANSWERED ARE ANSWERED 5 DAYS LATER, NOT EVEN FIXING MY ISSUE.Desired Settlement: PLEASE PAY ME THE QUOTED $249.46 ON YOUR WEBSITE FOR THE GIFT CARDS I SENT TO YOU.

Response:

We are in the business of buying gift cards from the public. We have various ways to validate a cards balance and origination. We do not guarantee the purchase of cards submitted, we simply guarantee to communicate with the seller and if the card passes our quality control measures we will pay the amount we offer. When a card is a concern to us, we mist decline the order and ask the seller to send us a self address envelope with pre-paid postage to ensure prompt and accurate return of the cards not accepted by our company.

With this particular claim, we have all the communication that occurred with the person (seller) making this complaint. We have informed him, there was concern early on and asked if he would prefer to cancel his order and have his cards returned to him because at that time we could not guarantee we would purchase his gift cards . He declined and asked we continue to process his order. Ultimately we ended up having to decline the order due to the high risk the order was assigned and informed the seller, how he could obtain his cards back. Unfortunately, he will not take no for an answer and there is nothing more we can do.

We can provide all documented emails and communication with this seller that would negate any reason for complaint. Furthermore our terms and conditions must be agreed to prior to any order being completed on our web site - which this seller agreed to and in the term and conditions it explicitly mentions how all transactions are handled.

Response:

This is a follow up response. We have had multiple communications with [redacted]. Our website claims we may return cards that we do not purchase. Our terms and conditions clearly state our position on this. The terms and conditions may be

found at: [redacted] . Here is the bulk of the terms and conditions pertaining to this claim:

a. Gift Card. [redacted] may permit you to buy or sell certain gifts cards, codes or the like that are redeemable for goods and services from third parties

("Gift Card").

b. Selling Gift Cards. When you sell a Gift Card on or through the [redacted] site, you agree to transfer ownership of the Gift

Card and any interest therein to [redacted] in return for a payment in the amount designated in the Gift Card sale transaction ("Sale Transaction"). You agree not to, and agree not to permis or encourage anyone else to, redeem any portion of the Gift Card, or any interest therein, subsequent to the Sale Transaction.

c. Gift Card Verification. No Sale Transaction is complete, and [redacted] will incur no payment obligations to you, until [redacted] accepts delivery of and verifies all Gift Cards associated with such Sale Transaction. [redacted] accepts no responsibility for any Gift Cards until we received them in our facility and we verify the Gift Card balance and other

details. [redacted] recommends you package all Gift Cards securely prior to mailing them to us, in order to ensure

your Gift Cards arrive safely. Upon [redacted]'s verification that all Gift Cards meet our Gift Card Sale Guidelines (Section 4). [redacted] will notify you of a completed Sale Transaction.

d. Seller's Representations and Warranties. In connection with any Sale Transaction, you hereby represent and warrant, and continue to represent and warrant, the following:

i. the Gift Card is valid;

ii. the Gift Card is redeemable for the amount of credit that you state in connection with the Sale Transaction;

iii. that you have not in any way retained a way to redeem the Gift Card after the Sale Transaction;

iv. the Gift Card and any interest therein is fully transferable to [redacted] in the manner contemplated by this Agreement;

v. you are the sole lawful owner of the Gift Card and all interests thereto;

vi. the Gift Card is not subject to any liens, obligations, or encumbrances of a third party; and

vii. you shall comply with all other requirements to complete the Sale Transaction, including without limitation any shipping instructions, required by the [redacted] Service.

e. Right of Acceptance. In order to ensure the integrity of the [redacted] service, we reserve the right to reject any card or cards that we believe, in our sole discretion, may be fraudulent or stolen, or which may have come from an unauthorized source, or which otherwise rnay pose a financial risk to us, our users, or merchants and gift card issuers. Generally, we will return cards we elect not to accept within seven (7) business days of receipt. [redacted] accepts no liability for any lost or damages packages, or packages altered in transit, whether In transit to [redacted] or in return transit to the seller. You agree that until [redacted] receives all Gifts Cards associated with a Sale Transaction, you remain liable for all risk of loss. Sending a Gift Card or Gift Cards to [redacted] in no way obligates us to accept ownership of such Gift Card or Gift Cards.

f. Invalid or Incorrect Gift Cards. You agree that, if you send to [redacted] any Gift Card that is not a part of a Sale Transaction or that fails to meet [redacted]'s Gift Card Sale Guidelines, you hereby make an irrevocable offer to sell such Gift Card to [redacted] at the then-listed price or percentage discount reported publicly on the [redacted]

Service for Gift Cards of similar amount and type ("Irrevocable Offer"). You agree that such Irrevocable Offer shall be held open for 14 days from the date [redacted] receives any such Gift Cards. [redacted], in its sole discretion, shall decide whether to accept or reject any such Irrevocable Offer. If [redacted] accepts the Irrevocable Offer, [redacted] will notify you and complete the sale transaction in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein.

g. Return of Gift Card. In the event [redacted] rejects an Irrevocable Offer by you to sell an unverified, invalid,

incorrect, or other not acceptable Gift Card, [redacted] may return the Gift Card to you using the address information

you provide [redacted] in your account settings. If [redacted] returns any such Gift Cards to you, you maybe subject to a return fee of $5 to cover the shipping and handling fees incurred with returning the card to you ("Return Fee").

h.Depleted Gift Card. If [redacted] receives a claim or otherwise discovers that the value of a Gift Card you sold through the [redacted] Service has been depleted, and [redacted] is able to verify such claim, [redacted] reserves the right to charge you a replacement fee equal to the original value of the Gift Card, plus an additional $10 replacement fee ("Replacement Fee"). You agree and authorize [redacted] to immediately charge any such Replacement Fee to you using the payment processing system you have selected in your account settings or otherwise provided during the Sale Transaction.

i. Gift Card Sale Guidelines. The following sale guidelines ("Gift Card Sale Guidelines") list the minimum requirements that [redacted] sets forth in connection for any Sale Transaction of Gift Card on or through the [redacted] Service. [redacted] may, at any time and in its sole discretion, update, modify, add or delete the requirements set forth in these Gift Card Sales Guidelines.

i. The Gift Card must not have a balance below the reported balance at the time of the Sale Transaction.

ii.The Gift Card must have a minimum balance of at least $20.

iii. The Gift Card must be for a retailer that is listed on the [redacted] site as a brand that is eligible to be sold to [redacted].

iv. The Gift Card must not be in the form of a paper certificate.

v. The Gift Card must not have an expiration date.

Therefore in conclusion, we "may" return the cards however we do not accept responsibility for cards we deem to be high risk. Our reason is very straight forward, we are not accepting the cards because we consider them high risk and therefore, we do not want to further accept the risk of the cards being lost or "claimed" lost by the sellers.

We have a long chain of communication with this seller explaining we were not able to accept his cards. Per paragraph "G" of our terms and conditions, if the seller does not want to provide us shipping materials then he can pay us in advance for the return of his cards.

In closing, we pride ourselves on the quality of our service. We look to purchase from sellers, their unwanted gift cards which we in return sell to the public. The cards purchased by our buying customers are done so with the full faith and reputation of our company that the cards we sell will remain valid until depleted by the new owner. With this, we must scrutinize every order to buy cards from the public to maintain

that quality. During our process,there is no doubt that an honest seller may have the original offer rescinded but given the anonymity the internet provides, we must make a judgment call with the facts we have. When a would be seller becomes hostile with our decision, it is our policy to absolutely uphold our decision to decline the offer made because of the security of the transaction.

We cannot waiver from this and stand firm to our commitment. Furthermore, it is unfortunate that we cannot prevent claims like this against us because the internet provides a means for anyone to make any such claims without due diligence being done first. We hope that the response makes clear our roles and responsibility. We are happy to respond and provide explanation as needed. We hope that this response

is published as promised by the Revdex.com.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[You gave me an order slip and told me to send in the cards. You guys cant steal the cards once you receive them. If you had no intention to buy the cards, then why on Earth would you ask me to mail them to you? That constitutes as theft and mail fraud. You guys have stolen the cards and refuse to pay for them and you guys also refuse to return them to me at your expense.]

In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

Sincerely,

Review: In January 2014 I mailed Cardsnagger.com my $500 [redacted] gift card, which in exchange, they contracted to send me $450.46, electronically transferred to my checking account. Cardsnagger confirmed they received my gift card and it was validated, however, I never received the payment they owed me. I have multiple emails to Cardsnagger requesting payment, and several phone calls to Carsnagger, none of which resulted in payment. Cardsnagger finally agreed to mail me a check, which I said was fine and provided my mailing information. I never received a check in the mail. I contacted Cardsnagger again and requested proof they sent payment, for which they never responded. It is now April 2015, and I still have not received payment and/or been contacted back by Cardsnagger.Desired Settlement: I would like the $450.46 check mailed to my address below immediately:
