I am rejecting this response because:Dear ***I received your letter dated January 3, 2017, today Friday, January 13, 2017.It said I had to respond within daysWhy your letter took days to reach me I don't know, but I am rushing this response back to you. The October date was not the original, but the fifth(Plus they did not rebook me.) The fact that they are denying I contacted them different ways in October (Answering machine, E-Mail, registered letter - which was returned) indicates they are just doing this to appease and deceive the Revdex.com and would not have responded at all if I had not contacted you.These people have had my $for almost exactly two yearsI paid by cheque and that is the way I want to be paid backI can assure you I will not be giving *** * *** *** people any credit card information or I could be losing a lot more moneyI am not going to be taken advantage of again.I am not interested in playing games or begging for my moneyI have told them and you have told them I want a refund and it has not been forth coming.Thank you for your assistance

Hello, We thank Ms*** for bringing her concerns to usMs*** booked a reading with Carmel for December of 2015, unfortunately, there have been many circumstances that have related to her appointment being movedMs*** has requested a refund for her reading, which we said
she is absolutely entitled too, as we are outside of her policiesShe was notified of our refund policy and her information was sent to our accountant for processingThis refund was agreed too before this complaint was lodged I have looked into the souls purpose reading that Ms*** is referring too, and she is correct, she has not yet received that readingUnfortunately, the team member that handled all of these readings left our team abruptly, and a few things did fall through the cracks, we apologize that this was one of themCarmel will be completing this reading as soon as possible for Ms*** Ms*** signed up for a Facilitators program through our officeBefore applying for this program, the terms and conditions were laid out very clearlyThis program has a strict no refund policyMs***, for various reasons, decided that she would no longer like to move forward with the facilitators program and although our policy regarding refunds for this program is very strict, we empathized with where *** was coming from and she was granted a refund*** was told by the Facilitator Manger she would receive a refund within seven daysUnfortunately, the Facilitators Manger was not aware of our refund policy***’s information was sent to our accountant and he began the refund processAll refunds must be processed and tracked properly I understand her concerns in receiving the refund however, our machines simply do not allow refunds on our end, and it must be processed through his officeAs I stated in my emails to Ms***, I will be doing my very best to get this all sorted out for *** and hope that we can push it along before the sixty-business day mark Thank you, Team Baird

I had a reading booked for myself and a separate one booked for my mom with Carmel Baird. I paid a lot of money for these. When I booked these over the phone, at no time was I told I would not get a refund if the readings were cancelled. Both of our readings were cancelled at the last minute (a day before) and they are refusing to give me a refund even though it has been over a year since they cancelled them, all they said is I can have a credit. There are COUNTLESS reviews from people having the same issue. However, Carmel keeps taking people's money and booking courses, yet she does "not have time" to do the readings that were already booked. I want my money back. I want nothing to do with this dishonest company. Such a let down after watching her show. I thought she was a good person but was definitely wrong.

I am rejecting this response because:When I initially booked my session, I was told it would be a one year to one and a half year wait. It has now been 2 1/2 years and I still have not received this service. This was a lot of money I put up. This is money I can use for other bills.Michelle keeps talking about all these "policies." At no time, even when I booked the session was I informed of any of these. Absolutely nothing was brought up with me regarding this and it definitely was not discussed. Michelle keeps talking about "selling my spot" which is ridiculous! [redacted] I have experienced such horrible service. [redacted] I am extremely upset about my whole experience with this. I am requesting my money back, and honestly it shouldnot take months and months to refund!!!
