Hello, I have looked into the communication with Ms. [redacted] - The course of Sonia & Carmel was gifted to Ms. [redacted], after notifying her that we were unable to reimburse her for her travel costs incurred, as we were very aware that things did not go as planned with her appointment. The event was rescheduled as at the time, we opened River Lane Ranch to victims of the Fort McMurray Fires. Ms. [redacted] was sent an email with the new date for this event, which was held in December of 2016. Unfortunately, during this time, we received emails from Ms. [redacted] in regards to another gift we had given her called Seven Weeks with Spirit. For privacy reasons, we are unable to share the details of her readings or program. However, she was very unhappy with the gift she was receiving, and at that time we decided that this program was no longer serving her in the right way. We do know that each person needs to find the right healer, teacher and medium for them and sadly, based on the emails we received from Ms. [redacted], we are not the team for her. As a team, we reached out to notify Ms. [redacted] that we would not be able to move ahead with that program based on her feedback. Good Morning, We are truly sorry that Miss. [redacted] had not received the cheque that was mailed to her on March 22, 2017. Unfortunately, I had not heard of the discrepancy from [redacted] until today, April 25, 2017 or it would have been rectified much earlier. I received an email from her at 8:58...

AM to which I promptly replied at 9:08 that we would be happy to stop payment on this cheque and issue a refund to her credit card. [redacted] purchased this reading during a 50% off sale and the cheque that was sent out was reflective of the price that she paid for $262.50. Within 8:58 and 9:14 this morning [redacted] has filed this Revdex.com complaint, as I mentioned in my correspondence to her this morning we are more than happy to take care of this issue today as she should have received her cheque some time ago. We always encourage our clients to let us know if there is a problem with the mail as it is not always reliable. We never want our clients to feel like they are being taken advantage of, [redacted] was very patient with us after the passing of Carmel's mother and we were very apologetic that we were unable to have her reading completed because of this.I will be continuing to communicate with [redacted] today via email. With Regards, MichelleCustomer Service Representative

I am rejecting this response because:  regardless of where your accountants office is he works for you.   I know of no business that takes any more than 5 working days for a refund   Especially when it is a credit card.

shift her entire calendar to allow her time to be with her family and go through the grieving process. Miss. [redacted]'s second appointment was also cancelled because of health issues, we stand by our word that we would rather our clients are unhappy about having their reading moved, rather than be unhappy about an inadequate reading. Carmel needs to be 100% mind and body to connect with the other side, and deliver the messages that [redacted] had been waiting for from her loved ones. Unfortunately, we did not have opportunity to sort this out with [redacted] and get her rescheduled before July 20, 2016 before this Revdex.com complaint and Social Media posts were made. I, and all of Team Baird truly want what is best for our clients and are happy to talk through these situations, as we know tensions can be high when waiting to connect with your loved ones. I have looked into and reviewed the order that Ms. [redacted] is referring too and I do see that there was a human error on the automatic receipt that was sent out, when Ms. [redacted] was notified of the mistake she was very understanding. The second time Ms. [redacted] reached out it was because the reading...

was three days late from the projected due date. It is never our intention to make clients wait or to disappoint them, however, Carmel had spent some time at doctors appointments and this had put us behind a few days. While we understand that due dates are very important, we also believe in the integrity of our clients readings, if Carmel is not at her best, we would rather delay the reading instead of providing a reading that may not meet our clients expectations and our standards. Ms. [redacted] was provided her reading on February 23, 2017 @ 4:08 PM, I have also refunded this order totalling $26.25 to her original payment method which will be posted to her account in 5 - 7 business days. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I have receieved an email from Michelle informing me that she has put a cheque in the mail for me on Monday, August 20. I will email Michelle once I receive the cheque to let her know, and then hopefully this matter will be closed. If I do not receive a cheque as promised with in the next week or 2, I will be contacting Revdex.com again as well as making a claim in small claims court.

I am rejecting this response because:  I called the office of Carmel Joy Baird and left a message on October 24th after I received an email saying the appointment would have to be moved again.   I received another email asking me to contact them to reschedule on the 27th.  It wasn't until I responded on the 27th saying I had contacted the Revdex.com that I got an email back saying it was an error and the appointment would be kept.  The service has been provided now and it is complete, but in no way do I think that this business deserves to be backed by the Revdex.com.  They are very unprofessional and every email had a different excuse as to why they needed to move my appointment.  I would be happy to provide you with these email excuses if you would like.  But as for my case it has been resolved.  Please let me know if you need me to do anything to close it.  But please follow up with the other cases as it's a lot of money to pay to get the run around.  Thanks for getting them moving and helping me get the service I paid for 2 years ago.
