Hello, Thank you for bringing Ms***’s concerns to us, we are happy to address themOn July 30, – [redacted] emailed in in regards to her reading with CarmelThese readings were due in July and Carmel was beingOn August 01, our office thanked her for reaching out and explained that Carmel was behindWe received a reply from Ms***s that she did not appreciate our anwerWe understand that waiting for a connection with your loved ones is a long process and that tensions can run highSomething that we will not do, is provide a reading when Carmel is not 100% mind and body, if she does, you will not receive the reading that you deserveOn August 03, I reached out to [redacted] and explained the personal situation that Carmel was going through and I offered her a refundShe decided to wait for the readingThe reading was delivered today, August 13, after Carmel had time to focus on the reading the way that Ms***s deservedBefore sending, I asked Ms***s if she would like a refund or if she would like the reading, and she chose the readingIf Ms***s would like to cancel her months subscriptions, she is welcome to do so and we are happy to send her instructionsWe are also happy to refund her August reading if she does not wish to move forward with that readingWe will not be refunding the portion of this reading subscription that has already been completedI look forward to hearing Ms***sWith Gratitude, Michelle

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I called the office of Carmel Joy Baird and left a message on October 24th after I received an email saying the appointment would have to be moved again I received another email asking me to contact them to reschedule on the 27th It wasn't until I responded on the 27th saying I had contacted the Revdex.com that I got an email back saying it was an error and the appointment would be kept The service has been provided now and it is complete, but in no way do I think that this business deserves to be backed by the Revdex.com They are very unprofessional and every email had a different excuse as to why they needed to move my appointment I would be happy to provide you with these email excuses if you would like But as for my case it has been resolved Please let me know if you need me to do anything to close it But please follow up with the other cases as it's a lot of money to pay to get the run around Thanks for getting them moving and helping me get the service I paid for years ago Sincerely, [redacted]

Hello, I have looked into the communication with Ms [redacted] - The course of Sonia & Carmel was gifted to Ms [redacted] , after notifying her that we were unable to reimburse her for her travel costs incurred, as we were very aware that things did not go as planned with her appointmentThe event was rescheduled as at the time, we opened River Lane Ranch to victims of the Fort McMurray FiresMs [redacted] was sent an email with the new date for this event, which was held in December of Unfortunately, during this time, we received emails from Ms [redacted] in regards to another gift we had given her called Seven Weeks with SpiritFor privacy reasons, we are unable to share the details of her readings or programHowever, she was very unhappy with the gift she was receiving, and at that time we decided that this program was no longer serving her in the right wayWe do know that each person needs to find the right healer, teacher and medium for them and sadly, based on the emails we received from Ms [redacted] , we are not the team for herAs a team, we reached out to notify Ms [redacted] that we would not be able to move ahead with that program based on her feedbackWe never did receive a response from Ms [redacted] after notifying her of the December event for Sonia & CarmelWith Gratitude, Michelle

I have looked into and reviewed the order that Ms [redacted] is referring too and I do see that there was a human error on the automatic receipt that was sent out, when Ms [redacted] was notified of the mistake she was very understandingThe second time Ms [redacted] reached out it was because the reading was three days late from the projected due dateIt is never our intention to make clients wait or to disappoint them, however, Carmel had spent some time at doctors appointments and this had put us behind a few daysWhile we understand that due dates are very important, we also believe in the integrity of our clients readings, if Carmel is not at her best, we would rather delay the reading instead of providing a reading that may not meet our clients expectations and our standardsMs [redacted] was provided her reading on February 23, @ 4:PM, I have also refunded this order totalling $to her original payment method which will be posted to her account in - business daysI will also be reaching out to Ms [redacted] personally to see what we an do to make this a better experience for her next timeWe do truly appreciate Ms [redacted] bringing this to our attention, and have implemented a better communication system moving forwardSincerely, Michelle - Customer Service Representative
